      • 건조기에서 Amino수지 성형재료의 경화특성에 관한 연구

        We studied the effect of mass transfer in a dryer on the condensation of amino resin mould material and the curing characteristics, and investigated the drying rate, the moisture and the curing fluidity according th the variations of the temperature and the drying media recycle volume which affects the mass transfer in the drying process. So, the result are summarized as follows: ① As the drying temperature increased to 70℃, 80℃ and 90℃ respectively, the drying rate became fast. ② In the same final drying time, the higher the drying temperature became, the more the moisture content of the urea resin mould material inceased. ③ Accordingly as the drying temperature increased, the moisture content of the drying material suddenly decreased in short drying time, but the moisture content increased when the drying time was between 80 minute and 120 minutes. ④ As the drying temperature increased, the curing fluidity of amino resin mould meterial decreased. ⑤ As the recycle volume of the drying media increased, the curing fluidity decreased.

        복벽 성형술의 문제점 및 분류

        Some patients requesting abdominal contour surgery may have all their deformity below the semicircular line. These patients were treated by the traditional procedure, but these patients has nerve satisfied because of long and wide scar. From a study of the deformities of each layer of the abdominal wall, we have categorized three types of abdominoplasties. For each type, we used a different surgical technique, aiming to sculpture the abdomen and treat each layer according to the deformity present in each patient. By classifying the various problems and by using the different approaches, only the specific deformities of the abdominal wall need be corrected. The results were judged good excellent by the surgeons and patients because of the more natural appearance of the final results.

        치아회분과 석고혼합제재 매식후 Digital Subtraction Radiography에 의한 골량 변화의 평가

        Purpose : To assess the methods for the clinical evaluation of the longitudinal bone changes after implantation of tooth ash-plaster mixture into the defect area of human jaws. Materials and methods : Tooth ash-plaster mixtures were implanted into the defects of 8 human jaws. 48 intraoral radiograms taken with copper step wedge as reference at soon, 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 6th week after implantation on mixture were used. X-ray raking was standardized by using Rinn XCP device customized directly to the individual dentition with resin bite block. The images inputted by Quick scanner were digitized and analyzed by NIH image program. Cu-equivalent values were measured at the implanted sites from the periodic digital images. Analysis was performed by the bidirectional subtraction with color enhancement and the surface plot of resliced contiguous image. The obtained results by the two methods were compared with Cu-equivalent value changes. Results : The average determination coefficient of Cu-equivalent equations was 0.9988 and the coefficient of variation of measured Cu values ranged from 0.08∼0.10. The coefficient of variation of Cu-equivalent values measured at the areas of the mixture and the bone by the conversion equation ranged from 0.06∼0.09. The analyzed results by the bidirectional subtraction with color enhancement were coincident with the changes of Cu-equivalent values. The surface plot of the resliced contiguous image showed the three dimensional view of the longtudinal bone changes on one image and also coincident with Cu-equivalent value changes after implantation. Conclusion : The bidirectional subtraction with color enhancement and the surface plot of the resliced contiguous image was very effective and reasonable to analyze clinically and qualitatively the longitudinal bone change. These methods are expected to be applicable to the non-destructive test in other fields.(J Korean Oral Maxillofac Radiol 1999;29:423-434)

      • 유황처리된 InSb표면에 대한 AES 분석

        The surfaces of (100) InSb were analyzed by Auger electron spectroscopy before and after sulfur treatment. The Auger spectrums for In_(2)O_(3), Sb_(2)O_(3), and elemental Sb were detected in the native oxide of InSb surface. After the sulfur treatment by ammonium sulfide((NH_(4))_(2)S_(x)), carbon content stays almost constant, but a great deal of the surface oxygen is replaced by sulfur, probably as a surface InSb-sulfide. For the case of the surfce which was sulfur treated during 2min at 25℃, carbon, oxygen and sulfur concentrations at surface were 11%, 6%, and 34%, respectively, and the In/Sb surface ratio was 1.0.

      • Al/P-Si MIS型 太陽電池의 製作과 그 特性에 관한 硏究

        The Al/P-Si MIS solar cells were fabricated by vacuum evaporation method. The interfacial oxide layer was grown by ramp heating for 5 minutes. Thin Aluminum film was deposited on the chemically etched (100) surface of a single sillcon crystal by vacuum evaporation. The solar cells showed good rectification properties which have the built-in potential of 0.76V and the quality factor of 1.6 under dark condition. The cells indicated that the open circuit voltage, short circuit photocurrent density, fill factor and energy conversion efficiency were 0.53V, 35mA/㎠, 0.62 and 12.4%, respectively, under 98mw/㎠ tungsten halogen lamp irradiation.

      • IGFET형 반도체 압력센서의 개발

        The insulated gate field effect transistor which is senstive to pressure has been fabricated. It consists of two pt-region of the source and the drain in the n-type silicon substrate, and the gate area. The gate electrode is the evaporated aluminium film on the micro-diaphragm resembling a pillbox which covers the drain, source, and gate oxide. The space between the gate oxide and the diaphragm is an air-gap. When the pressure is applied on the diaphragm, the diaphragm deflects and changes the gate capacitiance. As a result, the conductivity between source and drain is modulated. The fabrication processes utilized the conventional integrated circuit fabrication methods. The diaphragm is the SiNx film which is deposited by the PECVD (plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition). The diaphragm has 200μm X 200μm of area and 3 μm of thickness. The characteristics of the sensor with pressure was non-linear. The threshold voltage was linearly increased with the increasing pressure. The pressure sensitivity of threshold voltage was 2.0 mV/mmHg.

        The problems of over population in large cities and over outflow population in cities, and difference of growth and unbalanced development between them occurred a big social issue. Accordingly, the interests are concentrating on the basic reinforcement and functional activation of local small and medium cities. Recently, small and medium sized cities are to be a new limelight in developing countries. Because, they have performed important roles in promoting are spreading economic and social development of the country. The results of the analysis are the following ; The level on disparity of urban living environment among city in Urban region is considerable large. Region should have the effective several system. So as to maintain the high level of urban life and increase the quality of life. The purpose of this study is to certify the relations between the QOL factors of city and population. The pooled time-series data combining time-series data(1995~2000) with cross-sectional data(except 7 metropolitan cities) is used for this study.

      • 整流方式에 따른 醫療用 X-線 裝置의 特性

        The output characteristics on various rectification methods of X-ray equipments for the purpose of medical use are investigated by means of X-ray multimeter. in comparison the measured values with setting values, the accuracy of X-ray tube voltage and illumination time was varied in the range of +70% in case of three phase type including inverter type. The inverter type also showed a good reproducibility. As the experimental results, it is desirable that the inverter type X-ray equipment will be widely used in the near future.

      • 주위온도 변화에 따른 입상활성탄의 자연발화 특성과 발화한계온도 예측에 관한 연구

        The critical spontaneous ignition temperature for activated carbon were observed by performing experiments for granulated activated carbon with varying the period. As the results of the experiments, the critical spontaneous ignition temperature decreased with increase of the time period, while, the ignition induction time was increases with the increase of the time period. The approximate expressions of the critical spontaneous ignition temperature obtained for ambient temperature amplitudes were as follows; δ_(c)(χ,ω) = δ_(c){1 - χ exp(-A·ω^(B))} 0.408 ≤ χ ≤ 0.793 , 0.413 ≤ A ≤ 0.911 , 0.813 ≤ B ≤ 0.975
