        The purpose of this study was investigate implications of physical education curriculum's development from inspecting the reality and criteria of physical education curriculum in the secondary school. The conclusions of this study were as follows: First, physical education teacher executed physical education curriculum comparatively without regard to the national physical education curriculum. Second, factors considered in the development of the national physical education curriculum was the need of physical education teacher, the reality of facilities, and the need of students. Especially, the need of physical education teacher was mostly considered. Therefore, the actual place and reality of physical education was concidered in the development of the national physical education curriculum.

      • 高效率 시리콘 太陽電池의 硏究 : Ti/p-Si, MIS Inversion and Heterojunction Type Solar Cells Fabricated by Bacuum Evaporation and Spray Pyrolysis Methods

        1. Ti/p-Si Solar cell Fabricated by Vacuum Evaporation Titanium thin film was deposited on the chemically etched (100) surface of silicon single crystal by the vacuum evaporation. The interfacial oxide was grown by ramp heating. The Ti/p-Si solar cells have shown good rectification properties with the 0.78 V built-in potential and the 20 ㎂/㎠ reverse saturation current density in dark. The best cell have 0.58 V open circuit voltage, 38.0 ㎃/㎠ short circuit photocurrent density 0.64 fill factor and 13.9 % energy conversion efficiency under 100 ㎽/㎠ tungsten halogen lamp irradiation. Therefore, this solar cell is a very promising one, but the life testing is not performed yet in out laboratory. 2. Al/p-Si Solar Cell with Fine Grid and Inversion Layer The fabrication procedure and properties of MIS inversion solar cells forming a fine grating pattern of aluminium evaporated onto p-type silicon single crystal are discribed. The finest grating line width achieved in these cells described here were about 30 ㎛, and the smallest spacings were about 120 ㎛. The proper temperature for oxide growing of these cells was found to be about 450℃ for 20 minutes with oxygen flow. Under 100 ㎽/㎠ of irradiation of sunlight and using the antireflective coating of tnataliumsilicafilm spun on these cells, the short circuit photocurrent density, open circuit voltage and energy conversion efficiency were 28.0 ㎃/㎠, 0.545 V and 11 % respectively. 3. Heterojunction Type Solar Cell In_2O_3: Sn and SnO_2 films were deposited on the (100) surface of silicon single crystal by the spray pyrolysis method. The properties of these cells have good rectification with open circuit voltage, the short circuit photocurrent density, fill factor and energy conversion efficiency of 0.52V, 39.3㎃/㎠, 0.63 and 12.9 %, for In_2O_3: Sn/n-Si heterojunction solar cell and of 0.45V, 35.5 ㎃/㎠, 10.2%, for SnO_2/n-Si cell, respectively.

        This survey was carried out in order to collect basic data for the promotion of consumption of extracted juice from meat and bone of native goat. Data were gathered from a total of 148 peoples, who composed of 92 male and 56 female. Items investigated were experience and non-experience drunken, the kinds of healthy food , the reason of intake, intake frequency, intake season, the reason of non-intake, and supplementary item of goods at extract-making. The results obtained from answering after this survey were summarized as follows; 1. In answer about the drunken experience and non-experience for the healthy processed foods, the ratio of people surveyed was 85.14% and 15.86%, respectively. Male had tendency to be drunken much more than female with non-significance (P>0.05). And then, the older group showed tendency to be much more the drunken experience than the younger group. 2. The general herb-medicine among healthy foods used was the largest(50.0%), the extracted juice of goat meat and bone was used with the next largest(18.92%). The extracted juice was significantly(P<0.001) drunken much more in female than in male. And than, there was highly significant among age group in various healthy foods(P<0.01). 3. The healthy management among reasons of intake was answered in the largest(65.63%), the next answer was control after sickness(19.19%). There were not significant differences between gender group, and between age group, respectively. 4. The largest group at drinking times was answered to be two times a day(45.31%). There was not significant difference between gendergroup. However, there was highly significant between age group(P<0.001). 5. The drinking season was mostly answered to be in spring(35.94%), the next one was in winter(23.44%). The female group in spring was significantly(P<0.01) drunken much more than male. However, There was not significant between age group. 6. The largest reason for non-intakes of goat extracts was answered to be the decrease of the palatability(36.49%). There were significant differences between gender group, and between age group, respectively. 7. The supplementary item at extract-making was the promotion of palatability (44.95%). There was significant difference between gender group(P<0.05). And then, the group under 30 age answered mostly the promotion of palatability(50.95%), group more than 41 age answered price-down(41.38%). 8. 77.03% of questionnaire about drinking volume(80㎖) answered to be appropriate, 17.57% of those answered to be deficient. There were highly significant differences between gender group(P<0.01), and age group(P<0.01), respectively. 9. In the response after panel test of extract, 43.24% of questionnaire were good, while 10.81% of those were bad and very bad. Therefore, the scoring of sensory examination from 1(very bad) to 5 points(excellent) was 3.32. There was not significant difference between gender group. However, there was highly significant between age group(P<0.01).

        메틸렌 클로라이드에 의한 폐장염

        Objectives: The authors report a case of pneumonitis caused by methylene chloride (MC). Methods: The patient was examined and diagnosed by clinical, radiologic, laboratorial and medical evaluation. The concentration of MC in the factory was measured to determine the exposure level. Results: The patient had an infiltration in chest X-ray, which underwent rapid relief of radiological finding, respiratory acidosis and hypoxemia in arterial blood gas analysis, and a ground-glass opacity in high resolution computerized tomography. MC was the only exposed chemical compound in this case. The concentration of MC was 39.9 ppm in the factory. Conclusions: We diagnosed this to be a case of pneumonitis by MC based on clinical laboratory findings, exposure history to MC and MC concentration in the factory.

