        고등학교 야영활동 참여가 인성발달에 미치는 영향

        Camping activities were thought as one of educational methods. This study analyzed effects of participation in camping activities on high school students` humanity development variables, which affect humanity development were used for this study and data were collected at high schools in Kwang-ju city. At this site 600 surveys were distributed to a random sample of 300 participant and 30 non participant in camping activities. The results were as follows. 1. Participation in camping activities more positively affected humanity developments of male students` than that of female students`. 2. There was significant relationship between camping activities and sociality, leadership, activity and responsibility development. 3. There is no relationship between frequency of participation in camping activities and humanity development. Since the data were collected only at high schools in Kwang-ju city, further studies on high schools in countrysides would be required.

      • Bacillus thuringiensis var. darmstadiensis 와 var. sotto의 내독소와 Bacillus thuringiensis var. kurstaki가 생산하는 아밀라제의 연구

        Endotoxin crystals produced by B.thuringiensis var. darmstadiensis cultured in modified GYS medium over 72 h were ovoidal in shape and separated using Renografin gradient centrifugation. The crystal protein bands were observed. When B.thuringiensis var sotto was grown in the modified GYS broth, it entered stationary phase at 8-9 h after inoculation. Proteinaceous crystals were banded at the position in 40% of Renografin gradient. The solubilized crystal proteins were formed by two bands, 130 Kd and 68 Kd in the SDS-PAGE. One plasmid was observed in B.thuringiensis var darmstadiensis and no plasmid in var. sotto in this study. Enzyme activity of amylase produced B.thuringiensis var kurstaki strain in the basal medium was 0.4 units per ml, and was enhanced to 0.6 units per ml in the basal medium contained soluble starch, Ca^++, Mg^++ and Mn^++ ions. Amylase production medium containing soluble starch was suitable for the amylase production and the highest activity appeared at 4-6 h after cultivation at 32℃. The amylase activity obtained by ethanol precipitation was 0.20 units per ml in 0.1 M phosphate buffer. The band of the molecular weight of 50 Kd was observed by SDS-PAGE analysis. Km value of the amylase for the soluble starch was 6.80 mg per ml.

      • 초등학생의 과외체육활동이 학교 체육수업 선호도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the present state of elementary school students in extracurricular physical programs and its effect on their preference in school P.E and to provide research materials which can be used to increase teaching efficiency. For this purpose, a questionnaire was completed by 410 fifth and sixth grades in 4 different school districts(Kang-nam, Kang-buk, Kang-dong and Kang-seo)in Seoul. The questionnaire was developed on the basis of the study and adjusted for the purpose of this study. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS. The general characteristics of the subjects of the survey were presented through frequency analysis. The correlations between the subjects' preference in the sub-fields of P.E. and the participation in the extracurricular physical program and gender were analyzed by x² verification. In addition, the t-test was executed to see the differences of preference in the sub-fields of P.E. The results were as follows. 1) The students who were not involved in extracurricular physical activity (Non-EC Group) outnumbered the student who participated in it(EC Group), In addition more boys than girls were in the extracurricular physical programs. 2) In the EC Group, boys did Taekwondo most. And it was followed by swimming soccer, basketball and Kendo. Girls also chose Taekwondo most. It preceded swimming dance, sports dance and Kindo. Unlike boys, girls rather positively participated in expressive activities like dance and sports dance. 3) With respect to the correlations between subjects' attitudes towards P.E and the participation in the extracurricular physical programs and sex, EC Group and boys showed more preference, interest and positiveness than Non-EC Group and girls(p<.001). 4) With respect to the correlations between subjects' preferences in the sub-fields of P.E. and the participation in the extracurricular physical programs and gender, first, EC Group showed more preference for gymnastics than Non EC Group(p<.05). In addition, in the sub-fields of gymnastics, boys and girls liked mat activities (37.8%) and vaulting horse activities(22.7%) most respectively(p<.01). Secondly, in the tract, there was no significant differences in the preferences between groups. Both boys and girls chose "relay" as their favorite activity. Thirdly, in the sub-field of game, soccer-related game was followed by skating and skiing. Whereas the soccer-related game was favored by both EC Group and Non-EC Group, the participation variable was significant in skiing and Taekwondo. The former was favored by EC Group. Moreover, gender affected the preference in the events of game activity. While 57.5% of the boys favored for the soccer-related game, 27.3% of the girls said "skating" was their favorite event. Preference in physical strength events differed according to participation variable as well as gender variable. Fourthly, the sub-field of expressive activity was least favoured by every group. Fifthly, in the sub-field of physical strength, "Exciting physical activity" was most popular. It showed that the participation in the extracurricular physical program and gender were analyzed as following. 5) The correlations between the elementary school student' preferences in the sub-fields of P.E and the ① Compared to The Non-EC Group, the EC Group showed significant preference in the sub-field of gymnastics, game, tract, physical strength activity. Therefore, it is proved that extracurricular physical programs can increase students' interest in these four sub-fields. ② Based on the gender variable, it was found that both boys and girls were most interested in the game activity. In case of boys, it was followed by track activity, physical strength activity, and gymnastics. In case of girls, it was followed by track activity, physical strength activity. In conclusion elementary school students' participation in extracurricular physical program affected their attitudes towards P.E. Therefore, it is essential to proceed the further research on continuity between elementary school P.E. and community sports as well as need analysis on elementary school students' P.E.

