        전기자동차 추진용 150kW 인버터의 Si-IGBT 및 SiC-MOSFET 활용에 따른 인버터 손실 개선량 분석

        Recently, due to the commercialization of power semiconductors based on SiC (Silicon carbide) devices with high voltage operation, high frequency operation, and high temperature operation characteristics, there is growing interest in transition conventional Si device to SiC power semiconductors. In order to convert the widely used Si-based inverters to SiC-based inverters, it is necessary to quantitatively evaluate the inverter system improvement due to the use of Si or SiC device power semiconductors. In this paper, the efficiency comparison of a 150kW inverter for EV propulsion using Si-IGBT and SiC-MOSFET is carried out, and the system improvements due to the conversion of power semiconductors is analyzed. For accurate comparison, a Si-IGBT/SiC-MOSFET power module with the same specifications of 1200V, 600A is selected, and an inverter performance test over entire driving range is performed with only the power semiconductor and gate driver changed. Through driving cycle analysis based on inverter performance test results, it is verified that when switching from Si-IGBT to SiC-MOSFET, inverter energy loss is reduced by 26.3%.

        6시그마 성공요인이 혁신DNA 개발과 기업성과에미치는 영향

        [Purpose] This study examined the positive effects of success factors of 6-sigma on the development of employees’ innovation DNA, innovation performance, and business performance, and also verified the effects of success factors of 6-sigma on the business performance with the mediation of employees’s innovation DNA. [Methodology] We described literature reviews about success factors of 6-sigma and innovation DNA. We suggested four hypotheses that were drawn from the previous researches. To verify these hypotheses, collected the data and were tested by validity, reliability, correlation and structural equation model analysis. [Findings] This study found that success factors of 6 sigma had positive effects on employees’ innovation DNA development. and it was confirmed that success factors of 6-sigma had positive effect the innovation and business performance with the mediation of discovery DNA. However, the success factors of 6-sigma had positive effects on the development of employees’ practice DNA while they had no effects on the innovation performance with the mediation of practice DNA. [Implications] This study empirically assessed that employees’s innovation DNA could be developed through innovation methodology, which could be linked to innovation performance of company. [연구목적] 본 연구는 6시그마 성공요인이 종업원들의 혁신DNA 개발과 혁신성과 및 경영성과에 어떤 관계가 있는지를 확인하였다. 또한 혁신DNA가 6시그마 성공요인과 혁신성과 및 경영성과 사이에 매개효과가 있는지를 검증하였다. [연구방법] 혁신DNA는 Dyer et al.(2009, 2011)에 의해서 정립된 개념으로 혁신가는 선천적으로 타고나는 것이 아니라 후천적으로 양성될 수 있으며, 이를 통해 기업의 혁신 활동이 강화되고 기업의 경영성과를 창출할 수 있다는 개념이다. [연구결과] 본 연구는 중견기업 및 대기업 종업원을 대상으로 6시그마 성공요인이 혁신DNA개발과 기업성과에 어떤 영향을 주는지를 확인하였다. 이를 위해 혁신방법론을 활용중인 기업의 종업원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 조사 결과를 토대로 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였다. [연구의 시사점] 6시그마 성공요인은 종업원의 혁신DNA인 발견DNA와 실행DNA 개발에 긍정적인 영향을 주고 있음이 구조 방정식을 통해 검증되었다. 6시그마 성공 요인은발견DNA를 매개로 기업의 혁신성과에 긍정적인 영향을 나타냈으며, 혁신성과는 경영성과에도 긍정적인 영향을 주고 있음을 확인하였다. 그러나 6시그마 성공요인은 종업원의 실행DNA 개발에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으나, 실행DNA는 6시그마 성공요인과 혁신성과에 사이에서 매개효과를 나타내지 않았다.

