현재 업체에서 제공하고 있는 반도체 정보의 수집 및 가공이 모두 수동으로 이루어져 있어 많은 시간의 노력과 인건비가 들어가고 있다.현재 개발되어 있는 에이전트는 범용적이고 일반적인 형태의 에이전트로 특화된 반도체 정보의 수집 및 가공에는 부적합하다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 반도체 정보 시스템에 특화된 웹 에이전트를 개발하여 현재 수동으로 이루어지고 있는 반도체 정보 시스템의 정보처리 과정을 자동으로 수행하는 웹 에이전트를 개발하여 인건비의 절감과 정보 시스템의 신뢰성 향상 및 정보처리 과정의 자동화, 체계화를 이루고자 한다.
Helicobacter pylori와 대장균의 Shuttle Vector 개발

In this study, a vehicle vector using cryptic plasmids was constructed for gene transfer in Helicobacter pylori. pHP51(3.9 kb) and pHP489(1.2 kb) were selected for constructing vectors from cryptic plasmid of H. pylori isolates in Korea. The HindⅢ-digestedDNA fragment(1.2kb) of pHP489 and 1.6kb DNA fragment of pHP51 were ligated with a kanamycin resistance gene(aph3'-Ⅲ) from C. jejuni to produce the recombinant plasmids pHP489K and pHP51K, respectively. Transformation frequency of pHP51K by electroporation was low. But pHP489K could be effectively transformed into various H. pylori strains. In order to design an intermdiate vehicle vector for gene transfer into H. pylori, pBlueHP489K was prepared by recloning pHP489K DNA into pBluescript and pTZ19R vector. This vector permitted the DNA fragment containing pHP489 sequence, aph3'-Ⅲ, and cloned DNA to be cut and self-ligated in the SacⅠ site after cloning. ureA and ureB gene were inserted into pBlueHP489K, resulting in pBlueHP489K/AB. The DNA fragment containing pHP489, kanamycin resistance gene(aph3'-Ⅲ), and urease structural gene was cut away from pBlueHP489K/AB and self-ligated to generate pBlueHP489K/AB. pBlueHP489K/AB made urease-negative H. pylori strains restore their urease activity. By this experiment, pBlueHP489K was confirmed to be the vehicle system for transferring H. pylori genes.

Estrogen is believed to decrease coronary artery disease. Protein kinase C-α(PKCα)appear to be important in signal conduction pathways. Estrogen treatment increases catalytic activity of PKCα,and activation of PKCαcan modulate estrogen receptor levels and responsiveness. And it was reported that activation of PKC can protect cells from apoptosis induced by Fas ligation. But the beneficial effect of estrogen on PKCαwas not clearly demonstrated. The objective of this study was to evaluate the role of PKCαafter ovariectomy and estrogen therapy in rat aorta. The results were summarized as below: 1. The significant pathological changes were not observed in the rat aorta irrelevant to ovariectomy and estrogen therapy. 2. The expression of Fas was decreased in the aorta of estrogen-treated rats than that of ovariectomized rats without estrogen therapy. 3. Increased expression of PKCαwas more marked in the aprta of estrogen-treated rats than that of ovariectomized rat without estrogen therapy. In conclusion,PKCαmay be important in signal conduation pathway on the effect of estrogen. Activation of PKCαby estrogen reduced Fas expression, suggesting that PKCαactivation may play a role in protection against atherasclerosis. Further studies are needed to elucidate the role of PKCαafter estrogen therapy.
복합운동 프로그램이 고령여성의 낙상관련체력 및 보행기능에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of combined exercise program on fall-related fitness and gait function in elderly women. Twenty elderly women were assigned in exercise group (n=10), and control group (n=10). The exercise program consisted of combined exercise program 60min/session, 3 days each week for 12 weeks. The results of this study were as follow: In body composition, Lean body mass(p<.001), Muscle mass(p<.01), lower limb muscle mass(p<.05) had a statistically significant. In fall related physical fitness and gait variability time up & go(p<.05), one legged standing time(p<.01), lower limb muscle mass(p<.05), gait speed(p<.05) had a statistically significant. These findings suggest that combined exercise program may represent an effective intervention strategy for fall-related fitness and gait function. Finally, the effect of longer-term modifications of combined exercise program on regular physical activity.

