The objective of the present study was trying to explain the phenomenon of the character fashion using famous character of America and Japan as a cultural dependency of mass culture in Korea. Today, the cultural situation of the Korean society was influenced much from foreign countries, especially America and Japan in every culture. It means the penetration of foreign cultures, the cultural domination of them and it could be explained by the cultural imperialism approach and the cultural imperialism approach presented the theoretical framework of cultural dependency of mass culture. In this viewpoint, I emphasized the influence of the motives used character fashion as an important phenomenon to analyize the cultural situation of Korea.

북아메리칸 인디언의 복식재료에 나타난 유럽적 요소

When considering clothing of the North American Indians, it is important to understand historical background of the North American Indians. With the coming of the Europeans, the North American Indians adopted new materials of clothing and ornamentation and added European elements to their own dresses. New materials appeared in textiles, beadswork, and metalwork. The introduction of the "true" loom and steel needle by the Spanish led in the New World to the development of a weaving culture. Cotton cloth, in calico prints, gingham, or plain were made into dresses, and colorful applique, patchwork designs adapted from the white women, Cloth made an immediate impact, replacing skin that is so time-consuming in preparation, Glass beads, pony beads, seed beads and ribbons were used to create adornment in Indian clothing, Brass tin and silver were used among Indian metalworkers to make some ring, necklace, bracelet, etc.

블랙 페티시 패션의 조형성에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to analyze the meaning and formative features of the black color reflected on the fetish fashion. This study was proceeded mainly by analyzing with references and plates of magazine. The results of the study were as follows ; First, the sexual liberation and revolution have certainly led to a reassessment of sexual deviations, which changed the meaning of fetushism that has been only regarded as sexual perversion, so that it symbolied a neq sexual perception and identification. As the result, black in fetish fashion was symbolized a new fetishism's definition which refused to distinguish male from female, and also reflected the meaning to express the second sex that wanted to express themselves. Second, the formative features of black color in fetish fashion have appeared tightness and bareness in form, and in material, glancing materials changed by the effect of light, and elasticity materials-leather, rubber, PVC, and laycra. By these features, black fetish fashion has drawn a higher attention on human body than the dress itself as a symbol about the psychology of erotic sensations and sexual images of the self appearing in black color.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the expressive style of radical feminism and post-modern feminism appearing on the contemporary denim fashion by examining pictures from professional fashion magazine Vogue. For this study, I investigated documents to study the characteristic of radical feminism and post-modern feminism and classified the contemporary denim fashion into erotic look, endrogynous look and deconstructive look. The results of study on the expression style of feminism reflected on the contemporary denim fashion were as follows: First, radical feminism emphasizes that women's sexual feature is never inferior to men's. Therefore in denim fashion, erotic style which emphasize on women's sexual beauty is represented by making hot pants, mini skirt, halter blouse of denim and by using colored jeans and flower print or beads on denim. Second, post-modern feminism has been represented by disregarding or intergrating the existed rule as refusing sexual discrimination. It has been represented in fashion as an endrogynous style by representing neutral gender image, Today, it is represented in denim fashion by mixing a different fabric with denim and matching womanish design with mannish design. Third, post-modern feminism are classified into unfixed expression of genders and the deconstructive expression of methodology. The deconstructive expression of denim fashion is represented by using the damage of fabric by making a hole or tearing intentionally or fraying edge of denim. Also the unfinished designs and transformed dressing are used to express the deconstructive character in denim.

N세대 의류 브랜드명의 유형분류와 특성에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to explane the Net generation's characters appearing in the apparel brand naming fur them. For this study, first I was trying to explane the New generation characters, second 45 apparel brands were selected by market research and questionaire survey was conducted on 53 the Net generation collage women of age 20 thru 21. Third, the apparel brands were classified into four types according to the characters reflecting in the apparel brand naming : First, the apparel brand type using the figures such as STORM=292513, 1492Mi1es. Second. the apparel brand type that two or more words are abbreviated into one word. Third, the apparel brand type containing more than one meaning in a brand naming or spelling the words as it pronunciate. Fourth, the apparel brand type using of slang. In conclusion, These types of the apparel brands were related to characters of the New generation, i.e., they who have grown in the advance of digital civilization are skilled in the communication through computer, internet and mobile phone, so that they are familiar with the figures, combined words, or abbreviated words etc. Also, they have individual, sensitivity character and seek after individuality, current fashion. They have also a tendency to accept various the sense of value, while they have a refusing tendency a custom or convention which the older generation has conformited.

