        선발과정에서의 세대별 QTL 좌위 고정에 관한 연구

        The objective of this study was to determine the response of QTL in each generation during selection to develop inbred lines. The simulation program was written in Fortran. Magnitude of QTL effects, base population size, number of QTL assigned to population, and the allelic frequency for the positive allele at each major QTL were highly associated with number of generations to fixation of QTLs during selection. Populations with larger QTL effects and larger base population size had more individuals with fixed QTL. However, a smaller number of QTL assigned to population had a higher fraction of individuals with fixed QTL at each generation compared with more populations with QTL. This simulation study will help to design biological experiments for detection of QTL-marker association using inbred population and to determine optimum number of lines with fixed QTL during inbred line development. To complement this study, additional simulation should be need with abundant replicates, more various population sizes, magnitude of QTL effects, and recombination between markers and QTLs.

        Isolation and characterization of two phototropins in the freshwater green alga, Spirogyra varians(Streptophyta, Zygnematales)

        Freshwater algae living in shallow waters have evolved various photomovement to stay in the optimum light condition for survival. Previous action-spectra investigations showed that Spirogyra filaments have phototropic movement in blue light. To decipher the genetic control of phototropic movement, two phototropin homologues were isolated from Spirogyra varians, and named SvphotA and SvphotB. Both phototropins have similar molecular structure consisted of two light–oxygen–voltage domains (LOV1, LOV2) and a serine / threonine kinase domain. SvphotA and SvphotB had 48.7% sequence identity. Phylogenetic analysis showed SvphotA and SvphotB belong to different clades suggesting early divergence, possibly before the divergence of land plants from the Zygnematales. Quantitative PCR and northern blot analysis showed that SvphotA and SvphotB responded differently to red and blue light. SvphotA was consistently expressed in the dark and in blue light, while SvphotB was expressed only when the plants were exposed to light. When the filaments were exposed to red light, SvphotA was significantly downregulated whereas SvphotB was highly upregulated. These results suggest that the two phototropins may have different roles in the photoresponse in S. varians.

        5축 절삭가공기 교육 중 2NC 헤드의 고강도 알루미늄을 적용한스핀들 하우징의 극한 조건의 진동해석에 관한 연구

        Materials used for education are materials such as SM20C, Al6061, and acrylic. SM20C materials are carbon steel and are oftenused in certification tests and functional competitions, but are also widely used in industrial sites. The Al6061 material is said to bea material that has lower hardness and stronger flexibility than carbon steel, so it is a material that generates a lot of compositionalselection of tools. If students are taught practical training using acrylic materials, vibration occurs due to excessive cutting in someparts and damage to the tool occurs. In this process, we examine to what extent the impact on the 2NC head, which is a five-axisequipment, can affect precision control. The weakest part of the five-axis equipment can be said to be the weakest part of the headthat controls the AC axis. When the accuracy and cumulative tolerance of this part occur, the accuracy of all products decreases. Therefore, the core part of the 2NC head, the spindle housing, was carried out using an Al7075 T6 (Alcoa, USA) material. In the process of vibration and cutting applied to this material, the analysis was conducted to find out the value applied to the finite elementanalysis under extreme conditions. It is hoped that this analysis data will help students see and understand the structure of 5-axismachining rather than 5-axis cutting. 교육용으로사용되는피삭재(소재)는SM20C,Al6061,아크릴등의소재를사용한다. SM20C 소재는탄소강으로서자격증시험및기능경기대회에서많이사용되지만산업현장에서도많이사용된다. Al6061 소재는탄소강에비하여경도가낮아지고전성(연성)이강한소재이기에공구의구성인선이많이발생하는소재라고한다.아크릴소재를이용하여학생들에게실습지도하면어느부분에서과다절삭으로인하여진동이발생하고공구의파손이발생하는소재이다.이러한과정에서5축장비인2NC헤드에게가해지는충격이정밀도제어에는어느정도영향을줄수있는지알아본다. 5축장비의가장취약한부분은AC축을제어하는헤드가가장약한부분이라할수있다.이부분의정밀도및누적공차가발생할경우모든제품의정밀도가떨어지는현상이발생한다.따라서 2NC헤드의 핵심적인 부분, 스핀들 하우징은 Al7075 T6(미국 알코아사) 소재를 사용하여 진행하였다. 이 소재에서 작용되는진동및절삭과정에서힘을극한조건에서유한요소해석으로적용되는값을밝혀내고자해석을진행하였다.이러한해석데이터를활용하여학생들이5축절삭보다5축가공기의구조를보고이해하는데도움이되기를기대한다.

