      • 치환용매 변화에 따른 비대칭 Ceellulose Acetate 막의 기체투과특성

        Gas permeation behavior was examined for asymmetric cellulose acetate membrane prepared by changing the acetone evaporation time and drying solvent. By changing the acetone evaporation time, the gas permeation rate decreased for the first 2 minutes and then increased gradually for the membrane of i-PrOH exchange drying. Gas permeation rate was in the order of He>N₂>O₂ and separation factor was about 1.9 for the membrane of 9 minute acetone evaporation. The permeation mechanism appears to be the combination of Knudsen flow and viscous flow. The effect of Knudsen flow was increased with acetone evaporation time, while the effect of viscous flow increased for the membrane of EtOH exchange drying.

      • 생분해성 가교공중합에스테르의 합성에 관한 연구

        Krebs 회로산인 L-mialic acid를 1,4-butanediol과 기능기의 비를 달리하면서 새로운 가교공중합체 Poly(1,4-butanediol L-malate)(XL-PBM10, XL-PBM12 및 XL-PBM14)를 합성하였다. 합성된 가교공중합체의 유리전이온도는 XL-PMB10은 3.3℃, XL-PBM12는 3.9℃, XL-PBM14는 4.9℃에서 나타났으며, 열분해 온도는 각각 246℃, 280℃, 320℃ 이었다. 곰팡이 Aspergillus niger와 박테리아 pseudomonas fluorescens를 이용하여 가교공중합체를 생분해시킨 결과 전자의 경우에는 7주후에 85%가, 후자의 경우에는 75%가 분해되었다. There kinds of new crosslinked poly(1,4-butanediol L-malate)such as XL-PBM10, XL-PBM12, and XL-PBM14 were synthesized from L-malic and 1,4-butanediol by varying functional group ratios. The glass transition temperatures of the copolymers appeared at 3.3℃ in XL-PBM10, at 3.9℃ in XL-PBM12, and at 4.9℃ in XL-PBM14. Thermal decomposition of copolymer started at 246℃ in XL-PBM10, at 280℃ in XL-PBM12, and at 320℃ in XL-PBM14. The biodegradable behaviors of the cross-linked copolymer were studied using microorganisms such as fungus and bacterium. After seven weeks, the degree of biodegradation was 85% in Aspergillus niger and 75% in Pseudomonas fluorescens.

      • 일체형 무분진 과립형 PVC용 안정제 개발에 관한 연구

        알칼리 존재하에 스테아린산과 BaCl₂ CaCl₂ PbO와의 반응에 의해 단일품 안정제인 Ba-St(barium-stearate), Ca-St(calcium-stearate), Pb-St(lead-stearate)와 DBL(dibasic lead stearate)를 제조하였다. DLP(dibasic lead phosphite)는 PbO와 H₃PO₃ 반응에 의해 제조하였다. 단일품 안정제를 주성분으로 하고 활제, 기타 조제등을 상용하여 일체형 무분진 과립형 PVC안정제를 제조하였다. 금속산화물과 수분함량, 활성, 내열성 평가로부터 과립형 안정제의 최적의 원료 배합비를 설정하였다. 이는 실제 공업적인 생산에서의 현장조건 결정에 기초 테이타로 사용될 수 있을 것이다. Single component stabilizers Ba-St (calcium-stearate), Ca-St(calcium-stearate), Pb-St(lead-stearate) and DBL(dibasic lead stearate) were prepard by reaction of stearic acid with BaCl₂, CaCl₂ or PbO respectively in the presence of alkali. DLP(dibasic lead phosphite) was synthesized by reaction of PbO with H₃PO₃. All-in-one dust-free pellet type PVC stabilizer was obtained from single component stabilizers as a main component and lubricant, processing aider. The optimum material composition ratio of pelletized stabilizer was established from the estimation of lubrication, thermostability, metalic oxide and water content. This can be used as a basic data on the decision of field condition in a practical industrial production.

