        개선한 일회성 난수를 이용한 RFID 상호인증 프로토콜

        2008년에 Kim-Jun은 의도하지 않은 정보의 누출로 인한 악의적인 공격들 및 범죄 악용 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 일회성 난수를 이용한 RFID 상호인증 프로토콜을 제안하였다. 보안성 분석을 통하여 Kim-Jun은 제안한 프로토콜이 재전송 공격을 포함한 다양한 공격들에 안전함을 증명하였다. 하지만 본 논문에서는 그들의 주장과는 달리 그들이 제안한 프로토콜이 여전히 재전송 공격에 취약함을 증명하며, 더 나아가 동일한 연산 효율성을 보장하며 재전송 공격을 막을 수 있는 간단히 개선된 일회성 난수 기반의 RFID 상호인증 프로토콜을 제안한다. In 2008, Kim-Jun proposed a RFID mutual authentication protocol using one-time random number that can withstand malicious attacks by the leakage of important information and resolve the criminal abuse problems. Through the security analysis, they claimed that the proposed protocol can withstand various security attacks including the replay attack. However, this paper demonstrates that Kim-Jun's RFID authentication protocol still insecure to the replay attack. In addition, this paper also proposes a simply improved RFID mutual authentication protocol using one-time random number which not only provides same computational efficiency, but also withstands the replay attack.

      • ANALYSIS OF FIRE CHARACTERISTICS IN APARTMENT BUILDING THROUGH FULL SCALE EXPERIMENT AND ZONE MODEL SIMULATION

        Fire characteristics of a typical apartment building in Korea was studied through full scale experiment and zone model simulation. The fire was ignited at the living room and allowed to spread to other parts of a single unit in a five storied apartment building. Various data including temperatures, species concentrations, and images were collected in the experiment. A zone model(CFAST) was used to analyze the same apartment building that represents the average households in Korea. The results were compared with a full scale experiments. While CFAST allows one compartment involved with fire, the experiment allowed the fire to spread to other compartments. Therefore, the comparison between experimental data and Zone-Model data is valid until the living-room fire spread to other parts of the apartment. Flashover occurred at approximately 380 seconds in a fire experiment, and at approximately 420 seconds in Zone-Model. Based on all of data between experimental data and Zone-Model data, it is concluded that the safe escape time is about 250 seconds.

        각국의 보건지표체계에 대한 비교 고찰

        Health indicator system and measurement of health status are an important fields in national health fields. In order to promote the national health level and measure health status, the national heath authority must rebuild the present health data and indicator production system. This study reviewed the overall concepts of health and health indicator, health indicator system. The scope of this study ; - Review of the conceptual health framework, health indicators, and health indicator system - Comparative analysis on the present health indicator system of developed countres and international organizations. This study suggested the new health indicator system corresponding the health state situation and national health components. The results of this study are appiled to the conceptual framework establishment of national health components, the development of national health policy a health status measurement tools. And the national health authority will apply the results of this study to the promotion of health indicator system and the demand of international organizations. Finally, although this study suggest the desirable health indicator system will be reduced in the functions and characteristics of health indicator and health indicator system.

        Cloning and mRNA Expression Analysis of the Gene Encoding Phenylalanine Ammonia-Lyase of the Ectomycorrhizal Fungus Tricholoma matsutake

        The ectomycorrhizal fungus Tricholoma matsutake grows symbiotically with Pinus densiflora. Phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (E.C. 4.3.1.24) catalyzes the conversion of L-phenylalanine to trans-cinnamic acid. The role of fungal phenylalanine ammonia-lyase, however, has not been clear until now. In this study, the gene encoding phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL), which was isolated from T. matsutake, was cloned and characterized. The PAL gene (tmpal) consists of 2,160 nucleotides, coding for a polypeptide containing 719 amino acid residues. The deduced amino acid sequence of tmpal from T. matsutake shows high identity (70%) with that from Laccaria bicolor. Comparative analysis of the PAL genes among T. matsutake and other species of the class Agaricomycetes showed that both active sites and binding sites were significantly conserved among these genes. The transcriptional analysis of the PAL gene revealed a differential gene expression pattern depending on the developmental stages (mycelium, primordium, stipe, pileus, and gills) of T. matsutake. These results suggest that the PAL gene in T. matsutake plays an important role in multiple physiological functions.

