        도시주부의 레저스포츠활동과 의식에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual status of the sports activities for recreation of urban housewives. Moreover, this study has conducted to improve the quality of family life and national health. The investigation was made on the basis of the 450 respondents from Korean Women`s Association. The results from this study were as follow; 1. Need of sports activities : 29% of the respondents were much in reed of sports activities and recreation. 54% also agreed the need of sports activities in general. 2. Favorite sports activities : Climbing was the most favorite and prevailing sports activity, which 92 subjects(21.69%) responded. 3. Knowledge and attitude of recreation : 64% of the subjects perceived it-creativity of life, 16% perceived it as a simple entertainment. 4. Investigation on the obstructive elements of sports activities : Shortage of leisure time was pointed out by 23%, economical problems-23%, shortage of information-15%, shortage of facilities-15%. 5. Preference on sports activities-if the conditions are prepared for recreation activities : 20.8% preferred swimming, tennis-15, climbing-13.3%. 6. Taking recreation activities, if possible : 78% of subjects wanted to take recreation activities, while only 22% didn`t have much interest about recreation and sport activities. 7. Contentment of current life : So-so was prevalent by 37%, very satisfied-16%, satisfied-31%. As proper suggestions, (1) The government must support sports activities and recreation by establishing government institution for leisure. (2) Sports activities for urban housewives must be promoted through mass media and PR. (3) Information on recreation must be provided sufficiently. (4) A educational system for developing quality leaders is required in order to deal with increasing public demand of leaders professional.

      • Residual stress determination in a dissimilar weld overlay pipe by neutron diffraction

        <P><B>Highlights</B></P><P>► Determined residual stress distribution in a dissimilar weld overlay pipe. ► Consists of a ferritic (SA508), austenitic (F316L) steels, Alloy 182 consumable. ► Measured significant compression (−600MPa) near the inner wall of overlay. ► Validate integrity of the inner wall for the pressurized nozzle nuclear structure.</P> <P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>Residual stresses were determined through the thickness of a dissimilar weld overlay pipe using neutron diffraction. The specimen has a complex joining structure consisting of a ferritic steel (SA508), austenitic steel (F316L), Ni-based consumable (Alloy 182), and overlay of Ni-base superalloy (Alloy 52M). It simulates pressurized nozzle components, which have been a critical issue under the severe crack condition of nuclear power reactors. Two neutron diffractometers with different spatial resolutions have been utilized on the identical specimen for comparison. The macroscopic ‘stress-free’ lattice spacing (<I>d</I><SUB><I>o</I></SUB>) was also obtained from both using a 2-mm width comb-like coupon. The results show significant changes in residual stresses from tension (300–400MPa) to compression (−600MPa) through the thickness of the dissimilar weld overlay pipe specimen.</P>

        경부 제대륜이 분만과정 및 신생아 예후에 미치는 영향

        Objective: This thesis is to research the effect in delivery and neonatal outcomes from the existence of nuchal cord coiling and its frequencies. Materials and Methods: The research had been made during the period between Jan, 1997 and Jul, 1998 in College of medicine, Hallym University. It examined the process of delivery and 1min/5min apgar score, fetal weight, and gas measurement of umbilical vessel with the objects of 1st group of 100 full-term women without nuchal cord coiling, 2nd group 125 full-term women with only 1 time of nuchal cord coiling, and 3rd group of 25 full-term women with more than 2 times of nuchal cord coiling. Results; Nuchal cord coiling showed the frequencies of 17.81% [14.85% in 2nd group, 2.96% in 3rd group]. There were almost no discrepancies between 1st group and 2nd group in the frequencies of an abnormal fetal heart rate, a meconium staining, and an emergency cesarean section. However, Discrepancies were found between 1st/2nd groups and 2nd/3rd groups. The frequencies of 1min apgar score, macrosomia in neonatal outcome were some discrepancies between 1st/2nd groups and 3rd group. In 5min apgar score, fetal weight, no discrepancies were found. In gas measurement in umbilical vessels, pH showed some discrepancies only between 1st/2nd groups and 3rd group and no discrepancies between groups were found in gas measurement for pO2, pCO2, and HCO3. Conclusion: Because more than 2 times of nuchal cord coiling can affect the delivery and outcome, proper treatment from the prenatal diagnosis can help the being of pregnant women and her fetus.

        다낭성 난포 증후군에서 혈장 렙틴 수치 : 인슐린 저항성과의 관계

        Objectives: To investigate the leptin levels and their relations with BMI, body fat, basal insulin and insulin resistance (sensitivity) in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). And to determine whether acute hyperinsulinemia affects the leptin levels. Materials and methods: In 15 PCOS patients and body fat-matched 22 normal controls, plasma leptin levels and fasting basal insulin levels were measured. The correlations between leptin and BMI, body fat and basal insulin levels were analysed for PCOS and controls. In addition, the insulin sensitivity was measured by 2-hour euglycemic hyperinsulinemic clamp test and the relation with leptin levels was analysed for the PCOS. Results: Basal leptin levels were higher in PCOS group (12.74±0.65ng/ml) than control group (9.81±0.72ng/ml). In control group, basal leptin levels were positively correlated with BMI (r2=0.45, p<0.05), body fat (r2=0.23, p<0.05) and basal insulin (r2=0.17, p<0.05). But, in PCOS group, only BMI showed a significant correlation with leptin levels (r2=0.32, p<0.05), but body fat, insulin and insulin sensitivity index were not associated with the leptin levels. After 2 hours of insulin clamp in PCOS group, the leptin levels did not show a significant change. Conclusion: It appears that the leptin levels in PCOS are higher than controls and are not associated with body fat, basal insulin and insulin resistance in contrast to controls. The leptin levels did not increase as expected according to the increase of body fat and insulin. These results suggest that the regulation mechanism of leptin may be a complicated process involving body fat, insulin and insulin resistance, and the insulin resistance of adipocyte may negatively influence to the stimulatory effect of insulin and adiposity on the leptin secretion in PCOS. Acute hyperinsulinemia does not affect the leptin levels.

