국산 Avana 인공치아와 외국산 ITI 인공치아의 악골조직내 적합성에 관한 비교연구

The purpose of this article is to confirm the longterm biocompatibility of national Avana implant and international ITI implant in dogs. At the fourth month after extreaction of the mandibular third and fourth premolar in three dog, both implants were inserted using careful atraumatic technique and prosthetic abutments were applied onto the implants in three months. After that, the implants were examined by naked eye and radiographic image every three months during 1 year, for detection of the complications, such as, mobility, bone resorption and wound infection. At 1 year after application of prosthetic abutment, the dogs were sacrificed for the histopathologic analysis by light microscope. The results obtained were as follows; 1. All implants had the ralatively good prognosis without mobility, wound infection and moderate bone resoprtion, in clinical and radiological evaluation during one year. 2. The all histopathologic specimens at one year after application of prosthetic abutment onto the implants showed the distinct osseointegration between implant system and bone, with projection of new bone apposition onto the peri-implant tissue. But Avana implants had the less osseointegration than ITI implants in the cancellous and marrow layer of jaw bone. 3. The all histopathologic specimens at one year after application of prosthetic device showed the firm junction by dense connective tissue pattern between the implant and the gingival portion. But Avana implants had the less firmer junction than ITI implants. 4. The authors confirmed that Avana implant and ITI implant have more higher tissue biocompatibility in dental implantation, but ITI implant has the more osseointegration than the Avana implant.
치료 불응성 Still's병에서 자가 조혈모세포 채집시 사용된 G-CSF에 의한 급성 악화 1예

치료 불응성 자가면역질환에서 고용량 항암화학요법 및 자가 조혈모세포이식술이 시행되고 있으나 조혈모세포 가동화 및 이식술 시 사용되는 G-CSF에 의해 오히려 기존의 자가면역질환의 증세가 악화되었다는 보고가 있다. 저자들은 만성적으로 재발되는 Still's병 환자에서 조혈모세포 가동화를 위해 사용한 G-CSF에 의해 자가면역질환이 급성 악화된 1예를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. High-dose immunosuppressive therapy with autologous stem cell transplantation is an increasingly used treatment for severe refractory autoimmune disorder including multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile chronic arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus. Although the optimal method of collecting stem cell is not determined, G-CSF-based mobilization is generally considered safe. However, worsening of disease status was reported in autoimmune disease undergoing mobilization with G-CSF. We report a 24-year-old male with refractory Still's disease who developed acute disease flare after administration of G-CSF for stem cell mobilization.
치조골 복합골절의 정복고정시 탈구치아의 치근관을 통한 배농술의 효과

Treatment of compound alveolar bone fracture consists of reduction and fixation with wound closure of soft tissue laceration. For the proper reduction and fixation, interosseous wiring or splinting of the involved teeth are applied during about 4 weeks. But wound infection around the fracture site may be occurred, because of the presence of devitalized tissues(pulp, bone and soft tissue), residual hematoma and anergy effect of trauma stress. The wound infection results in bone resorption, pulp degeneration and necrosis, wound dehiscence and soft tissue necrosis around the fracture site. Therefore, if the infection will be expected, early proper drainage should be established via the fracture site and root canal of the luxated teeth. The authors treated two cases of compound alveolar bone fracture by the rubber drainage in the fracture site and the endodontic drainage by open canal of the luxated teeth, with the usual reduction and fixation by use of arch bar and resin. The prognosis was more favorable without wound infection, bone resorption, teeth mobility and specific root resorption.
도시노후지역에서 이해 관계자의 특성에 따른 정비방식의 효과성 분석과 적용가능성에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to suggest the alternative methods of the improvement of residential environment, focusing on the Incumbent Upgrading, through the participation of the interested parties in a site. One of the critical issues in the improvement of the residential area is re-dwelling of the tenant. However, there has not been considered it in the design process. At the results of those kinds of residential developments, there have resulted in side-effects, disharmonious of either urban landscape or urban grain, the lack of Infra-structure, and even effected on a negative influence in terms of social aspects such as free-rider, unequal distribution of development profit, and so on. Consequently, this study focused on the design solution for the improvement of a residential area considering the grain, the tenant, and defined the effectiveness of the alternatives by comparing it with existing design approaches in the aspects of physical factors.
미각장애와 TAS1R3 및 GNAT3 유전자의 다형성과의 연관성

