There are five principal causes for excessive bleeding in the immediate postextraction phase ; (1) Vascular wall alteration (wound infection, scurvy, chemicals, allergy) (2) Disorders of platelet function (genetic defect, drug-aspirin, autoimmune disease) (3) Thrombocytopenic purpuras (radiation, leukemia), (4) Inherited disorders of coagulation (hemophilia, Christmas disease, vitamin deficiency, anticoagulation drug-heparin, coumarin, aspirin, plavix). If the hemorrhage from postextraction wound is unusually aggressive, and then dehydration and airway problem are occurred, the socket must be packed with gelatine sponge(Gelfoam) that was moistened with thrombin and wound closure & pressure dressing are applied. The thrombin clots fibrinogen to produce rapid hemostasis. Gelatine sponges moistened with thrombin provide effective coagulation of hemorrhage from small veins and capillaries. But, in dental alveoli, gelatine sponges may absorb oral microorganisms and cause alveolar osteitis (infection). This is a case report of bleeding and infection control by the circumferential suture and iodoform gauze drainage on infected active bleeding extraction socket under sedation and local anesthesia in a 71-years-old male patient with anticoagulation drug.

In this study, service improvement plan based on opinion surveys of experts to enhance services provided by the Korea Trade Insurance Corporation(KTIC: K-sure) are proposed. Korea Trade Insurance Corporation is an organization representing public interest. To duly carry out its dual role as a public interest entity and as a corporation, it needs to improve its marketing service quality. In particular, in order to improve its image and to strengthen its trade insurance product offerings, it needs to reposition itself to a higher dimension from its current position. In this study, expert panel survey was conducted on 4 areas: expert information, opinion on trade insurance products, opinion on image of Korea Trade Insurance Corporation and opinion on service marketing. Upon analysis of the survey, perception on service was identified based on K-sure’s specialized purpose and client differentiation per product feature. Then repositioning propositions through promotion strategy, product development strategy and interaction strategy are presented. By doing so, marketing measures utilizing trade insurance products are proposed. Expert panel survey on experts show that the most important factor when considering trade insurance policy was the security coverage. Survey question on whether current trade insurance products were tailored to small and medium enterprises(SMEs) or large corporations, 70% responded that the products were tailored to large corporations. Multi-select choice survey on reasons why utilization varies according to firm size, business size and transaction amount were accountable for the differences. Perception of corporation, number of transactions were also accountable in descending order. On K-sure’s image, experts pointed out that public image was the strongest and then ambiguous image followed. Most effective means to provide trade insurance product information were catalog sent via mail, e-mails and on-site visits by consultants in descending order.

본 논문에서는 반향제거기가 수렴하기 전에 동작할 수 있는 동시통화검출기의 성능 향상에 대한 방법을 제안하였다. 마이크로폰에 입력된 신호를 선형예측필터에 통과시키고, 이 필터링 된 신호를 사용하여 검출을 수행하게 된다. 선형예측필터 계수는 원단화자신호의 음성으로부터 얻어진다. 단일통화 시에는 반향신호가 원단화자의 신호와 유사한 음성특성을 가지므로 필터링 된 신호가 작은 값을 갖게 된다. 그러나 동시통화가 발생한 경우에는 마이크로폰 신호에 다른 특성을 갖는 신호가 포함되어 있어서 파워가 줄어들지 않게 된다. 이를 사용하여 동시통화를 검출하게 된다. 음성신호를 사용한 모의 실험을 통하여 제안한 방법이 기존의 방법에 비해 동시통화를 빠르게 검출함으로서 성능이 우수함을 확인할 수 있었다. In this paper, we proposed a performance improvement method of the double talk detector which can operate before the echo canceller converges. Microphone input signal is filtered by the linear prediction filter and this filtered signal is used for detection. The coefficients of the linear prediction filter are given by the far-end talker signal. During single talk, filtered signal has low power since the characteristics of the echo signal is similar with those of the far-end talker signal. But, during double talk, the filtered signal does not have low power because the signal of different characteristics is included in the microphone signal. Double talk is detected by this difference. Simulations using real speech signals verified that the proposed method outperformed the conventional methods.
고등학교 주문형 강좌 선형대수 교과목 운영사례 : 전통적 방식과 플립러닝 방식의 혼합수업 형태 및 신호처리 응용

This paper is a study of a linear algebra course taught in a high school on-demand course. Compared to the regular course, flipped learning was added to the course, and applications to signal processing related problems were covered in consideration of students' career aspirations. Overall, the class was a mixture of traditional lectures and flipped learning. Flipped learning was implemented twice. The flipped class consisted of pre-class, in-class and post-class. To verify the effectiveness of the course, a survey was conducted and most of the evaluation items were above 4. The topics of the flipped learning were Markov chains and least squares problem, which are very important in the field of signal processing.
