        스타트업 액셀러레이터의 투자 규모별 투자결정요인에 대한 연구

        창업초기기업들의 어려움을 해결해주고, 리스크 높은 기존 투자방식의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 새로운 유형의 투자주체인 스타트업 액셀러레이터가 등장하였다. 이러한 스타트업 액셀러레이터들이 스타트업의 성공에 미치는 가시적 성과들이 나타나면서 중대형 액셀러레이터 기업들이 등장하였고, 더불어 이들이 투자하는 시드머니의 규모도 점차 증가하고 있다. 그리고 소형 액셀러레이터 기업과 이들의 투자행태 등의 차이점이 나타나기 시작하였다. 이에 이들의 도움을 필요로 하는 스타트업들에게는 희망하는 투자유치 규모가 증가할수록, 사업화가 진행 될수록, 어떤 요인들을 준비해 나가야 하는지에 대한 정보가 필요하며, 액셀러레이터들에게는 투자규모가 확대되었을 때 어떤 기준으로 스타트업을 선정해야 하는지에 대한 준거기준이 필요해 졌다. 하지만 현재 이에 대한 연구는 국내외적으로 진행되고 있지 않아 본 연구는 건당 평균 시드머니의 투자규모별로 중대규모와 소규모 투자그룹으로 나누어 이들 간의 주요 투자결정요인, 투자목적, 주요 액셀러레이팅 프로그램 등 의 차이를 살펴보았다. 본 연구결과, 소규모 투자그룹은 ‘컨설팅 중심 형 액셀러레이터’로, 중대규모 투자그룹은 ‘투자 중심 형 액셀러레이터’로 세분화할 수 있었다. 그리고 투자 규모에 따라 주요 서비스와 투자목적이 다르고, 투자결정요인이 달라짐을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 액셀러레이터 기업과 이들의 도움을 필요로 하는 스타트업들, 후속연구자들에게 좋은 준거기준이 되리라 생각한다. Startup accelerators, a new type of investment entity, have emerged as a way to solve the difficulties of early startups and existing investment methods with high risk. With the visible performances of these startup accelerators on the success of startups, medium and large accelerator companies have emerged, along with the increasing size of seed money they invest in. In addition, differences between small and medium&large accelerator companies are emerging. Therefore, startups need informations on what factors to prepare for attracting startup accelerators’ investment. Accelerators also need determinant criteria to select startups as the amount of investment grows. However, the study on this subject is not currently being conducted. Therefore, we conducted the study through dividing the average amount of seed money into small and medium & large-sized investment groups and examined the differences in major investment determinants, investment purposes, and major accelerating programs. As the results of this study, small investment groups could be subdivided into 'consulting-oriented accelerators' and medium- and large-sized investment groups into 'investment-oriented accelerators'. In addition, major services and investment purposes and investment decision criteria vary depending on the size of the investment. I think these findings will be good standards for accelerator companies, startups in need of their help, and follow-up researchers.

        온라인 정보 서비스 품질평가모델에 대한 귀납적 연구 : 국가 온라인 정보 서비스 NTIS와 NDSL을 중심으로

        As diverse online information services are introduced and the use of them are increasing, the importance of the quality control over the online information services is also increasing. Therefore, studies are being attempted to derive quality evaluation models for online information services, but these showed many limitations. In order to overcome the limitations of the previous studies and create more appropriate quality evaluation model, this study analyzed 408 data collected through the interviews with the users of Korea national online information services (NDSL, NTIS) using content analysis and the coding method of ground theory. Through the analysis, we identified the quality evaluation model (13 elements, 6 dimensions) of online information services and the description and insights of each elements. And the priorities of the most significant element(amount of information) and other key elements(such as the usefulness of the information, the diversity of the field, etc.) were figured out through the frequency analysis. Through these inductive methods based on the responses of users, the quality control model could be derived, which is different from the previous researches. This study is the first study which derived the quality evaluation model of online information service through the inductive way based on 408 interview responses from users. Therefore, the results of this study will be helpful to the post researchers who conduct studies on the quality of online information service, etc. Moreover, the results of this study are expected to provide references of frame for decision-making of working-level officials who have to manage the quality of online information services.

        원외처방전 검토시 발생한 문의처방 분석

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate hospital pharmacist's double-check task of outpatient prescription since separation of dispensary from medical practice carried out, which is being shifted to pharmacists out of hospital gradually. We analyzed 2,613 conference call on prescription out of one-year 488,481 outpatient prescription made in SNUH(Seoul National University Hospital). And it is classified and analyzed by month, by department and by conference call item. This study can provide useful information for doctors and pharmacists. Consequently, the doctors can avoid prescription errors. And the pharmacists can promote the capacity of double-checking prescriptions.

        2차 진료기관 비뇨기과의 현황 및 비뇨기과 의사의 역할

        Purpose: We investigated the characteristics of patients transferred from other department or other healthcare institution and tried to find a way to develop the role of urologist and department of Urology in secondary healthcare institution. Materials and Methods: Thirty-eight secondary healthcare institutions were involved in the survey of questionnaire study which includes overall status of urology department and private information of 357 patients transferred from other departments of same institution or other healthcare institutions. Results: The number of hospital bed was 267 and the urologists were at work for 4.7 years on average. In 35/38 (92%) institutions, only one urologist was at work for clinical practice. Average patients number was 39.7 per day in the outpatient clinic and the portion of urological patients among the outpatients were 76.4%. Average patients number was 20.6 per month in the inpatient clinic and average number of urological surgery was 18.6. The portion of patients transferred from other departments of same institution or other healthcare institutions was 16.4%. The answer which shows good communication between other departments of same institution was 78.9% and facilitating relationship among other healthcare institutions was 47.4%. Analysis of 357 patients shows that the period of symptom development was 26.2 months and the period of prior treatment in other department or institution was 5.3 months. Bladder related disease was most common and the next order of frequency were prostate disease and urinary stone. The rate of concordance of final diagnosis between urology and other department or institution was 52.7%, and rate of concordance of medication was 23.0%. The positive answer as ‘helpful" for the prior treatment in the other department or institution was 41.2%. Conclusions: The department of Urology in secondary healthcare institution has several limitations such as relative lack of man power and expertise, lack of awareness of patients or other physicians to urology specialty, and insufficient communication with other departments or institutions. In many case, urological diseases have been managed in other departments and it takes much limitation to help the urological patients. Therefore urologists in secondary health care institution should try to upgrade their specialty and make effort to educate and promote urological concern as well as better communication with other medical departments.
