      • 地方自治와 生活體育振興의 關聯性에 관한 考察

        본 연구는 지방자치와생활체육진흥의 연관성을 규명하여 생활체육진흥이 지방자치 이념의 구현에 커다란 역할을 가지고 있다는 점을 이론적으로 고찰하고자 하였다. 지방자치제와 생활체육의 관련성을 요약정리하면 다음과 같다. 지방자치는 지방분권사상과 민주주의사상이라는 두개의 사상적 지주로 뒷받침되어 있는데 여기에서 문제가 되는 지방행정과정상에 지역주민의 참여는 역시 지역주민의 체육 및 스포츠에 관한 욕구를 반영하게 되므오 지역생활체육의 육성과 진흥에 필수적으로 요청되는 가치이며 민주주의의 이념은 Sport for All의 어의로부터 자유, 평등, 기회균등 등 민주주의의 기본적인 개념을 찾을 수 있을 뿐만, 계층에 관계없이 누구나 스포츠 활동에 참여하여 규칙존수, 공동체의식 등을 함양하므로서 그 이념이 구현되며 또한 오늘날의 지역간, 계층간 불균형극복은 생활체육의 사회적 기능인 운동문화의 향수에 의한 계층적 격차의 조정기능과 연관이 있어 지방자치제가 추구하는 형평성의 이념과 맥을 같이하고 있다. 현대적 의미의 지방자치제가 사회적 능률을 통한 민주화와 새로운 공동체를 통한 인간화에 그 필요성과 가치를 인정하고 있다고 볼 때 이는 운동문화가 바르게 전달되어 운동생활에 대한 공통의 사고방식이나 행동향식을 동질화하는 등의 공통의 패턴을 부여하므로서 사회적 통합의 기능을 발휘하는 생활 체육을 통하여 사회적 능률을 기할 수 있으며 자발적인 운동참여에 의한 사람들간의 연결을 통하여 기능적이고 타산적인 인간관계를 초월하므로서 인간관계를 풍부하게 하는 생활체육의 가치와 관련되어 있음을 알 수 있다.

      • 체육학의 본질적 구조에 관한 인식론적 탐구

        Considering the academic chaos that studies of physical education is confronted with, we find it left in an academic entanglment. It is difficult to seek a guide about where and how to start our studies. Thus, the aim of this study is to check the nature and character of studies of physical education as well as the latest theories. The followings are the result of my study. 1. The nature of studies of physical education can be regulated as an universal cognitive system of independent object area. 2. The character of studies of physical education can be defined as a study of athletic physical education can be defined as a study of athletic phenomenon, of human bodily movement, or of other problems concerning athletic phenomenon and bodily movement. 3. Studies of ohysical education includes scientism in its theoretical terms and artistic quality in its practical terms. 4. According to the characteristics of its research objects, specified areas in studies of physical education can be classified into natural science, studies of ideas, and psychological studies. 5. Research of education needs an integration of analytical and non-analytical methods. Despite the possible drawbacks of analytical method, rigorous analytical method should be the primary basis of studies of physical education. As I have examined the characteristics of studies of physical education, previous physical education studies were inclined to build principles or concept. But I think that investigation of structure in our thinking should be the future direction of studies of physical education as well as the central function of philosophy of physical education. On the basis, specified areas in studies of physical education can be properly evaluated.

      • 지역사회 체육발전을 위한 기본 방향에 관한 소찰

        As the modern society gets bigger and bigger, we can say it is one of the most important things for the moderns in stagnation crisis to build a community where they can cooperate with and depend on one another. In solving various kinds of problems appearing in this modern society, physical activities of community residents are of great value. Sports for all in communities help the keep and improve health and fintness through individual physical activities. And also through the contribution to community spirit, sound social morale increase, mutual interchange increase among communities and reorgnization of communities, physical activities become the basis for welfare society. In this study, we suggest that some basic directions for improving sports for all in communities should be as follows; First, various contents of physical activities are necessary, and they should include health and fitness improvement, adventurous spirit, accomplishment spirit, and public service of community residents. Second, physical activities should be organized so that community residents might increase community spirit through keeping the regularity and durability of physical activities. Third, welfare of environments for the physical activities should be realized to increase the participation of community residents in physical activities. Fouth, physical activities facilities should be increased and improved to satisfy the desire of the community residents for physical activities.

      • 生活體育 活動이 體力에 미치는 影響

        The purpose of this study is to understand region society physical fitness of sports for all of bowlling, soccer, tennis, swimming and not circles. The subjects were a hundred of male thirties and forties. It is measured that for seven item of physical fitness of seven factors. The results of this study is as follows; 1. The strength, muscular endurance the tennis circle showed better than other circles. 2. The Power, Agility, Flexibility and cardiovascular endurance was the soccer circle showed better than other circles. 3. The Balance the bowlling circle showed better than other circles.

      • Rousseau의 體育思想에 關한 考察

        Jean-Jacques Rousseau(1712 to 1778), a French philosopher, in his book Emile points out that in an ideal education, physical education would contribute to the objectives of health and a vigorous body. He stressed that an individual's mind and body are an indivisible entity and that both are bound together. Rousseau's ideas provided a rational foundation for the child-centered school and for truly naturalistic education. Rousseau's educational plan was distinctly compatible with several important social and economic movements, for example, secularism, sense-realism, laissez-faire capitalism. But he revived again the Greek ideal of the indivisibility of the mind and body and recognized the educational value of physical education including sports.
