        FIXED POINT THEOREMS IN d-COMPLETE TOPOLOGICAL SPACES

        We prove the existence of common fixed points for three self mappings satisfying contractive conditions in d-complete topological spaces. Our results are generalizations of result of Troy L. Hicks and B. E. Roades[Troy L. Hicks and B. E. Roades, Fixed points for pairs of mappings in d-complete topological spaces, Int. J. Math. and Math. Sci., 16(2)(1993), 259-266].

        법인절의 의례문화: 세계시민의 기도하는 8월

        본 연구는 원불교의 법인절을 개방적인 의례문화로 발전시키는 방안을 탐구한다. 소태산의 깨달음을 기점으로 시작된 원불교는 매년 8월 21일 종교의례로서 ‘법인절’을 기념해 왔다. 이는 법인정신을 기리는 종교의례이며, 이제는누구나 함께 공유하고 향유하는 ‘기도하는 8월’의 의례문화로 만들어갈 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 소태산의 깨달음을 성리(性理)로 인식하며 ‘보이지 않는 것을 보이게 하는 것’으로서의 종교의례를 밝혔다. 이후 ‘종교의례’ 를 ‘문화’로서 확산하는 방안으로 소태산의 혁신정신을 반영한 ‘시대화 · 생활화 · 대중화’와 ‘단전(單傳)이 아닌 공전(共傳)’을 제시했다. 마지막으로 법인절의 의미를 ‘세상을 위한 기도’에서 찾아 세계시민이 함께 하는 ‘기도하는 8월’ 의 의례문화로 제시했다. 이렇게 제시된 ‘기도하는 8월’은 법인정신이 지닌 ‘공공성’을 ‘세상을 위한 기도’라는 의례문화로 확산하는 데 일조할 것이다. This study explores the development of Won- Buddhism’s Beopinjeol (法認節), also known as the Day of Dharma Authentication, into an open and inclusive ritual culture. Won- Buddhism, originating from Sotaesan’s enlightenment, has commemorated Beopinjeol on August 21st each year as a religious ceremony honoring the spirit of Dharma Authentication. The research proposes transforming this religious event into a broader cultural ritual, termed “Praying August,” making it accessible and enjoyable for everyone. The study examines the religious ceremony’s role in making "the invisible visible" by understanding Sotaesan’s enlightenment as Seongri (性理), or a principle of nature. It suggests expanding the concept of “religious rituals” into broader “culture” through the principles of “modernization, incorporation into daily life, and popularization,” reflecting Sotaesan’s innovative spirit. This transformation emphasizes “shared transmission” rather than the traditional “individual transmission.” Finally, the study redefines Beopinjeol as a “prayer for the world,” advocating for the ritual culture of “Praying August” to be a global event. The proposed “Praying August” aims to propagate the public spirit of Dharma Authentication through a global “prayer for the world” ritual culture.

        마음공부 사회화를 위한 인문학적 상상(想象), 마음을 ‘카레’하다

        The study aims to utilize the humanistic imagination as a method for socialization of mindful practice. ‘상상(想像), imagination in English, can be found in the etymology of ’견골상상(見骨想象), which means to think of an elephant by looking at its bones. In fact, ‘imaging by seeing bones’ has become a scientific method for tracking how humans evolved in archeology, anthropology, and biology. This approach of ‘imaging by seeing bones’ also gave various insights into ‘the invisible world’ even from the point of the humanities. In particular, Ten Ox-herding stories guide the principle, methods, and steps of mindful practice in agricultural society, and it can be called a deep insight into the invisible world created by imagining the ox. In order to socialize mindful practice, it is necessary to have stories through imagination. In this paper, ‘마음을 ’카레‘ 하다’, which literally means ‘curry the mind’ in English, is an imagination for socialization of mindful practice. It is to create a story by imagining ‘카레’, or ‘curry’ in English, and with that story, mindful practice is permeated into our daily lives. First of all, ‘카레’ is familiar because it is a curry that is commonly eaten. However ‘카레’ is also ‘CARE’, which is composed of the bones of ‘Concentration’, ‘Awareness’, ‘Resolution’, and ‘Endeavor’. ‘CARE’ is also ‘care’ in English. This imagination enriches the various stories about mindful practice and comes to ‘마음카레’, or ‘mind-curry’ in English that makes us to think of ‘요리(料理)’, which literally means ‘진리를 헤아리다’(contemplating the truth) in its Chinese Characters. So, the imagination that started with ‘카레’ or ‘curry’ will become a story of mindful practice and will help socialize mindful practice.