Membrane electrode assemblies (MEAs) of covalently cross-linked sulfonated poly(ether ether ketone)(CL-SPEEK)/heteropolyacids (HPAs) composite polymer with platinum-based alloys such as Pt–Ru–Co and Pt–Ru–Ni were prepared and their electrochemical properties for water electrolysis were investigated. The HPAs, which were used in the composite membranes, were tungstophosphoric acid (TPA) (the part of TPA data was permitted by the previous authors), molybdophosphoric acid (MoPA),and tungstosilicic acid (TSiA). The MEAs with Pt–Co, Pt–Ru–Co, and Pt–Ru–Ni in the anode catalyst layer were prepared by means of a non-equilibrium impregnation–reduction (I–R) method. The electrocatalytic properties of composite membranes, such as the cell voltage and coulombic charge in CV, were in the following order: CL-SPEEK/MoPA40 > CL-SPEEK/TPA30 > CL-SPEEK/TSiA40 (wt%). For the optimum cell applications of water electrolysis, the cell voltage of Pt/PEM/Pt–Ru–Co (Electrodeposited (Dep)-MoPA) MEA with a CL-SPEEK/MoPA40 membrane was 1.70 V at 80 8C and 1 A cm2, and this voltage carried a value lower than that of 1.81 V of Nafion 117. In addition, the observed activity of Pt–Ru–Co (75:12:13 by EDX) is a little higher than that of Pt–Ru–Ni (79:10:11 by EDX). The mean coulombic charge and activity enhancement of Pt–Ru–Co catalysts, with and without electrodeposition, showed the same CV profiles of the Pt–Ru–Co catalysts and were in the following order: Nafion 117 < CL-SPEEK/TSiA40 < CL-SPEEK/TPA30 < CL-SPEEK/MoPA40. The current density peak of electrodeposited electrodes was a little better than those of inactivated electrodes on the same membranes. The current peak by Pt–Ru–Co with CL-SPEEK/MoPA40 (Dep-MoPA) is more than about three times as high as those of Pt electrodes on the same membranes. 2010 The Korean Society of Industrial and Engineering Chemistry. 제3뇌실에서 발생한 표피세포종(Epidermoid) 1예 보고 : Case Report

A case of a third ventricular epidermoid is presented, which was diagnosed by conray ventriculography and computerized tomography. The tumor was subtotally removed through a low parieto-occipital approach and ventriculo-peritoneal shunt was performed. The epidermoid of the third ventricle is extremely rare and only a few cases have been reported in the literatures. It's incidence, preoperative diagnosis, surgical technique and complications are briefly reviewed.
Fast Automatic Frequency Calibrator Using an Adaptive Frequency Search Algorithm

<P>A new adaptive frequency search algorithm (A-FSA) is presented for a fast automatic frequency calibrator in wideband phase-locked loops (PLLs). The proposed A-FSA optimizes the number of clock counts for each frequency comparison cycle, depending on the difference between the target frequency and the PLL output frequency, as opposed to a binary frequency search algorithm (B-FSA), where the frequency search time per cycle is fixed. This eliminates unnecessary clocking times during the frequency comparison process, and thus reduces the total PLL lock time. The additional circuitry needed for A-FSA is only a simple counter controller, thus minimizing hardware overhead. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, two wideband PLLs are designed and simulated using a 65-nm CMOS technology: one with B-FSA, and the other with A-FSA. The latter achieves a lock time faster than the former by at least a factor of 2, even under worst case conditions.</P>

<P>Vaccine adjuvants are agents that are used to promote immune responses to vaccine antigens and thereby to enhance the protective efficacy of the vaccines. In this study, we investigated the adjuvant activity of CIA06, an adjuvant system that is composed of a toll-like receptor 4 agonist de-<I>O</I>-acylated lipooligosaccharide (dLOS) and aluminum hydroxide, on the H1N1 pandemic influenza vaccine Greenflu-S® in mice. CIA06 significantly enhanced influenza-specific serum IgG, hemagglutination-inhibition, and virus-neutralizing antibody titers, which eliminated vaccine dose-dependency in the antibody response. Mice immunized with the CIA06-adjuvanted Greenflu-S showed Th1-type-predominant cytokine profiles, and both CD4<SUP>+</SUP> and CD8<SUP>+</SUP> T cell responses were induced. Immunization of mice with the CIA06-adjuvanted vaccine reduced the mortality and morbidity of mice upon lethal challenges with influenza virus, and no excessive inflammatory responses were observed in the lung tissues of the immunized mice after viral infection. These data suggest that the dLOS-based adjuvant system CIA06 can be used to promote the immune responses to influenza vaccine or to spare antigen dose without causing harmful inflammatory responses. </P>