      • S-344 : The Role of Skeletal Muscle Mass in Development of Metabolic Syndrome

        Introduction: It has been well known that abdominal adiposity is related with insulin resistance and greater risk of metabolic disorder. Skeletal muscle plays central role in insulin mediated glucose disposal of whole body, but we only know a little about the association between skeletal muscle mass and MetS (MetS). The aim of this study is to clarify the clinical role of skeletal muscle mass in developing MetS through using skeletal muscle parameters by body impedance analysis (BIA). Methods: 1,042 healthy adults aged from 20 to 75 years who visited Yeungnam university health promotion center from Jun. 2008 to Jun. 2010 were enrolled. 204 subjects who had prior MetS or chronic disease that can affect to skeletal muscle mass were excluded. After 24 months from baseline, the metabolic parameters were assessed and the development of MetS was diagnosed using modified NCEP-ATP III criteria. From the BIA (Inbody 720), we obtained skeletal muscle mass (SMM, Kg), body fat mass (BFM, Kg), and visceral fat area (VFA, cm2). Then, we had defined as follows; percent of skeletal muscle mass (SMM%, %): SMM (kg)/weight (Kg), skeletal muscle index (SMI, Kg/m2): SMM (Kg)/height (m)2, skeletal muscle to body fat ratio (MFR): SMM (kg)/BFM (Kg) and skeletal muscle to visceral fat ratio (SVR, Kg/cm2): SMM (Kg)/VFA (cm2) Results: Mean follow up periods were 28.7±5.4 months. Among total 838 subjects (46.9±9.9 years, M:F=477:361), 88 (10.5%) were newly diagnosed MetS. 5th quintile of the SMM%, MFR and SVR was associated with decreased risk of development of MetS after adjusting for confounding factors. Conclusion: Decreased skeletal muscle mass may play critical role in development of the MetS and not absolute amount of skeletal muscle mass but relative ratio to body composition may be more important.

      • 黃芩 抽出物이 DNCB로 誘導된 생쥐의 Allergy性 接觸皮膚炎에 미치는 影響

        본 실험은 황금이 Allergy性 접촉피부염의 면역과민반응 및 염증반응에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위해서 시행되었다. 실험을 위해 BALB/C계 생쥐를 DNCB 처리군과 DNCB 처리 후 황금추출액을 경구 투여한 황금추출물투여군(HGET군)으로 나누어 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene(DNCB)를 도포하여 Allergy性 접촉피부염을 유발한 뒤, 시간의 경과에 따라 contact hypersensitivity assay, 피부의 일반적인 구조 혈관생성, 림프구를 비롯한 염증세포, sulfated acid mucosubstance, 비만세포, IL-2 R, ICAM-1 그리고 CD11b의 변화를 관찰하였다. Contact hypersensitivity assay에서 HEGT군은 DNCB처리군에 비해 有意性있는 ear swelling의 감소를 보였다. 피부표피의 변화에서 HEGT군에서 DNCB처리군에 비해 감소된 것으로 나타났다. 또한 혈관생성, 림프구의 침투 및 표피 기저층과 가시층 세포치 손상은 HEGT군에서 DNCB처리군에 비해 감소된 것으로 나타났다. 또한 혈관생성, 림프구를 비롯한 염증세포, sulfated acid mucosubstance와 비만세포, IL-2 R 양성반응세포, ICAM-1 양성반응세포 그리고 CD11b 양성반응은 Allergy性 접촉피부염의 면역과민반응억제와 항염증작용에 효과가 있는 것으로 사료된다. This study was performed to investigated the effects of an immunosuppression and a mitigation of inflammation of Scutellaria baicalensis GEORGI on Allergic contact dermatitis. In order to study, after oral administration of Scutellaria baicalensis GEORGI extract, contact hypersensitivity assay, general morphologic change of skin, suIfated acid mucosubstance, mast cell, lL-2R, ICAM-1 and CD11b were observed in BALB/C mouse induced allergic contact dermatitis by the contact sensitizing DNCB. Ear swelling in contact hypersensitivity assay was decreased in the Scutellaria baicalensis GEORGI extracts administered(HEGT) group, compared with DNCB painted group. In the general morphologic change of skin, hyperplasia of keratinocytes, increase of lymphocytes and inflammatory cell, increase of vasculogenesis and epidermal lymphocytes infiltration, increase of cell damage in epidermal basal layer and prickle layer were decreased in the HEGT group, compared with DNCB painted group. Increase of sulfated acid mucosubstance, mast cell, lL-2R positive cell, ICAM-1 positive cell, CD11b positive cell were decreased in the HEGT group, compared with DNCB painted group.

