        Distribution of indicator species of copepods and chaetognaths were studied as an indicator species of water mass in the southeastern area of the Yellow Sea. Undinula darwini, Lucicutia flavicornis, Pleuromamma gracilis, Euchaeta resselli, Euchaeta plana and Sagitta enflata were found to be reliable indicator species for determining warm water mass. Of these species, E. plana and E. russelli have a weak tolerance on the low temperature. Sagitta crassa was indicator species of neritic waters: Sagitta bedoti was that of mixing waters. Centropages agdominalis represented neritic cold waters. In February U. darwini, L. flavicornis, P. gracilis, E. russelli, E. plana and S. enflata occurred in the western waters of Cheju-Do where warm waters over 14℃ occupied. Centropages abdominalis occurred in the northern area beyond Chindo with water temperature less than 10℃. E. plana, E. russelli and S. bedoti were found at the regions between Cheju-Do and Chindo where the water temperature was 12∼14℃ corresponding to the mixing waters. Based on cluster analysis and T-S diagram in February three different water masses were identified from the south to the north. In August, water masses were analyzed at two different layers, 0∼20m and 20m∼bottom layers, separated by thermocline depth. In 0∼20m layer, E plana and E. russelli were found from the western waters of Cheju-Do to Daehuksando. In 20m∼bottom layer, E. russelli and E. plana occurred at the northwestern waters of Cheju-Do with the water temperature warmer than 12℃. C. abdominalis was found at the northern area beyond Chindo. Based on the cluster analysis and T-S diagram in August three different water masses at 0∼20m and 20m∼bottom layers were identified from the coast to the offshore. C. abdominalis was found at the adjacent water of Chindo at 0∼20m layer and the northern area beyond Chindo at 20m∼bottom layer. This fact suggested that the cold water mass existed at the adjacent waters of Chindo in summer.

        경주 최부자 가문의 양택을 통해 본 풍수인식에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to research the feng-shui theory reflected in the philosophy of the Choi family upper class by analyzing the conditions of the feng-shui locations of the family-related sites. For this purpose, two residential areas(Chunguidang and Choi's Old House) have been selected. This study shows that two locations are highly suitable to feng-shui theory. The Choi family upper class was a Sajok during the Joseon dynasty in the Gyeong-Ju region who understood feng-shui theory very well. Their recognition of feng-shui was expressed via their search for the best site(Myungdang) and their application of the Bibo concept to improve minor defects in their settlement area in terms of feng-shui. This study is limited to analysis of two residential areas of the Choi family except their graves. Nevertheless, this study shows a part of recognitions of feng-shui of Sajok during the Joseon dynasty in the Gyeong-Ju region. This study helps people better understand the philosophy and thought of the Choi family upper class. 본 연구의 목적은 경주 최부자 가문 유적지의 風水적 특성을 분석하고, 이에 담겨 있는 최부자 가문의 풍수적 인식을 고찰하는 것이다. 이를 위한 연구대상으로 최부자 가문의 주요 양택지 두 곳인 내남 이조리 충의당과 교동 고택을 선정하였다.연구 결과, 충의당과 교동 고택 모두 양택지로서의 길지 조건을 갖추고 있었다. 이를 통해 조선시대 경주지역 사족인 최부자 가문 역시 그들의 생활 철학 속에 풍수적 인식을 상당 부분 보유하고 있었으며, 이러한 풍수적인식이 吉地를 찾고 定住地의 풍수적 결함을 裨補하는 등의 실제적인 노력으로 표출되었음을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 그들의 풍수적 인식이 교동 시대인 조선 후기로 갈수록 발전하였음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 한계점은 최부자 가문의 양택에만 국한된 분석이며, 음택을 연구 대상에서 제외시킨 것이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 본 연구는 조선후기 경주지역 사족의 풍수 인식의 일면을 보여주고, 동시에 최부자 가문의 생활철학과 사상에 대한 이해를 한층 높이는 데에도 일조할 수 있다는 데에 본 연구의 의의가 있다 하겠다.