        유색미에 관한 연구 : Ⅲ. 유색미 유망계통에 대한 주요 생육 특성

        국내외 유색미 수집종을 돌연변이원에 의해 유기된 우수 계통과 수집종간 상호교배에 의해 선발된 CNU 20계통을 파종하여 얻어진 주요 작물학적 특성을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 1. 간장은 유색 메벼인 CNU126 계통이 대조품종인 동진벼와 같이 가장 컸고 메성인 CNU 128계통에서 가장 작았다. 2. 주당 분얼수는 CNU3, CNU50. CNU56, CNU112 계통에서 가장 많았고 대조품종과 CNU 128 계통에서 10개 미만으로 가장 적게 나타났다. 3. 수장은 육성 계통 중 CNU88 계통에서 가장 길었으나 대조구보다 짧고, 육성계통 중에서는 CNU 126 계통이 가장 짧았다. 4. 주당 영화수는 대조구인 동진벼보다 CNU50 계통에서 2배 이상 많았고, CNU158 계통에서 가장 적게 나타났다. 5. 천립중은 CNU113 계통에서 30g이상으로 대조구와 같이 가장 무거웠고, CNU128 계통에서 20g으로 가장 적었다. 6. 주당 수량은 대조구의 26.6g에 비해 CNU50, CNU112 계통에서 두배정도 높았고, CNU128, CNU158, CNU200 계통에서 가장 낮게 타나났다. Aims of this study were carried out to develop the useful lines induced from mutation and pedigree breeding methods among the collected genetic resources from national and domestic areas. In this study, Stem height of CNU126 line and check among them were high, while CNU128 was lower than other lines. Spiklet length of CNU88 was longer, but that of CNU126 was shorter than check. Number of spiklets per plant of CNU50 among lines have twice time than check. 1,000 grains weight of CNU113 was higher than check. In yield per plant, CNU50 and CNU112 were higher than check, Dongjinbyeo.

      • 대장암 환자의 임상양상에 따른 EGFR Mutation의 발생 빈도

        Objectives: The EGFR plays an important role in tumorigenesis and tumor progression of colorectal cancer, and leads to the activation of intracellular signaling pathways. The use of anti-EGFR-targeted therapy has increased for patients with colorectal cancer, but patients with EGFR mutations will be resistant to anti-EGFR-targeted therapy. The identification of gene mutations is critical in cancer treatment; therefore, the aim of this study is to investigate the incidences of EGFR mutations in colorectal cancer patients in Korea. Methods: We reviewed 58 colorectal cancer patients who underwent operations between 2003 and 2006, retrospectively. We analyzed their EGFR mutations in 4 loci by DNA sequencing. In addition, we analyzed the correlation between the presence of EGFR mutation and patients’ clinicopathologic features. Results: Of the 58 patients, 35 patients were male and 23 were female. Their mean age was 63.28±11.18 years. Two patients (3.45%) were diagnosed as stage Tis, 7 patients (12.07%) had stage I, 24 patients (41.38%) had stage II, 20 patients (34.48%) had stage III, and 5 patients (8.62%) had stage IV. As a result of mutational analysis, EGFR mutations on exon 20 were detected in 13 patients (22.41%, G→A transitions). EGFR mutations on exon 18, 19 and 21 were not detected. EGFR mutation increased in the earlier stage and the absence of lymph node metastasis (P=0.028). Conclusion: The incidence of EGFR mutation in Korean colorectal cancer patients is 22.41%. In addition, EGFR mutation significantly increased in the earlier stage and the absence of lymph node metastasis.

      • 전기전도도법에 의한 18-Crown-6와 알칼리 금속 이온 착화물의 안정도에 관한 연구

        The stability constants(K) for the l : 1 complexes of 18-crown-6 (18C6) with alkali metal ions in DMSO(dimethylsulfoxide), DMF(N, N-dimethylformamide) and AN(acetonitrile) were determined at 30℃ by conductometry. The stability constant sequences of the alkali metal ions complexes with 18C6 in DMSO were K^+>Rb^+>Cs^+>Na^+>Li^+ and in DMF and AN, they were K^+>Na^+>Cs^+>Rb^+>Li^+ . The K values for the fixed alkali metal ion in these polar aprotic solvents were given in the order of DMSO<DMF<AN. These results revealed that the important factors affecting on the process of the formation of the 18C6 complexes with alkali metal ions were the relative size of ionic diameter, cavity of 18-crown-6 and the donor number of polar aprotic organic solvents.

        New four ferrocene crown ethers( 1-4 ) were synthesized. N-(4'-benzo-crown ethers) -ferroceneimine 1, 2 were prepared by reaction of 4'-aminobenzo-crown ethers and ferrocenecarboxaldehyde. N-(methylene-crown ethers)-ferrocenceimine 3, 4 were made by the reaction of 2'-(aminomethyl)-crown ethers and ferrocenecarboxaldehyde, respectively.

        New azo calix[4]arenes, 5-benzo-15-crown-5-azo-25,26,27,28-tetrahydroxy calix[4]arene(1), and 5,17-bis(benzo-15-crown-5-azo)25,26,27,28-tetrahydroxy calix[4]arene (2) were prepared by reaction of diazonium salt of 4-aminobenzo-15-crown-5 and clix[4]arene. 4-Aminobenzo-15-crown-5 was synthesized by reduction of 4-nitrobenzo-15-crown-5, obtained from the nitration of monobenzo-15-crown-5.