        This study aims to analyze the need assessment of development in Chungnam west-coast people and to search implication of ploicy and planning that induses inter-regional balanced development. The major findings of this study could be follows; 1) The most positive development in industry of all researching area was tourist business. And the most negative industry was forestry. 2) The most positive Social Overhead Capital(SOC) business was education, and the most negative business was electric. 3) The most positive development method was the sustainable development and the third sector types. 4) The lack of capital was the most important factor of barrier of development. The followings implications were suggested for more efficient inter-regional balanced development; 1) making the development circumstance of the low developed area 2) planning of development from bellow, 3) getting rid of the barrier of development, 4) selecting the sustainable development method and the third sector, 5) investing inter-regional balanced development.

        읽기 교육 연구의 방향 : 읽기 교육 연구자의 인식을 바탕으로

        본 연구는 국내의 읽기 교육 분야에서 현재 활발하게 탐구되고 있는 연구 주제와 앞으로 활발하게 탐구되어야 할 연구 주제가 무엇인지를 추출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해, 국내 읽기 연구자를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석 결과, 국내 읽기 연구자들은 ‘과정 중심 읽기 지도, 읽기 기능과 전략, 읽기 교육과정’과 관련된 주제가 현재 가장 활발하게 연구되고 있다고 반응했다. 현재에 주목을 받고 있지 않은 연구 주제로는 ‘읽기 교사 교육, 균형적인 읽기 지도, 연구 기반 읽기 지도, 교과 독서 지도, 읽기 부진아 지도’ 등을 꼽았으며, ‘교과 독서 지도, 읽기 부진아 지도’ 등을 앞으로 활발하게 연구해야 하는 주제로 인식했다. 마지막으로 분석 결과 및 연구 방법에 대하여 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate hot research topics for today and tomorrow in the area of reading education. For the study, 21 reading researchers participated in the survey. According to the results, the participants enumerated 'process-based reading instruction, reading skill and strategy, and reading curriculum' as today's hot topics in the area of reading education. As today's not-hot-topics, they picked up 'reading teacher development, balanced reading instruction, research-based reading instruction, and reading instruction for at-risk readers. For tomorrow's should-be-hot topics, they chose 'content area reading and reading instruction for at-risk readers'. Regarding such results, some issues were discussed.

        저용량의 클로자핀에 의해 경련이 유발된 정신분열증 환자 4례

        Clozapine은 추세외로 증상과 지연성 운동장애를 거의 일으키지 않는 비전형 항정신병 약물로서 치료 저항성 정신분열증 환자들의 치료에 우수한 효과가 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 그러나 기존의 항정신병 약물로 치료를 받고 있는 환자들의 약 1%에서 경련이 발생하는 것과 비교해서 clozapine를 투여받는 환자들은 경련의 발생 비율이 보다 높은 것으로 알려져 있다. 또한 이러한 경련은 clozapine의 투여에 의해 점차적으로 경련의 역치가 낮아져 발생하게 되므로 clozapine의 용량이 증가함에 따라 경련의 발생 비율도 함께 증가하는 것으로 보고되어져 왔다. 저자들은 정신분열증 환자들에게 clozapine을 투여하던 중 이전의 보고들과는 달리 저용량에서 전신성 경련이 발생한 환자 4례를 경험하였다. 본 증례에서는 경련이 clozapine을 증량하여 투여한 직후에 발생하였기 때문에, 약물의 용량보다는 clozapine 투여 후에 혈중 clozapine 농도가 급격히 증가하는 것에 기인한 것으로 생각되었다. 본 증례를 통해 저자들은 치료 저항성 정신분열증 환자들에게 clozapine을 투여할 경우 고용량 투여, 급격한 증량에 주의한다면 경련을 최소화할 수 있다고 생각하였다. Clozapine is an atypical antipsychotics that has shown to be effective in treating patients with refractory schizophrenia and those with intolerance to currently available antipsychotics. It also appearer to be less likely to cause extrapyramidal symptoms and tardive dyskinesia. But clozapine has been associated with an unusual high incidence of seizures in patients with no previous history of ictal episodes. Seizures occur in approximately 1% of patients treated with antipsychotic drugs. But the prevalence is higher with clozapine. Clozapine-induced seizures are reported to occur in a dose-related manner by progressively lowering the seizure threshold on most all patients as the dose is increased. But seizure does not usually necessitate discontinuation of clozapine treatment. We experienced four cases of seizure induced by low doses of clozapine treatment in schizophrenic patients. Since most of the seizures have occured soon after increase of a clozapine dose, they may have related more to rapid increase in blood clozapine levels than to that of dose. It is also possible that dose did not accurately predict blood levels for these patients. The possibility of seizures should not pose a barrier a barrier to clozapine treatment for patients with refractory psychotic disorders. The risks and morbidity of seizures can be minimized through attention to clinical management.
