        운동형태가 비만남자대학생의 비만관련호르몬, 염증반응인자 및 동맥경직도에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to find the effects of type of exercise on obesity-related hormone, inflammatory markers and arterial stiffness in obese male college students for 8 weeks. The participants were sampled from 20 obese male college students with 27% more body fat belong to I city. The participants were randomly assigned divided into two groups: 10 (21.9±1.29yrs) of ACS group(15min of 50~70%HRR / 2 times for wk / 8wks) and 10 (21.7±1.34yrs) of MSE group(9 major muscle of 60%1RM / 2 times for wk / 8wks). The statistical analysis was conducted by using G* power 3.0. Also, repeated measure 2 way ANOVA of GLM by mixed design, and independent t-test, were conducted by using SPSS ver. 24.0 program(IBM Corp.). The results obtained from this study were as follows; First, change in body weight and %body fat was significantly lower in ACE group than MSE group (p<.01), but skeletal muscle mass was significantly higher in MSE group than ACE group (p<.05). Second, change in reptin was not significantly between group (p>.05). Third, Change in TNF-α and IL-6 was significantly lower in ACE group than MSE group (p<.01, p<.05), but adiponectin was significantly higer in ACE group than MSE group(p<.05). Fourth, Change in LRVC and RRVC incteased in the MSE group than in the ACE group, but there was no statistically signicant difference(p>.05). Change in LAVC and RAVC incteased in the ACE group than in the MSE group, but there was no statistically signicant difference (p>.05).

        자이브 댄스운동이 비만중년여성의 체성분, 동맥경화지수 및 아포지단백질에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to find the effects of the jive dance exercise on body composition, atherosclerosis index, and apolipoprotein level in obese middle-aged women for 12weeks. The participants were sampled from 20 obese middle-aged with more than %body fat 27% belong to J do H center. The participants were randomly assigned divided into two groups: 10 (43.9±4.2yrs) of jive dance exercise group(60min/ 3times for week / 12weeks) and 10 (44.7±5.9yrs) of control group. The statistical analysis was conducted by using G* power 3.0. Also, repeated measure 2 way ANOVA of GLM and Pearson's correlation was conducted by using SPSS ver. 24.0 program(IBM Corp.). The results obtained from this study were as follows; First, change in body weight, BMI, %fat, and WHR was significantly lower in dance exercise group than control group according to post dance exercise(p<.001). Second, change in the TC/HDL-C, TG/HDL-C, and LDL-C/HDL-C was significantly lower in dance exercise group than control group according to post dance exercise(p<.01). third, change in the Apo A-1 was significantly higher in dance exercise group than control group according to post dance exercise(p<.001), but Apo B and Apo B/Apo A-1 ratio and was significantly lower in dance exercise group than control group(p<.01). fourth, the increase in Apo A-1 and HDL-C showed significantly correlation with decreasing LDL-C and LDL-C/HDL-C ratio(p<.05) In conclusion, jive dance exercise showed a positive effect on body weight, BMI, %body fat, WHR, and atherosclerosis index in obese middle-aged women. And, this jive dance exercise is accompanied by amusing interest, suggesting the prevention of cardio-cerebrovascular disease with improvement of obesity. 이 연구는 12주간 자이브 댄스운동이 비만중년여성의 체성분, 혈중지질, 동맥경화지수 및 아포지단백질에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 J 도내 H 센터의 비만개선프로그램을 개설하여, 체지방률 27% 이상의 비만중년여성 20명을 표집하였다. 댄스운동(60분/3회/12주)집단 10명(43.9±4.2세)과 통제집단 10명(44.7±5.9세)으로 무선배정하였다. G*power 3.0 프로그램을 이용하여 효과크기 검증 및 SPSS ver. 24.0(IBM Corp.) 프로그램을 이용하여 반복측정에 의한 일반선형방정식의 이원변량분석 및 Pearson 상관계수로 검증하였다. 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 체성분의 체중, BMI, 체지방률, 허리둘레 비는 댄스운동 12주 후 댄스운동집단이 통제집단보다 감소하였고 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다(p<.001, p<.01, p<.05). 둘째, 동맥경화지수의 TC/HDL-C, TG/HDL-C. LDL-C/HDL-C비율은 댄스운동 12주 후 댄스운동집단이 통제집단보다 감소였고 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다(p<.001). 셋째, Apo A-1농도는 댄스운동 12주 후 댄스운동집단이 통제집단보다 증가하였고 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없었다(p>.05), 반면 Apo B농도와 Apo B/Apo A-1비율은 감소하였으며 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다(p<.001). 넷째, 댄스운동 12주 후 Apo A-1농도와 HDL-C농도의 증가는 Apo B/Apo A-1비율, LDL-C농도, LDL-C/HDL-C비율을 감소시키는 유의한 상관관계가 나타났다(p<.05). 이상의 결론을 종합해 볼 때, 비만중년여성들의 자이브 댄스운동은 체중, BMI, 체지방률, 허리둘레 비 및 동맥경화지수의 감소를 통하여 아포지단백질에 긍정적인 영향으로 나타났다. 또한 이 댄스운동은 흥미를 동반하며 비만 개선을 통하여 심뇌혈관 질환의 예방에 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

