Today, the basic problem of functional safe management of Korean Disaster Control system was separately administrated 33 acts that are relating to safe management in 13 ministries. Because of the facts that the fire service is not provided practically, the control system and risk management for safe administration are not operated, the information can not be shared with each other, and the various laws have the lacks of linkage, the National Safe System was appeared unsteady. The roles and function of fire service have started with restriction to operate structurally and institutionally, which operational structure of fire service is becoming weak. As a result, the federal and local fire organizations have not reached yet to the institutionalization and the local fire service agencies have bias with the task regarding the fire service because of the relation between organizational structure and the local fire agency. With the enforcement of the federal and local fire system, professionality and autonomy for making policy, and dealing with changes of fire service positively, the national fire service on the policy performance can be established. Promotion of research and development and education training to strengthen innovation in technology and competition in fire industry will contribute to the firmly establishment of control system to prevent from fire, flood, terror, and national disaster. This article proposed that (a) the established law and administration, agency are required efforts to effectively operate fire service system: (b) the national fire service agency, national college of fire, national institute of science fire, and national fire service hospital should be early established to make firmly policy to operate effectively and practically. These kinds of innovational acts are known the best ways of operating solid policy of national fire service system.

Diabetic Nephropathy is one of the major causes of chronic renal failure. It is a common microvascular complication and clinically defined as the presence of persistent Proteinuria. We studied the effects and change of the renal function of Complex Herbal medication of the 20Diabetic Nephropathy patients. We measured the initial levels of Total Protein, Creatinine Clearance Rate(Ccr), Serum Creatinine(Serum-Cr), Urine Creatinine(Urine-Cr) and HbA1C on admission and followed up the level changes of Total Protein, Ccr, Serum-Cr and Urine-Cr on discharge. The results are following : Complex Herbal Medication does not cause the renal toxicity. The longer hypertension period is, the higher Serum-Cr level and Urine-Cr level. In an older age group, Urine-Cr is lower. 4.From the "Deficiency in Origin and Excess in Superficiality(本虛表實)“points of view, Complex Herbal Medication improves the Serum-Cr in Diabetic Nephropathy patients. According to this results, it could be suggested that Complex Herbal Medication does not cause the renal toxicity in Diabetic Nephropathy patients and intensive controls of blood sugar, blood pressure and Complex Herbal Medication prevent the renal failure in Diabetic Nephropathy patients with early stage of Microalbumiuria.

프레탈^(R)정(실로스타졸 50mg)에 대한 실로졸^(R)정의 생물학적 동등성

Bioequivalence of two cilostazol tablets, the Pletaal^(R)(Korea Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the Cilozol^(R)(Hanmi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), was evaluated according to the guideline of KFDA, Sixteen normal male volunteers(age 20~29 years old) were divided into two groups and a randomized 22 cross-over study was employed. After two tablets containing 50㎎ of cilostazol were orally administered. blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentration of cilostazol in plasma was determined with an HPLC method using UV detector. The pharmacokinetic parameters(C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_(t)) were calculated and ANOVA was utilized for the statistical analysis of parameters. The results showed that the differences in C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_(t) between two tablets were 4.99%, 1.74% and 7.68%, respectively. The powers(1-β) for C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_(t) were83.92%, 80.12% and 85.03%, respectively. Detectable differences(Δ) and confidence intervals were all less than 20%, and confidence interval of all the parameters were also less than 20% at the significance level(α) of 0.05. All of these parameters met the criteria of KFDA for bioequivalence, indicating that Cilozol^(R) tablet is bioequivalent to Pletaal^(R) tablet.

잎담배 생산농가의 경작규모별 곁순방제 소요노동력 조사

This study was carried out to decect efficient method of sucker control classifed by cultivation hectarage per farm in 57 farms selected in the main producing districts of flue-cured and burley tobacco. In topping, it was no difference of working hours by cultivation hectarage per farm in flue-cured and burley tobacco. Suckering was the best in working hours among working type, and the more cultivation hectarage per farm was small, the more working hours of topping, suckering and application of suckercide was increased. Application of system suckercide shows a decrease as compared with application of contact suckercide but the decrease of working hours in application of contact suckercide by cultivation hectarage per farm was larger than in system suckercide. 경작면적별 효율적인 곁순억제방법을 알아보고자 황색종 및 버어리종 주산지에서 57개 경작농가를 선정하여 조사한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 적심작업의 경우 황색종과 버어리종 모두 경작면적에 의한 노력소요량의 차이는 없었다. 2. 곁순제거작업은 다른 작업에 비해 노력소요량이 가장 많았고, 경작면적이 작을수록 노력소요량이 증가하였다. 3. 황색종과 버어리종 모두 침투성 곁순억제살포작업에 비해 접촉성 약제살포작업에서 노력소요량이 많았으나 경작면적이 큰 경우 접촉성 약제 살포작업 노력소요량 감소폭이 침투성 곁순억제제 살포작업에 대한 노력소요량 감소폭보다 컸다. 4. 각 작업에 대하여 농가간 최저 및 최고 노력소요량 차이가 큰 것으로 나타나 조사방법과 시기를 보완하여 보다 체계적이고 세밀한 조사가 추가적으로 이루어져야 할 필요가 있다.