      • 有限要素法에 의한 乘用車 엔진 피스톤의 彈塑性 熱變形 및 熱應力 解析 (I) : 피스톤 헤드의 pin plane부를 중심으로 Centering around pin plane of piston head

        In this study, deformations and stresses of aluminum alloy piston at 1600cc gasoline engine of passenger cars during high speed driving(3000rpm) is analyzed by the 2-dimensional elasto-plastic theorem using finite element method(FEM). Thermal deformations and stresses are considered temperature gradient and firing pressure at a time. The results obtained in this study are summurrized as follows. In distortion analysis of piston head, maximum deformation was shown in the ring groove of the piston head by temperature gradient, and accuracy disproportion was 1% in the radial direction but 60% in the axial direction. In the thermal stress analysis due to temperature gradient and firing pressure, maximum atress was occurred in the inner comer of the piston, and stresses were distributed from 24 ~ 28MPa to -28 ~ -32MPa. But plastic-deformations were not occurred.

      • 증기상 Beckmann 전이 반응에 대한 Aluminophosphate 분자체의 촉매 특성

        Molecular sieves인 AIPO₄-5, SAPO-5 그리고 SAPO-11을 수열합성하여 제조한 다음 XRD, SEM, NH₃TPD와 IR을 통해 물리화확적 특성을 조사하였다. 증기상에서 cyclohexanone oxime의 Beckmann 전이 반응 결과는 oxime의 전화율과 Lactam의 수율에 있어서 SAPO-11가 반응성이 우수하였고, WHSV의 변화에 있어서는 AIPO₄-5와 SAPO-5 경우 WHSV가 증가할수록 전화율과 선택도는 감소하였지만 SAPO-11는 선택도가 증가함을 보였다. 본 대상 반응계인 Beckmann 전이 반응에서는 촉매의 기공 크기보다는 산성도에 더 큰 영향을 받음을 알수 있었다. AIPO₄-5, SAPO-5 AND SAPO-11 which are molecular sieves were synthesized by hydrothermal crystallization. The crystallinity of the prepared catalysts was confirmed by XRD and SEM, and their acidic properties were examined by TPD of NH₃and IR. Catalytic characteristics of the catalysts were tested by vapor phase Beckmann rearrangement of cyclohexanone oxime to caprolactam. The conversion of lactam and yield of lactam increased with acidity of the catalyst. Among the tested catalysts, SAPO-11 was excellent in Beckmann rearrangement reaction. AIPO₄-5 and SAPO-5 showed that conversion of oxime and selectivity of lactam decreased with the increase of WHSV but SAPO-11 showed different tendency in selectivity of lactam, or selectivity of lactam increased with the increase of WHSV. Beckmann rearrangement reaction was affected by acidity than pore size.

      • All-Trans Retinoic Acid에 의한 HL-60 세포 분화유도중 H2B Histone, c-Myc 및 DNA Topoisomerase I 발현에 관한 연구

        Effects of all-trans retinoic acid(retinoic acid) on DNA replication, H2B histone and DNA topoisopmerase I(Topo I) gene expression have been investigated in human promyelocytic leukemia cell line HL-60. DNA synthesis decreased at 24 hours after exposure of retinoic acid in the HL-60 cells. H2B histone mRNA rapidly reduced at 48 hours and Topo I and c-myc mRNA at 24 hours in retinoic acid-exposured HL-60 cells, respectively. The levels of c-myc, H2B histone and Topo I gene expression were reduced in proportion to the concentration of retinoic acid. The H2B histone mRNA in retinoic acid-exposured cells was elevated by cycloheximide treatment, while the level of Topo I mRNA was constant. These results suggest that regulations of H2B histone, c-myc and Topo I gene expression are different from one another, and repression of Topo I gene is closely correlated with c-myc gene during retinoic acid-induced differentiation of HL-60 cells.