      • 슬관절 상해 후 등속성 운동과 자전거 에르고미터 운동의 차이가 대퇴횡단면과 혈류속도에 미치는 영향

        This study was to examine the effect of isokinetic and bicycle ergometer exercise on thigh hypertrophy and muscle flow velocity after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Subjects were between male patients. Test group were classify into isokinetice exercise group(6 male) and bicycle ergometer exercise group(6 male). Isokinetic exercise group was exercised 5-6 times a weeks for eight week by using the isokinetic exercise in kin-com. And bicycle ergometer exercise group were exercised 5-6 times a weeks for eight week by using the cycling exercise in bicycle ergometer(Monak 818E). Thigh hypertrophy and muscle flow velocity were analyzed using 2×2(groups×duration) repeated measures analysis of variance (MANOVA). Cross setional area of thigh showed significant(Lambda=.680, F=6.823, 유의도= .004) increase in isokinetic exercise. Blood flow velocity showed significant(Lambda=.208, F=17.330, 유의도= .000) increase in isokinetic exercise during 8week isokinetic exercise. According to this results, after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, isokinetic exercise prescription will selected adaption of angle velocity from middle speed to high speed according to activity of muscle function.

      • 고교 유도선수들의 무릎관절 등속성 회전력에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect on isokinetic variables in high school boy judo players, The subjects of the study were 8male attached J-do high school boy judo player who registered to korea judo federation. The group were divided into two groups; support leg and offense leg as according to attack type. Isokinetic knee joint exercise employed Kin-corn(500, Chattanooga group Ins, U,S,A) to measure peak torque, bilateral balance ratio and muscular fatigue. For this investigation peak torque, body weight per peak torque in angle velocity 60°/sec and 18o°/sec was measured by kin corn and muscular fatigue was measured by kin corn at velocity 240°/sec. The results of this study were follows: 1, In extension strength at angle velocity 60°/sec peak torque, bilateral balance ratio, and body weight per peak torque was larger in support leg group than offense leg. 2. It showed that bilateral balance ratio were 50-56% range at angle velocity 60°/sec and 180°/sec, and increased with fast angular velocity. 3. In muscular fatigue at angle velocity 240°/sec increased with set was larger in flexion than extension. and in extension muscular fatigue was larger in support leg group than offense leg.

      • 運動遂行이 狀態不安에 미치는 影響 : 기계체조선수를 對象으로 ON THE GYMNASTCS PLAYER

        The purpose of this paper is to investigate anxiety effects on gymnastics player during motor performance using spieberger's STAI(Form X-1) inventory. The result is as follow. 1) The anxiety-level of male player is lower than that of female player (P<0.001), accordingly hypothesis 1) is abandoned. 2) In case of male players ; We have found that difference between anxiety-levels before and after motor performance is notable only in pommel horse (P<0.05), accordingly hypothesis 2) is abandoned. In case of female junior school players ; We have found the notable difference between anxiety-levels befor and after motor performance both in pommel horse (P<0.05), and in uneven bars (P<0.01). accordingly hypothesis 2) in abandoned. But in case of female high school players : We have found that the difference is not notable in any items examined, accordingly hypothesis 2) is adopted. 3) We have found the notable difference in floor exercise(P<0.001) AND IN PARALLEL bars (P<0.001), accordingly hypothesis 3) is abandoned. But there is no notable difference is pommel horse.

      • 비만 유소년들의 자전거 에르고미터 운동부하시 심혈관계 및 심전도 ST 분절의 변화

        The purpose of this study was to change in endurance capacity and ST segment obese male elementary with sub-maximal bicycle exercise(Monmark 818E, Sweden). Thirty male elementary engaged in age from 10s years were divided into three group; 1) body fat ≥ 25% group 2) body fat ≥20% group 3) General ≤12% group. Data was anlyzed by mean of ANOVA and two-way ANOVA with repeated measure 3×3(group×duration) using the SPSS win 9.0. The conclusion for the study was as follows : First, Every group showed a significant increase in HR after one minute of exercise, and gradual increase in HR during the first 3minutes of exercise. Increase in heart rate of body fat ≥25% group was higher than that of other groups during exercise. The blood pressure of obese groups both at rest during exercise was higher than that of general group. Second. The MVO² of each groups after three minute of exercise increased twice or more than that of the same group at rest, The MVO² of obese groups was lagger than that of general groups. Third. The ST level of each group, during exercise, decreased approximately 50% of the same group at the recovery, while the ST slope increased approximately twice or three time of the same group at the recovery.