      • 저전력기반 슬립모드를 이용한 Chipset 전력 관리 성능 평가

        지능형 디지털 농업 시스템은 ICT 기술을 기반으로 농산물의 생산, 유통, 소비 등 농산업의 전 과정에서 필수적으로 요구되는 미래 농업의 형태이다. 농업 전반의 디지털화를 위해 다양한 현장에서 대응 가능한 농업용 임베디드 장비의 개발과 상용화가 절실하다. 임베디드 장비는 크기가 작고 휴대성을 확보해야하며 한정된 배터리 자원으로 동작됨으로 효율적인 전력 관리에 대한 관심이 증대하고 있다. 본 연구에서 ARM 기반의 임베디드 시스템을 구성하는 요소기술들 중 저전력 기술의 구현과 전력 관리 성능 비교 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구에 사용된 ARM 보드(D32 pro v2.0.0, WeMos Lolin, China)는 마이크로컨트롤러 칩셋으로 ESP32-WROVER 모듈을 포함하고 있으며, 240MHz의 주기, 4MB 크기의 플래시 메모리, 320KB의 렘 메모리의 성능을 가지고 있다. 또한 칩 내부 모뎀의 전력 관리 라이브러리를 기본적으로 제공하고 있다. ESP32에서 제공하는 데이터 시트를 따르면 Nomal Sleep은 ESP32 Core, ULP Coprocessor, RTC 만 작동하며 전력 소비량 3 ~ 20 mA 수준이다. Deep Sleep은 ULP Coprocessor, RTC 만 작동하여 전력 소비량 10 μA 수준이다. Hibernation의 전력 소비량은 2.5 μA 수준을 나타냈다. 성능 평가를 위해 각 모드별로 10분 동안 슬립모드를 유지하고 1분 동안 모듈을 작동하도록 설정하였다. 본 실험에서는 총 4개의 AA 건전지를 직렬로 연결하여 동일 칩셋에서 각 모드별 전압 측정 결과를 3일간 기록하여 비교하였다. 성능 비교 결과, Hibernation 모드를 활용한 경우가 전압 변화량이 0.41V로 가장 낮은 것으로 확인할 수 있었다. Deep Sleep, Nomal Sleep 모드를 활용한 경우의 전압 변화량은 0.51V, 1.55V 이었다. 위와 같은 연구 결과는 주어진 연구환경에서 수행한 상대적인 평가이므로 정량적인 수치로 성능 평가에 한계가 있으나, 근사적으로 전력소비량을 비교하는 측면에서 활용이 가능할 것이다. 결과적으로 농업의 디지털화 과정에서 개발되는 휴대용 임베디드 장비에서의 전력 소모가 증가하고 있고 제한된 전원에서 효과적인 전력 관리가 필요한 현시점에서 전력 소모 분석의 기초 연구로 활용이 가능하다 판단된다.

      • Self-rated health and dietary adherence in people with chronic kidney disease

        Aim(s): Self-rated health (SRH) was thought to be an important indicator for health-related behavior in people with chronic diseases. It also has been reported that SRH was a significant predictor for dietary adherence in people with other chronic diseases. However, little is known about SRH and its relationship to dietary adherence in people with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Thus, the purposes of this study were 1) to describe SRH, 2) identify its associated factors, and 3) investigate the relationship between the SRH and dietary adherence in people with CKD. Method(s): This was a secondary analysis of dataset from 7th Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (2016-2018). Those who had estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) of <60 mL/min/1.73 m2 (N=557, mean age=71.75, eGFR=58.9, male=56.8%) were included in this study. Data for demographic and clinical characteristics, and dietary adherence were obtained by interview and physical examination. Compliance for diet therapy and daily potassium level were included to describe dietary adherence. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. Result(s): 320(57.5%) participants rated their SRH as “good” or “moderate” (better SRH), whereas 237(42.5%) participants responded “poor” (worse SRH). Multivariate logistic regression showed that male participants, those who were old, had middle income level, did muscular exercise were more likely to have better SRH. Current smoker and those with anxiety/depression and multiple chronic diseases were less likely to have better SRH. Regarding relationship of SRH to dietary adherence, those with better SRH were more likely to be noncompliant to diet therapy and to take more than 2.5grams of potassium, after controlled for other covariates. Conclusion(s): Understanding of associated factors for SRH and its relationship to dietary adherence will help healthcare providers develop more effective interventions to improve SRH and its impact on dietary adherence in people with CKD.
