대학 소극장의 공간 계획에 관한 기초적 연구

The purpose of this research is to make a basic study of a small theater planned to be built on the university campus for the exclusive use of performing arts. For this, the documents and records of small theaters in Seoul was first reviewed. And then, some selected theaters among small theaters opened since 2000 was examined and analyzed by their blueprints, design maps and actual measurement on the spot. Since 1990s, the increase in per capital income, the advancement of culture and arts, and the accompanying increase in demand have prompted universities to open performing arts courses. Going beyond the concept of a multipurpose auditorium a space devoted to professional performances has been increasingly needed by many universities. Small theaters that have been the subjects of study have become extinct or changed for other uses due to the rapid changes in the performing environment. This research examined theaters that have opened since 2000 and analyzed the data on their stages and seats. This study is intended for providing preliminary data for building of a small theater on the university campus.

크리깅모델을 이용한 2 층 열차 차체의 최적설계

Metamodels such as response surface model (RSM) and kriging model are used to meet weight minimization of a double-deck train car-body. Weight minimization problem of the double-deck train car-body is required to decide 36 design variables of thicknesses for large aluminum extruded panel while satisfying stress constraints. Therefore, we attempt to reduce the number of design variables by using RSM as a screening process based on orthogonal array design. Global sensitivity and Pareto plot of responses with respect to design variables are employed as screening criterion. After screening design variables, maximum entropy sampling is employed to select additional sample points. We construct kriging model for the mass and maximum stress of a double-deck train car-body with the reduced design variables. Optimization based on kriging model is performed and the merits of this design methodology are discussed.

This study is to investigates a development of multimedia contents for the web-based education system. With the comming new millenieum, we have a lot of experience in pluralistic society. especially we are affected by multimedia data with information and knowledge-based society, and the development of information technology, that is we are a lot influenced by multimedia data. This study is to explore multimedia contents which have still and dynamic. With this discussed, teaching and learning from multimedia contents makes learners construct meaning knowledge through the seeing and hearing, interactive communication. thus we need to include the multimedia education in a curriculum.

해외진출 활성화를 위한 스마트시티 마케팅 모형 개발 연구

With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution and the development of information and communication technology, the market size of smart cities is rapidly growing. Therefore efforts are being made to preempt the smart city market centered on advanced countries, and competition is getting fiercer. The purpose of this study is to develop a smart city marketing model linked to marketing theory to support the revitalization of smart city overseas expansion of korea. To this end, this study examines the need for a link between smart city and marketing theories and in-depth interviews with experts, and develops a smart city marketing model. Korea is recognized as a country leading the smart city, but overseas exports are not meeting expectations. As this point, this study will provide policy implications for korea to secure competitiveness in global markets in the future.

다중 하중조건에서의 2 층열차 차체의 최적설계

Double-deck train has been attracted growing attention as next generation transportation around metropolis because of high passenger carrying capacity. In order to develop high-speed double-deck train with low operational costs, the carbody must be designed as light as possible. In addition, the carbody must be strong enough to ensure the safety of passengers. For these purposes, weight minimization that determines thickness of aluminum extruded panels(AEP) of the carbody can be performed. First, we perform the screening process that select sensitive or/and important design variables through design exploration because the design variables of carbody are too many to treat all of them in the design optimization. Then, weight minimization is accomplished under multi-loading condition such as vertical, compressive and torsional load, while satisfying user specified strength constraints. Finally, the result of design optimization is discussed by comparison with it of initial design.

관절와의 심한 골결손을 동반한 견관절 전방 불안정성에서 장골 이식술을 이용한 관절와 재건술

목적: 본 증례 보고는 간질 발작과 동반된 심한 전방 관절와 골결손에 의한 견관절 불안정성에서 자가 삼면피질 장골 이식술을 통한 관절와 재건술 및 안정화 술식을 시행한 증례를 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 간질 발작과 동반된 심한 전방 관절와 골결손을 가진 2예의 재발성 전방 탈구를 자가 삼면 피질 장골 이식술을 이용하여 관절와 재건술 및 안정화 술식을 이용하여 치료하였다. 결과: 수술 후 5개월째 단순방사선 촬영상 이식골의 유합 소견이 관찰되었고, 수술 전 소견과 비교해서 골관절염의 진행소견은 관찰되지 않았다. 수술 후 7개월 추시 관찰 상 통증은 거의 없었으며, 관절 운동 범위는 정상 운동 범위를 보였으며, 관절의 안정성을 확보하였다. 결론: 심한 전방 관절와 골결손을 가진 재발성 전방 탈구는 충분한 골 이식을 통해 전방 안정성을 얻을 수 있으며, 관절 면을 비교적 잘 일치시켜 정상 관절와의 오목함을 재건할 수 있고 관절염의 빈도를 줄일 수 있다. Purpose: The purpose of this report was to assess a surgical technique-using an autogenous tricortical iliac crest bone graft in patients with epilepsy-for anatomical glenoid reconstruction for recurrent anterior glenohumeral instability with severe glenoid deficiency. Materials and Methods: We studied two cases of recurrent anterior dislocation of the shoulder due to epilepsy. These cases were treated with anatomical glenoid reconstruction using an autogenous tricortical iliac crest bone graft. Results: Both cases achieved bone union in 5 months. There was no recurrence of instability and pain. Both cases had normal range of motion. Conclusion: Anatomical glenoid reconstruction for recurrent anterior glenohumeral instability with severe glenoid deficiency using an autogenous tricortical iliac crest bone graft is a successful surgical technique for achieving shoulder stability.