        20주간의 혼합운동프로그램이 정신지체 성인의 신체조성과 체력에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to figure out the effects of participation in a combined exercise program on the body composition and physical fitness of adults with mental retardation. Fifteen adults with mental retardation in a special institute took part in aerobic and strength , combined exercise at 55 - 69%HRmax at least one hour a day, 3 times a week for 20 weeks. The body composition and physical fitness profiles of subjects were measured before and after training period, respectively. Dependent t-test was used to analyze the statistical significance. The results were as follows; First, participants showed more favorable % body fat, lean body mass, fat mass, WHR after training. Second, participants showed more improved upper body strength and balance after training. The findings imply that the combined exercise program for long duration had significant effects on the health promotion of adults with mental retardation.

      • 진해시 웅산-장복산 지역의 등산로변 수목조사

        진해시 웅산 - 장복산 지역의 등산로 5구간(Ⅰ: 웅산 ~ 안민고개, Ⅱ: 천자봉 ~ 웅산, Ⅲ: 자은초등학교 ~ 시루봉, Ⅳ: 안민고개 ~ 청룡암, Ⅴ: 안민고개 ~ 장복산)의 목복식물을 조사한 결과 47과 76속 100종 11변종 6품종이로 총 117종류가 조사 되었다. 이들 중 상록침엽수는 소나무, 해송, 리기다소나무, 잣나무, 삼나무, 화백, 편백, 둥근향나무 등 8종류이고, 상록활엽수는 남천, 사철나무, 은목서, 마삭줄, 동백, 차나무, 후피향나무 등 7종류이며, 희귀 멸종 식물은 산닥나무가 조사되었다. 한국 특산종으로는 잣나무, 노각나무, 신이대, 오동나무 등이 조사 되었다. 전 구간에 걸쳐 나타나는 수종으로는 소나무, 해송, 리기다소나무, 편백, 상수리나무, 떡갈나무, 졸참나무, 신갈나무, 팽나무, 비목, 벚나무, 자귀나무, 조록싸리, 진달래, 싸리 등 15종류였다. The woody plants species were investigated as 117 taxa; 47 families, 76 genus, 100 species, 11 varieties, 6 forms in whole 5 trails surveyed areas of the region from Ungsan to Jangbogsan in Jinhae(Ⅰ; Ungsan~Anmingogae, Ⅱ; Cheunjabong~Ungsan, Ⅲ; Jaeunchogyo~Sirubong, Ⅳ; Anmingogae~ Cheangryongam, Ⅴ; Anmingogae~Jangbogsan). The narrow-leaved evergreen types were 8 species; Pinus densiflora, Pinus thunbergii, Pinus koraiensis, Pinus rigida, Cryptomeria japonica, Chamaecyparis obtusa, Chamaecyparis pisifera and Juniperus chinensis var. globosa. The broad-leaved evergreen types were 7 species; Nandina domestica, Euonymus japonica, Osmanthus asiaticus, Trachelospermum asiaticum var. intermedium, Camellia japonica, Thea sinensis and Ternstroemia japonica. The endemic woody in korea were Pinus koraiensis, Stewartia koreana, Sasa coreana and Paulownia coreana. The rare and endangered species was Wikstroemia trichotoma. In all area surveyed woody plants were Pinus densiflora, Pinus thunbergii, Pinus rigida, Chamaecyparis obtusa, Quercus acutissima, Q. dentata, Q. serrata, Q. mongolica, Celtis sinensis, Lindera erythrocarpa, Prunus serrulata var. spontanea, Albizzia julibrissin, Lespedeza maximowiczii, Rhododendron mucronulatum and Lespedeza bicolor.

        The purpose of this study was to reform practically a Korean Judo's Doechigi-Bon(Forms of Counterattack, judo's Gaeshi no Kata, Judo's Uradori no Kata, Judo's Gonosen no Kata) that was established in 1955 Korea, according to changing of techniques by Judo's modernization, in order to have Judo's carefulness and systematic diffusion.