        The purpose of this study was to analyze 3D kinematics variables on club length during golf and to prescribe kinematics principles and individual difference on clubs. 1. Each phase swing time Subj. 1 is the longer club during backswing, the longer swing time, but swing time is similar to during downswing. Subj. 2 is the longer club durting backswing, the longer swing time, but swing time is similar to during downswing. Subj. 3 is same with swing time regardless of the length of the club. 2. COG Subj. 1 is resulted from 58.29±0.90 with iron 5, 58.78±1.29 with Drive, 59.73±0.88 with PW in order. Subj. 2 is resulted from 56.77±1.81 with PW, 57.68±1.60 with iron 5, 57.64±1.84 with Drive in order. Subj. 3 is resulted from 54.70±1.52 with PW, 54.80±1.52 with iron 5, 56.75±1.19 with Drive in order. 3. Club head speed Subj. 1 is the fastest PW in 38.19m/sec. Subj. 2 is the slowest PW in 25.26m/sec. Subj. 3 is the fastest Drive in 41.57m/sec. 4. Cocking angle Subj. 1 is no differences in 135.62±16.57˚ , 137.04±21.51˚ , 137.78±19.39˚ on clubs, but resulted form difference in swing first phase due to cocking form. Subj. 2 is no differences in 138.02±19.73˚ , 136.04±22.71˚ , 135.06±22.56˚ on clubs, but resulted form difference in swing first phase due to cocking form. Subj. 3 is no differences in 121.46±26.17˚ , 118.81±23.70˚ , 121.71±25.09˚ on clubs, but resulted form difference in swing first phase due to cocking form. 5. Hip joint rotation angle Subj. 1 is the biggest PW in 182.51±4.54˚ Subj. 2 is the biggest Drive in 182.36±7.24˚ Subj. 3 is no difference on club lenth. 6. Thigh rotation angle Subj. 1 is resulted from 95.71±2.65˚ with PW, 96.10±3.36˚ with iron 5, 97.17±3.29˚ with Drive at left thigh in order, and is resulted form 80.59±3.57˚ with Drive, 81.14±3.41˚ with iron 5, 82.77±3.92˚ with PW at right thigh in order. Subj. 2 is resulted from 95.15±1.77˚ with PW, 96.04±1.68˚ with iron 5, 98.39±1.56˚ with Drive at left thigh in order, and is less rotated 82.86±1.70˚ with only iron 5 at right thigh. Subj. 3 is less rotated in 99.55±3.11˚ with PW at left thigh, and is no difference at tight thigh. 7. Left knee angle Subj. 1. is resulted from 155.60±4.12˚ with Drive, 156.51±3.59˚ with iron 5, 157.73±3.72˚ with PW in order. Subj. 2 is no difference on clubs. Subj. 3 is no difference on clubs. 8. Right knee angle Subj. 1 is mort changed to 162.27±4.21˚ with Drive than other clubs. Subj. 2 is no difference on clubs. Subj. 3 is no difference on clubs.

      • Cr-Cu/p-Si MIS型 太陽電池의 製作 및 特性

        Cr-Cu/p-Si MIS solar cells having about 1-㎠ area have been fabricated by sequential vacuum evaporation of Cr and Cu metals on the (111) surface of p-type Si single crystal with a thin interfacial layer of SiO_2. The spectral response measurements and the effects of the oxide layer thickness between Cr and Si-substrate were investigated. Also, The antireflection coating improves signifficantly the conversion efficiency of Cr-Cu/p-Si MIS solar cells. Under AM1 illumination of solar simulator, the parameters of the best cell obtained are open-circuit voltage V_oc=0.5V, short-circuit current I_sc=26㎃, fill factor FF=0.67 and conversion efficiency η=8.7%.

        단일클론 항 γ-Glutamyltrasferase(GCT) 항체를 이용한 혈뇌장벽 내 GGT의 분포에 관한 연구

        γ-Glutamyltransferase(GGT: E.C. 2.3.2.2.) is a glycoprotein enzyme which is involved in glutathione metabolism and amino acid transport through the plasma membrane. It is distributed widely in several organs including liver, kidney, pancrease and brain. GGTs derived from the brain of Wister rats and BALB/c mice were biochemically purified to a specific activity of 4246.2, 862.1 units per mg of protein, a purification folds 93.7, 43.8 and the final yield 65.8, 44.0% respectively. Electrophoretic pattern of purified GGTs from rats and mice brain shows very similar protein fraction each other. We have produced six monoclonal antibodies(GGT-MAb 1-6) against 2-acetamidofluorene treated rat liver GGT. Using these GGT-MAb 1-6 we performed immunohistochemistry(IHC) to study the distribution of GGY isozymes in normal tissues of rat brain and in ncoplastic tissues of human brain. The results indicated that human brain GGT was localized in pericytes of blood-brain barrier, especially in the blood-rich portion of the brain(e.g. cerebellum of rat, meningioma and craniopharyngioma of human). Therefore these MAbs may be used to evaluate the distribution of GGT isozymes in different tissues.