        The Purpose of this research is to define an 'Environmental Design System for Urban District' of urban structure, features and management systems in Yokohama, Japan. And, will find out improvement and adaptation method of 'Public Open Space' here in Korea. Yokohama, Japan has develop eight different kind of urban design methods by their own ways and adopt efficient control and guideline for cityscape design. Those are unique way of support and controls for Public Open Space in cityscape. And also easy to control Public Open Space by Mitigation/Preferential to F.A.R(Floor Area Ratio) and building height limits within Urban area.

        Cone beam형 전산화단층촬영법을 이용한 하악과두의 골변화에 관한 연구

        Purpose : To assess bone changes of mandibular condyle using cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) in temporomandibular disorder (TMD) Patients. Materials and Methods : 314 temporomandibular joints (TMJs) images of 163 TMD patients were examined at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology, Chonbuk National University. The images were obtained by PSR9000N (Asahi Roentgen Co., Japan) and reconstructed by using Asahivision software (Asahi Roentgen Co.,Japan). The CBCT images were examined three times with four weeks interval by three radiologists. Bone changes of mandibular condyle such as flattening, sclerosis, erosion and osteophyte formation were observed in sagittal, axial, coronal and 3 dimensional images of the mandibular condyle. The statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 12.0. Intra-and interobserver agreement were performed by 3 radiologists without the knowledge of clinical information. Results : Osteophyte (2.9%) was found more frequently on anterior surface of the mandibular condyle. Erosion (31.8%) was found more frequently on anterior and medial surfaces of the mandibular condyle. The intraobserver agreement was good to excellent(k=0.78-0.84), but interobserver agreement was fair(k=0.45). Conclusion : CBCT can provide high qualified images of bone changes of the TMJ with axial, coronal and 3 dimensional images.

        SEDRIS STF를 이용한 데이터 변환

        멀티미디어 분야에서는 오늘날의 시스템의 요구사항을 만족할 뿐만 아니라 미래의 데이터 공유필요성을 만족할 수 있도록 확장될 수 있는 환경 데이터 표현 및 교환 메카니즘을 필요로 한다. 이러한 메카니즘은 표준화된 방법으로 데이터 표현 및 엑세스를 할 수 있도록 해야 한다. SEDRIS의 STF(SEDRIS Transmittal Format)는 이러한 목적을 가능케하는 표준으로써, 환경 데이터 사용자 및 생성자에게 명료하게 정의된 교환 명세를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 SEDRIS의 표준 교환 포맷을 이용하여 상용 포맷(3DX MAX)을 정보 내용의 의미 손실없이 교환 포맷으로, 교환 포맷을 상용 포맷으로 변환하기 위한 컨버터를 개발하였다. The multimedia community needs an environmental data representation and interchange mechanism which not only satisfies the requirements of today's systems, but can be extended to meet future data sharing needs. This mechanism must allow for the standard representation of, and access to data. The SEDRIS STF(SEDRIS Transmittal Format)provides environment data users and producers with a clearly defined interchange specification. In this paper I develop data converter commercial data(3DS MAX) format to standard interchange format and vice verse without losing semantic of information content using SEDRIS standard interchange format.

      • 플랫폼 독립형 컴포넌트웨어를 기반으로한 통신망 관리 시스템 에이전트 개발

        TMN(Telecommuncation Management Network)은 구축과정에서 서로 다른 하드웨어와 운영체제 등의 상이한 플랫폼 환경하에서 개발되는 관계로 분산객체내 클레스의 개발 및 유지보수에 여러 문제점을 내포하게 된다. 대표적인 문제점으로는 TMN 시스템내의 모든 에이전트들이 동일한 기능을 수행하는 소프트웨어 및 데이터 블록들을 중복하여 유지해야 한다는 점을 들 수 있다. 이로 인하여 TMN 에이전트의 개발에 있어 다중 플랫폼을 지원할수 없게 된다. 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위하여 Farmer 모델에 기본을 둔 Farming 방법론을 제안하였다. Farming 방법론은 각각의 분산객체에 중복되어 저장되어 있는 소프트웨어 및 데이터 컴포넌트들을 플랫폼에 독립적인 컴포넌트웨어 형태로 변형하여 플랫폼독립형 클래스저장소(PICR)에 저장시켜 놓은 후 각 분산객체내의 프레임워크에 면시된 대로 실행에 필요한 컴포넌트웨어들을 PICR에서 정적 또는 동적으로 로딩하여 사용하는 것이다. Farmer모델을 이용하여 개인휴대 통신망의 분산 TMN에이전트를 디자인하고 구현하였다. The TMN that appears to operate the various communication networks generally and efficiently is developed under the different platform environment such as the different hardware and the different operating system. One of the main problems is that all the agents of the TMN system must be duplicated and maintain the software and the data blocks that perform the identical function. Therefore, the multi-platform cannot be supported in the development of the TMN agent. In order to overcome these problems, the Farming methodology that is based on the Farmer model has been suggested. With the Farming methodology, the software and the data components which are duplicated and stores in each distributed object are saved in the platform independent class repository(PICR) by converting into the format of the independent componentware in the platform, so that the componentwares that are essential for the execution can be loaded and used statically or dynamically from PICR as described in the framework of each distributed object. The distributed TMN agent of the personal communication network is designed and developed by using the Farmer model.

        The various methods of speech synthesis algorithms have been diversing the application regions of speech information syptems due to cheapening the price of DSP chips. In this study, speech coding and synthesis methods are compared, and the definition of the speech characteristic parameters are reviewed. The relations of the speech parameters are studied and the speech quality estimation are performed.