샌드위치 구조물의 형상최적설계

General structural optimization is utilized to minimize the weight of structures while satisfying constraints imposed on stress, displacements and natural frequencies, etc.. Sandwich structures consist of inside core and outside face sheets. The selected sandwich structures are isotropic sandwich beams and isotropic sandwich plate. The face sheets are treated as membrane and assumed to carry only tensions, and the core is assumed to carry only the transverse shear. The characteristics of the varying area are considered by adding the projected component of the tension to the transverse shear. The bending theory and energy method are adopted for analyzing sandwich beams and plates, respectively. In the optimization process, the cost function is the weight of a structure, and a deflection and stress constraints are considered. Design variables are thickness and tapering coefficients which determine the shape of a structure. An existing optimization code is used for solving the formulated problems.

내부표준물질, 9-hydroxyphenanthrene을 이용한 뇨 중 1-hydroxypyrene의 새로운 정량법

Urinary 1-hydroxypyrene (1-OHP) has been used as exposure biomarkers for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and analyzed with HPLC/FD after preparation by column extraction or simple centrifuge. However, the above methods have several drawbacks such as high noise or large volume of urine. In this study, we developed a new analysis method with liquid-liquid extraction and purification of commercial enzymes. We analyzed uirnary 1-OHP in 27 spot urines ofa subject in 3 weeks with the new method. As result, we could analyze all 27 samples clearly. The resolution of the new method was better than the previous centrifuge method. Therefore, the new method is a recommendable analysis method for urinary 1-OHP. Considering both of easiness and accuracy of the experiments, the new method should be further compared with the previous methods.

시멘틱 웹 환경에서의 온톨로지 기반의 정보검색

온톨로지는 시멘틱 웹을 구현하기 위한 이론이다. 온톨로지는 웹자원의 효과적인 검색, 통합, 재사용을 위한 새로운 기술이고 사람과 이질의 응용 시스템 간에 지식을 공유하고 재사용하기 위한 방법을 제공한다. 온톨로지의 역할은 특별한 개념을 명세화하는 것이다. 도메인과 일반적인 온톨로지는 정보와 지식 시스템을 분석하고 디자인하는 측면에서 공유, 통합, 재사용될 수 있다. 본 연구는 제주도의 숙박과 관광정보를 위한 온톨로지를 디자인하는데 목적이 있다. 그리고 제안된 온톨로지 기반으로 인터넷 웹 검색 시스템을 만드는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에 의해 클라이언트가 사용하는 표현은 다르지만 뜻이 같은 동의어에 의해 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있다는 것을 알게 되었다. Ontologies are formal theories that are suitable for implementing the semantic web. Which is a new technology that attempts to achieve effective retrieval, integration, and reuse of web resources. Ontologies provide a way of sharing and reusing the knowledge among the people and the heterogeneous application systems. The role of ontologies is that of making explicit specified conceptualizations. In this context, domain and generic ontologies can be shared, reused, and integrated in the analysis and design stage of information and knowledge systems. This study aims to design an ontology for juju lodges and tour, and build an Internet web retrieval system based on the proposed ontologies. This study found that we can take the same result for synonym that cilent use.

N/A Pathways both mediated by and independent of transferrin(Tf) and the TfR have been described for the accumulation of iron. Although it is not clear whether the same systems take up iron and gallium, these pathways may suggest the contention that uptake of Ga-67 can, in fact, occur by both Tf-independent and Tf-dependent systems and may share with Fe-59 in part the same mechanism for uptake. The predominant system by which uptake of both radiometals occurs may be different in the degree of the transformation af tumor. Transformed(MMSV/3T3) and untransformed(BALB/3T3) cells were incubated with luM of Ga-67-citrate of Fe-59-chloride for 15 min. at 37℃ in either the presence or absence of Tf. After then, the monolayers were washed with HBSS or PBS, and the cells were solubilized in 1% SDS for gamma well counting and protein determinations. There were similarities, as well as differences, in the pattern of uptake of Fe-59 and Ga-67 presented both in ionic from and as bound to Tf. Both radiometals appeared gain to cells in either ionic or Tf-bound forms. Transformed cells appeared to accumulate more radiometal, either Ga-67 or Fe-59 in the presence of Tf than do the their untransforemd counterparts. Conversly the presentation of either radiometal in ionic form resulted in significantly greater accumulation of metal by the untransformed cells than those transformed. The efficiency for uptake of Ga-67 or Fe-59 in the absence of Tf was greater than for uptake of the Ga-Tf or Fe-Tf. However, the magnitude of difference in efficiency of uptake was greater for Fe-59(10-fold) than for Ga-67 (3-fold). Our results Supports the theory that both Tf-independent and Tf-dependent systems for the uptake of Ga-67 both systems operate oppositely between transformed cells and those untransformed, with uptake by the predominating in transformed cells by the Tf-mediated system and in untransformed cells by the Tf-independent. The uptake of Ga-67 by tumor may share with Fe-59 in part the same mechanism.