변혁적 리더십과 조직몰입과의 관계에서 신뢰가 미치는 영향

This study aims to investigate the types of transformational leadership among the hotel staffs in Gyeongju area, to examine the effects of the transformational leadership on trust and organizational commitment as well as the importance of trust as a parameter in the effects, to derive a hypothesis from literature review and preliminary studies and finally to demonstrate the validity of the proposed hypothesis. For the purpose of this study, a series of surveys have been conducted with five top class hotels from Mon, Oct 8 to Fri, Oct 26 in 2007. A total of 250 papers were distributed and 227 copies were collected (90.8%). Of the collected papers, 11 copies were excluded since they were deemed to be outlier, and 216 copies (86.4%) were used for the analysis. SPSS WIN 14.0 statistics package was used for the statistical process. The findings are summarized as follows. First, it was found that there are significant explanatory adequacy in all the sub-factors and partly significant relation between the transformational leadership and the trust, between the transformational leadership and the organizational commitment and between the trust leadership and the organizational commitment. Second, the hypothesis test on the mediation role of the trust in the transformational leadership and organizational commitment demonstrated the mediation effect.

325 MHz 이동통신용 집중소자 Y형 서큘레이터의 설계

본 논문에서는 325 MHz 이동통신 기지국에 사용되는 집중소자 Y형 서큘레이터를 해석하고, 기존의 복잡한 수식을 통하여 설계하는 방법 대신 도표를 사용해 설계하는 간단한 설계방법을 제시하였다. 그리고, 실제 설계 제작하여 측정결과와 해석결과를 서로 비교 분석하였다. 설계방법은 % 대역폭과 페라이트 사이의 스트립선로의 고유인덕턴스 그리고 페라이트의 포화자화량과의 관계로부터 내부자계의 세기를 결정한 후 이로부터 입력 어드미턴스를 구해 외부의 정합회로를 결정하는 설계방법으로 전개하였다. 해석은 페라이트의 텐서투자율의 성분 μ와 k가 복소함수가 아니라고 가정하고(무손실이라고 하고), 정합회로까지 모두 고려한 등가회로에서 제 3포트를 격리포트로 하여 고유치 해석방법을 적용하여 손실 및 임피던스 그리고 산란행렬 고유치의 위상을 구하였다. 그리고, 이러한 해석방법으로부터 중심주파수 325 MHz에서 %대역폭, 포화자화량, 스트립선로의 고유인덕턴스와 내부자계의 관계를 밝혀서 도표로 제시함으로써 서큘레이터의 설계에 이용할 수 있게 하였다. 실제 제작된 서큘레이터는 중심주파수 325 MHz에서 반사손실이 -31dB, 아이솔레이션이 -32dB, 삽입손실이 -0.219dB로 나타내며, 해석을 통하여 얻은 결과와 거의 유사함을 알 수 있었다. In this paper, a new design method of Iumped-element Y circulator for 325 MHz mobile communication is proposed and the analysis results compared with the measured results. To develop the new design method, internal magnetic field intensity is derived from &bandwidth, characteristic inductance of stripline between two ferrites and saturation magnetization of ferrite to get the input admittance of circulator to obtain the external matching network. The analysis of circulator was based on the assuming that the circulator was lossless and the third port of its equivalent circuit was isolated, and the impedance and phase of scattering coefficient was calculated through the eigenvalues analysis. From this analysis, the relation among %bandwidth, saturation magnetization, characteristic inductance of stripline and internal magnetic field was found and the diagram for the design was suggested. Experimental results of fabricated circulator represent -31dB return loss. -32dB isolation and -0.219dB insertion loss at the center frequency 325MHz and support the theoretical prediction.

iPhone을 이용한 실시간 부산 버스도착 안내시스템 설계 및 구현

일상생활에서 가장 밀접하게 이용하는 버스 승차에 대한 불편함을 줄이고자 최근 주목 받고 있는 iPhone을 기반으로 부산 버스도착 안내시스템 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 인터넷에 접속하여 검색할 필요 없이 응용프로그램에서 사용자가 원하는 정보를 제공하고, 사용자 편의 기능을 구현한 활용 가능한 실시간 부산 버스도착 안내시스템이다. 개발결과는 iPhone에 장착하여 사용할 수 있도록 앱스토어에 업로드하였다.

NATM에서의 Lining Concrete의 균열원인

In the tunnels constructed by NATM such problems due to the crack in lining concrete as reduced durability and safety determined outlook.etc..are being raised. Compared with conventional engineering methods.the NATM causes considerably more frequencies of cracks in both longitudinal and cross directions. turning the structure into a shape of net. Under such circumstances, the study was aimed at determining the causes of the spot casestudy thereby suggesting their reform measures. This study can be constructed by NATM reacts sensatively to its surrounding ground, construction and environmental conditions. It is conceived that such sentative reactions may be attributable directly to its relative thin thickness compared with the overall structure. In particular, the edges of the arch part seem to be most susceptible to cracking, showing many wider longitudinal cracks.

재접합술의 일차 보고

It was about 70 years ago that Carrel and Guthrie started experimental limb replantation. Malt succeeded, firstly, replantation of the amputated arm of 12 years old boy in 1962 and Tamai succeeded finger replantation in 1965. Since Jacobson and Suarez described superiority of small vessel repair using microscope, further advances in replantation occurrd with the develop-ment of suture material (18-20μ) and needles (65-120μ); making repair of vessels of 1 mm in diameter. The authors experienced four cases of traumatic amputation during the period from March, 1979 to Sept.. 1979 and the primary result of replantation is reported in this paper. 1. All cases were male and in the age group between 21 to 29. 2. Mode of amputation; two cases were amputated by presser, one case was by iron cutter and one was by paper cutter machine. 3. Tow out of four cases were incomplete amputation and two were complete multiple amputation. One case of multiple amputations was right four digits except thumb at the proximal phalanx level and the other was bilateral wrists. 4. The shortest duration of ischemia was four hours and 45 minutes and the longest was 13 and a half hours. 5. Four out of four replanted digits and two wrists were survived and the remains were failed. The possible cause of failure seems to be too long ischemic time. 6. Further functional results will be reported later.