단맛은 우리 몸에 열량을 공급하는 역할을 담당하는 중요함 감각으로 인지도가 개인마다 조금씩 다르다고 알려져 있으나, 이에 대한 분자수준의 연구는 아직 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 미각 장애에 미치는 유전적 요인에 대해 알아보고자 50명의 미각 환자 및 100명의 정상인을 대상으로 단맛 민감도 차이와 연관이 있는 TAS1R3 및 GNAT3유전자의 다형성 간의 관련성을 알아보았다. TAS1R3 유전자 rs307355 및 rs35744813의 유전자형과 대립유전자의 빈도는 미각 장애 환자군과 대조군 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 두 다형성에 대한 일배체형을 분석한 결과, C-C 및 T-T의 두 종류만이 검출되었으며 환자군과 대조군 간의 일배체형 빈도 간에도 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. GNAT3유전자에서는 rs7792845의 유전자형 빈도가 환자군과 대조군간에 유의적인 차이를 나타냈었으나, 대립유전자빈도에서는 차이가 없었다. 이러한 연구결과는 단맛의 민감도 차이에 영향을 미치는 것으로 보고된 TAS1R3 및 GNAT3 유전자의 다형성에 대한 한국인 집단에서의 유전자형 빈도를 조사함으로써 집단유전학적 연구를 위한 기초자료를 제공하고 미각장애환자군과의 비교분석을 통해 TAS1R3 및 GNAT3유전자의 다형성이 연관성이 있을 가능성이 있음을 제시해 줌으로써 향후 미각장애를 진단하기 위한 검사시 지표로 활용될 수 있으리라 생각된다. 위에 제시한 연구결과는 향후 추가적인 샘플링을 통해 보다 많은 환자군과 대조군에 대한 추가적인 연구가 수행되어야 할 것이다. Taste sensation plays a crucial role in selecting and ingesting foods with different qualities which convey information about their nutrient content and/or safety. Sweetness is one of the five modalities in humans and serves as an energy resource for metabolism. There are reports on allelic polymorphisms which influence perception of sweetness in mice and humans. Since the influence of genetic factors on taste disorder has not been studied, we investigated the association of genetic polymorphisms in TAS1R3 and guanine nucleotide binding protein, alpha transducing 3 (GNAT3) genes and taste disorder. A total of 150 individuals composed of 50 patients with taste disorder and 100 healthy controls were recruited for the study and PCR-mediated directing sequencing method was used to genotype for two different single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) - rs307355 (T>C) and rs35744813 (T>C) in the TAS1R3gene, and rs7792845 (T>C) and rs1524600 (C>T) in the the GNAT3gene. The allele and genotype frequencies of rs307355 and rs35744813 in the TAS1R3gene showed a significant association between patients with taste disorder (p=0.022 and p=0.013 in both of SNPs, respectively). In addition, the frequency of T-T haplotype in the TAS1R3gene was higher in taste disorder cases than in the controls (OR, 1.93: 95%. CI, 1.09?3.39, p=0.022). In the GNAT3, the genotype frequency of rs7792845 in the patients was also different from the controls (p=0.048), but allele frequency was not significantly associated in either group. Our result provides the frequencies of SNPs and haplotypes of the TAS1R3 and GNAT3genes for the fundamental information of nutrigenetics in perception of the taste of sweetness in the Korean population. Also, the study suggests that the allelic polymorphisms of TAS1R3 and GNAT3genes may be useful as a molecular marker for evaluating patients with taste disorder. Further studies with large samples are required to clarify our observation.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Practical textile-based perovskite solar cells are prepared via low-temperature solution-processing, adopting a planar heterojunction architecture on a textile substrate. Polyurethane-coating of the textile enables low-temperature solution-processing, providing a robust substrate for forming polymeric anode, hole transport layer, perovskite layer, and electron transport layer. The prototype of planar perovskite solar cells on the textile substrate exhibits a power conversion efficiency of 5.72%, with good flexibility and durability in ambient conditions.