        위계에 의한 업무방해죄와 부정 채용: 실무상 쟁점에 대한 검토를 중심으로

        An important type of interference of business by fraudulent means is the cases associated with the recruitment of new employees. The position of the precedents may be summarized as an extension of the scope of the crime of interference of business through the recognition of the independence of individual work and abstraction of the concepts of fraudulent means and interference of business. In recent cases, while maintaining the above basic structure, the court tends to limit the scope of the interference of business in a way that strictly determines whether applicants have “legitimate qualifications.” In this literature, focusing on recent cases, I examined in detail the basic structure of the application of interference of business for relationship hire cases, specific practical issues and their problems. 위계에 의한 업무방해죄가 적용되는 중요한 유형으로 기업의 신규직원 채용을 들 수 있다. 부정 채용과 관련된 업무방해죄의 법리는 법인의 채용업무 주체성 인정, 채용업무를 구성하는 개별업무(면접업무)의 독립성 인정, ‘위계’와 ‘업무방해’의 개념의 추상화를 통한 업무방해죄의 성립범위 확장으로 요약되는바, 최근 판례를 살펴보면 법원은 위와 같은 기본 구조를 유지하면서도 응시자의 ‘정당한 자격’ 유무에 대한 판단을 엄격하게 하는 방향으로 업무방해죄의 성립범위를 제한하고 있다. 본 문헌에서는 최근 사례를 중심으로 소위 ‘부정 채용’ 사건에 대한 업무방해죄 적용의 기본 구조, 구체적인 실무적 쟁점과 그 문제점을 상세히 살펴보았다. 채용 관련 사건에서 업무방해죄 적용의 문제점에 대응하려면 ‘위계’, ‘방해’와 같은 업무방해죄의 구성요건 표지를 제한적으로 해석하는 것이 더욱 타당한 방법이 될 것이다.

        일상의 마음공부(마음의 스쿼트)로서 절 명상에 대한 연구 - 낮춤과 세움의 몸짓을 중심으로-

        This paper reveals the meaning of the bowing movement(momjit) and suggests that bowing meditation can be used as a daily mindful practice. Culturally, bowing has long been recognized as a gesture used in traditional ceremonies and religious rituals. Meanwhile, the recognition of bowing focuses on the momjit of lowering , which is a descending movement. Bowing s ceremonial aspect is effectively explained in this way. However, the bowing movement is not limited to descending; it is completed by the momjit of uprightness , the action of ascending. A single bow is an action that is done by lowering and uprightening as one momjit. In this regard, in addition to the momjit of lowering, it is vital to explore the meaning of the momjit of uprightness, which is an ascending movement. This helps in the deconstruction of the bowing movement as a gesture of lowering and uprightness. This serves to illustrate that bowing is more than just a traditional ritual or religious ceremony; it may also be a mindful bodily practice. From this point of view, bowing meditation can be viewed as a squat of the mind . Squats assist you maintain a healthy body by strengthening your muscles as you lower and rise in the area of exercise. Bowing meditation can be compared to a mind squat since it shares the same features as momjit in terms of lowering and uprightness, and the mind squat strengthens the mind muscles rather than the body muscles. However, in this case, the term mind muscle can be used to symbolically convey the minds power, much like the word muscle communicates the body s power in body language. Of course, other interpretations are available depending on how you accept the terms mind muscle and mind power, but looking at the numerous benefits reported in bowing meditation studies, it is clear that the mind muscle is strengthened. In conclusion, when deconstructing and interpreting the momjit of lowering and uprightness, bowing meditation is a form of mindful practice that can be applied to everyday life.