        Substance-P Ameliorates Dextran Sodium Sulfate-Induced Intestinal Damage by Preserving Tissue Barrier Function

        Intestinal inflammation alters immune responses in the mucosa and destroys colon architecture, leading to serious diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease. Thus, the modulation of intestinal integrity and immune responses in IBD can be the critical factor to be considered to reduce the severity of damages. Substance-P (SP), endogenous peptide to be involved in cell proliferation, migration and immune modulation, can exert the therapeutic effect on diverse diseases including cornea damage, rheumatoid arthritis and diabetic complications. SP was found to elevate expression of junctional molecule. Considering the function of SP reported previously, it was inferred that SP is capable of exert the beneficial effect of SP on intestinal diseases by controlling intestinal structure as well as immune responses. In this study, we explored the therapeutic effect of SP on dextran sodium sulfate-induced intestine damage by injecting SP. The effects of SP were evaluated by analyzing crypt structures, proliferating cell pool and infiltration of immune cells. DSS treatment provoked abnormal immune response and disruption of intestine epithelial barrier. However, co-treatment of SP obviously blocked the development of intestinal damages by declining inflammatory responses and sustaining intestinal structure more intact. The treatment of SP to chronic damages also promoted intestinal regeneration by preserving the integrity of colon tissue. Moreover, DSS-induced reduction of epithelial junctional molecule was obviously inhibited by SP treatment in vitro. Taken together, our data indicate that SP can reduce intestinal damages, possibly by modulating barrier structure and immune response. Our results propose SP as candidate therapeutics in intestinal damages.

        유방촬영술상의 유방밀도와 생활습관병과의 관련성

        Background:Dense breast reduced the sensitivity of mammography in breast cancer screening and known as an independent risk factor of breast cancer. The relationship between breast density and age, body mass index has studied. However, there are few studies on the relationship between breast density and lifestyle related disease. In this study, we investigated the relationship between mammographic breast density and lifestyle related disease. Methods:Retrospective cross sectional research was carried out from people who visited a single health screening center in Busan from January 2015 to December 2015. We investigated age, past history of the subjects and measured their height, weight, blood pressure and waist circumference. The biochemical test was carried out using their blood. All patients underwent mammography. The breast density on mammography determined by the basis of American College of Radiology Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System (ACR BI-RADS) breast composition and 996 people was recruited. Results:In the distribution of breast density, 16.3% of women (n=160) had dense breast. Age (under 49), body mass index (BMI) (underweight) were positively correlated with the BI-RADS composition category 3, 4 but the number of lifestyle related disease were negatively correlated (age =0.17, BMI =0.39, the number of lifestyle related disease =-0.21). The odds ratio (OR) of dense breast increased with decreasing lifestyle related disease severity (OR=3.06, 95% confidence interval: 1.13-8.22, P=0.027). Conclusions:This study showed that the number of lifestyle related disease was negatively correlated with mammographic density. The OR of dense breast increased with decreasing lifestyle related disease severity. Therefore, primary physicians should consider negative correlation between breast density and lifestyle related disease in breast cancer screening 연구배경: 유방암 검진을 위해 시행하는 유방촬영술에서고밀도 유방은 검사의 민감도를 감소시켜 위음성의 요인이될 뿐만 아니라 유방암의 독립적인 위험인자로 알려져 있다. 현재 유방밀도와 연령, 체질량지수의 관계는 연구된 바있으나, 유방밀도와 생활습관병과의 관계에 대한 연구는없었다. 본 연구에서는 유방밀도와 생활습관병과의 관련성에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 방법:2015년 1월부터 2015년 12월까지 부산에 있는 한종합병원내 건강검진센터에 내원하여 유방촬영술을 시행한 수검자를 후향적으로 단면연구하였다. 대상자들의 연령, 과거력 등을 조사하였고, 키, 체중, 허리둘레, 혈압을 측정하였으며 혈액검사를 시행하였다. 모든 대상자들은 유방촬영술을 시행하였다. 유방밀도는 유방촬영술 판독규약을통해 결정하였으며, 연구는 총 996명을 대상으로 하였다. 결과: 유방밀도의 분포를 보면 고밀도 유방군이 160명(16.3%)이었다. BI-RADS 3, 4군는 49세 이하의 연령과 저체중과 양의 상관관계가 있었으며, 생활습관병의 개수와는음의 상관관계가 있었다(연령 ρ=0.17, 저체중 ρ=0.39, 생활습관병 개수 ρ=-0.21). 그리고 생활습관병 개수가 적을수록고밀도 유방의 위험도가 증가하였다(OR=3.06, 95% confidence interval: 1.13-8.22, P=0.027). 결론: 생활습관병의 개수와 유방밀도는 음의 연관성을보였으며, 생활습관병의 개수가 적을수록 고밀도 유방의위험도는 증가하였다. 따라서 유방촬영술을 시행 할 경우유방밀도와 여성의 연령, 체질량지수 그리고 생활습관병과음의 상관관계가 있음을 고려해야 하겠다