의료관광 유치기관 종사자의 문화적 역량 : 서울시 의료기관 사례

국제적으로 가장 빠르게 성장하고 있는 산업중 하나인 의료관광은, 현재 많은 국가들의 신성장동력으로 간주되고 있다. 의료관광에서 인적자원은 핵심성공요인 중의 하나로 꼽히며, 특히 이들의 문화적 역량이 중요하다. 기존의 국내 연구들은 주로 의료관광의 주요성공과 활성화 요인으로 마케팅 전략과 정책에 대한 내용을 다루었지, 문화 이슈를 다루지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 1) 해외환자 유치 의료기관 종사자의 문화적 역량 수준을 하위차원별로 비교분석하고, 2) 의료기관 종사자의 사회인구학적 특성과 조직의 특성에 따른 문화적 역량의 차이를 분석한 후, 3) 문화적 역량에 대한 인과모델을 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 따라, 본 연구를 위해 서울소재의 의료관광 유치기관 중 20개소 의료기관의 종사자 124명을 대상으로 한 달간 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문화적 역량의 5개 하위요인별 수준을 비교분석 한 결과, 배타성 점수가 가장 낮게 나타나서, 이 문화적 역량 수준이 상대적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 타문화 존중감, 경시성, 우월성, 자만심의 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 해외거주경험과 외국어 구사능력이 있는 경우 문화적 역량이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 의료관광 교육의 문화적 역량에 대한 효과가 일관되지 않았다. 넷째, 의료기관의 유형에 따른 문화적 역량의 차이가 있었다. 의원의 경우 병원에 비해 문화적 역량이 높았다. 이 연구가 시사하는 바는 첫째, 의료와 문화에 대한 교육컨텐츠가 개발되어야 하겠고, 둘째는 의료관광 전문인력에 대한 채용기준의 재설정이 필요하다는 것이다. 추후 연구에는 다른 지역과 여러 분야에서의 문화적 역량 수준이 분석되어야 하겠다. Medical Tourism has emerged as new growth engine for many countries. With globalization of medical tourism, human resource became one of the critical success factors. However, past studies which focused on the medical tourism policy and the marketing strategy failed to identify the cultural competence of healthcare providers. This study aims to (1) identify the level of global healthcare providers` cultural competence and to (2) find out the factors (socio-demographic characteristics, organizational characteristics) influencing the cultural competence. We used the questionnaire survey method for data collection. The questionnaires contained 2 categories(organizational characteristics and socio-demographic characteristics). We interviewed 124 employees of medical institutions. We used the regression analysis method to predict the cultural competence. By using MANOVA, we found the difference in the level of competence among the subcomponents(self-conceit, superiority, respect for other cultures, disregard). Regression analysis showed that overseas experience, fluency of foreign language, medical tourism education and type of medical institution influenced the cultural competence. These results imply that we need to develop the training contents and methods to enhance the cultural competence.

응급센터에서의 Portable Radiography 수행에 의한 방사선 노출

To accurately assess the potential hazard of exposure to ionizing radiation form portable radiographs taken in the emergency department, a study was performed to measure such radiation at different distances from the edge of an irradiated field during portable cervical spine, portable chest radiographs, and portable anteroposterior pelvis radiographs. For all three types of portable radiographs, radiation exposure is high at the edge from the beam. However, radiation exposure is decreased at 20, 40, 80, 160㎝ away from the beam. This study confirms and supports the evidence that although radiation exposure is dependent on distance from the primary radiograph beam, exposure in the ED is minimal. Medical personnel should not have to leave a patient care area for fear of undue acute and chronic radiation exposure while portable radiographs are performed in the ED. By using protective garment and standing appropriate distance away from the patient, continuous patient care can be maintained while portable radiographs are taken in the ED.