        Development & Assessment of Alkyl Chain Modified Aptamers as Potential PET Radiotracers for Lymphoma Diagnosis

        The Td05 and Sgc8c, DNA-based aptamers, are well-known to target internalized surface markers (IGHM and PTK7) of Burkitt’s lymphoma and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Thus, Td05 and Sgc8c labeled with metallic radioisotope 64Cu can be evaluated as potential diagnostic PET imaging agents. In this study, we modified the carbon chain length of the last adenosine of aptamer (n = 3, 6, 12) to increase tumor cell uptake and select the best candidate among six types of aptamer analogues and one adenosine of aptamer. After labeling of 64Cu, [64Cu]Cu-DOTA-aptamer analogues were evaluated in vitro studies (serum stability, Log P values, cell uptake, biodistribution). Then, we evaluate in vivo PET imaging study for two candidates (64Cu-DOTA- C12-Sgc8c, 64Cu-DOTA-C6-Td05). PET images clearly visualize tumors at 24 h post-injection rather than at an early time point and the tumor-to-background ratio also increases at the delay time point. 64Cu-DOTA- C12-Sgc8c and 64Cu-DOTA-C6-Td05 could be used as potential radiotracers for lymphoma.

      • 반응성스퍼터링으로증착한MoOx정공수송층을적용한역구조전무기 양자점-발광다이오드제작

        We have fabricated and analyzed sputtered molybdenum oxide (MoOx) thin films with their thickness up to 60nm in aiming to adopt MoOx as a hole-transport layer (HTL) for an all-inorganic quantum-dot (QD) light-emitting diode (QD-LED). Through electrical and optical analysis, the surface morphology and electrical properties of MoOx thin films depending on the oxygen ratio in the Ar/O2 mixed sputtering gas have been studied. In addition, the feasibility of the MoOx thin films as a HTL of QD-LEDs has been examined. However, the QD-LEDs with 60-nm MoOx HTLs failed to emit light. The 60-nm MoOx film had about 15-mA current even at 40-V bias condition. This high resistance may induce the failure in getting light emission from the diode. Hence, the dependency of the QD-LED light emitting properties on the MoOx thickness will be studied and the optimization of the device structure and the fabrication process of the QD-LEDs will be conducted as further works.

        초로기와 노년기 입원환자에 대한 정신건강의학과 자문의 특성

        연구목적 타과 입원 중 정신건강의학과에 자문 의뢰된 초로기와 노년기 환자의 특징에는 어떠한 차이가 있는지 알아보기 위하여 연구를 실시하였다. 방 법 일 대학병원 정신건강의학과에 자문 의뢰된 타과 입원환자 중 50세부터 64세 범위의 초로기 환자(N=162)와 65세 이상의 노년기 환자(N=171)의 자문기록지를 비교분석하였다. 결 과 1) 정신건강의학과 자문의 주소는 초로기에 신체증상, 불안, 수면장애 순, 노년기에 인지저하, 의식혼탁, 우울한 기분 순으로 많았다. 2) 자문 결과에 의한 정신의학적 진단명은 초로기에 섬망, 기분장애, 물질사용장애순, 노년기에 섬망, 기분장애, 주요 신경인지장애 순으로 많았다. 3) 신체질환 치료제의 수는 초로기보다 노년기에 더 많았다. 결 론 정신건강의학과 자문의 특성은 초로기와 노년기 환자에서 차이가 있었으므로, 노인정신의학 자문 활동에 있어서 더욱 세분화된 노인 연령층별 접근이 필요하다고 제시된다. Objectives: The aim of this study was to know differences of characteristics between presenile and senile patients who were consulted to the department of psychiatry during medical-surgical admission. Methods: The demographic and clinical data obtained from the medical records of psychiatric consultation in the presenile inpatients with age 50 to 64 years(N=162) and those of the senile inpatients with age over 65 years(N=171) were reviewed and compared. Results: 1) The most common chief complaints for psychiatric consultation in presenile patients were somatic symptoms, anxiety and sleep disturbance in order, while cognitive decline, clouded consciousness and depressed mood were most common in senile patients with statistical significance. 2) The most frequent psychiatric diagnoses after consultation in presenile patients were delirium, mood disorder and substance use disorder in order, while delirium, mood disorder and major neurocognitive disorder were most frequent in senile patients with statistical significance. 3) There were no significant difference in numbers of physical illnesses, while numbers of therapeutic drugs for them were more in senile patients. Conclusions : Our study found significant differences between presenile and senile patients on psychiatric symptoms and diagnoses in geropsychiatric consultation. Therefore, more subdivided age-specific approach seems to be needed for the geropsychiatric consultation activities.
