The drying properties of the urea resin moulding material was investigated according to drying temperature, drying time and recycle rate of exhausting gas in the process of drying. We obtained the following results ; water content of material decreases with increasing drying time and drying temperature, but increases with increasing recycle rate of exhausting gas. The correlation equation on water content of the urea resin moulding material was obtained through a regression analysis of experimental data.
자동화된 경계고정좌표 생성법과 자연대류 문제에 대한 적용

This paper suggests an automatic elliptic grid generation method that is well-suited for the numerical mapping of complex geometries which are easily obtained from general CAD programs. An LBLADI solver is used for the governing mapping equations to have the strong diagonal dominance. The full boundary control method is adopted to determine the control functions of the equations, which allows the control of the grid regarding spacing and angle control at all boundary surfaces. The solution method presented here provides the capability of mapping very complicated geometries by defining grid point locations only along the boundaries. In the automated elliptic grid generation procedure, it is showed that strong diagonal dominance is essential to achieve successful mapping irrespective of the initial grid condition provided. To demonstrate the robustness of this method, it is applied to the thermal flow like the natural convection between eccentric cylinders. The results agree well with others.

The flash point is generally used as a hazardous index of fire or explosion of a flammable liquid. In this study, the lower flash points and the upper flash points according to the composition of Toluene-o-Xylene and Toluene-Methyl Ethyl Ketone mixtures are determined by air-blowing method. As results, relations between the flash points and the compositions of mixtures; ① for Toluene-o-Xylene mixtures T_(fL)=25.23α+5.34 T_(fu)=27.36α +40.50 ② for Toluene-Methyl Ethyl Keton mixtures T_(fL)=10.00 β-5.00 T_(fu)=16.91β+20.45

The gas holdup and volumeteric liquid phase mass transfer coefficient with the variation of the concentration of CMC aqueous solution, gas velocity, diameter ratio of the draught tube were investigated. As the results of the experiments, the gas holdup and volumetric liquid phase mass transfer coefficient decreased with increasing the concentration of CMC aqueous solution, increased with increasing the gas holdup and decreased with increasing the gas velocity the volumeteric liquid phase mass transfer coefficient the diameter ratio of the draught tube, correlations amang various parameters having an influence on gas holdup and volumeteric liquid phase mass transfer coefficient.

In this paper, it was described results of study on curing safety of molding meterial, about the variation of phenol resin contents, wood flour contents and moisture of wood flour, under the same condition. The experimental results are summarized as follows ; 1) When the curing temperature was high, the curing time was short in the case of 4∼8wt% moisture of wood flour, but in the case of more than 12wt% moisture of wood flour, the curing time was long. 2) The curing time for curing temperature was more short when 6wt% moisture of wood flour than 4wt% moisture of wood flour. 3) The more wood flour content and moisture of wood flour content, the longer curing time and the more mineral filler content, the shorter curing time. 4) When the phenol resin content of main matrix increase, the curing time was short.

The lower flash points and upper flash points of 2-propanol and toluene mixtures were determined by air-blowing method instead of Tag-closed flash point tester. The relations between the flash points and the composition of the mixtures are as follows ; T_(F.J) =4.3182+6.0909X₁ T_(F.U) =39.3636-2.9091X₁ As results, the experimental data and the estimated values from the relations are considerably agreed, and we could plotted the relative diagram between flash points and the explosive range.
