This study was conducted to investigate the quality characteristics of Yanggaeng prepared with different concentrations of mealworm powder: 0, 1, 2, and 3%. Regarding the proximate composition, moisture, crude lipid and ash contents showed no significant differences among groups, while crude protein contents increased as the mealworm powder increased. The value of lightness (L) and yellowness (b) were higher in 3% added groups than those of control groups. Consumer acceptance test showed no significant differences between the controls and added groups were observed in color, smell, taste and overall acceptability. The total polyphenol content ranged from 19.87 to 51.37 mg GAE/100 g, exhibiting the increase with increasing mealworm powder level. DPPH radical scavenging activity and reducing power increased as the amount of mealworm powder increased. In conclusion, it is suggested that mealworm powder can be incorporated into Yanggaeng up to 3% without affecting the sensory quality of Yanggaeng.

The purpose of this study aimed to investigate auditory processing abilities in the adults and school-aged children by measuring effects of stimulus complexity, attention mode, and age on the dichotic listening tests. Korean digits (1-10, except 2) spoken by a male speaker were used in dichotic listening paradigms. Dichotic digit tests were conducted in a hierarchical set of dichotic digits (one-, two-, three-, or four-digit pairs) and attention modes (Free-recall, Precued-Rt or Precued-Lt). Twenty adults (aged 20-28 years) and sixty school-aged children (aged 7-12 years) participated in this study. The results of this study were summarized as follows; First, recognition performance decreased as the complexity of the dichotic digit tests increased. There were no significant recognition differences between oneand two-digit conditions. However, recognition performance decreased significantly with increased from three to four pairs. Recognition performance showed larger for the right ear than for the left ear. Second, there were no significant differences among the three attention modes. The REAs in all attention modes were obtained except for the Precued-Lt condition with three-digit pairs. Third, as the age increased from 7 to 12 years, recognition performance increased significantly from 67.00% to 94.25% for the right ear and from 53.00% to 91.50% for the left ear in the two-digit pair conditions. The REA decreased with age. There was no significant REA at the age of 10 years in the two-digit pair conditions and recognition performance approached the adult level at the age of 12 years. Dichotic listening tests are one of the most sensitive batteries for the evaluation of central auditory mechanism and processing. This study examined parameters of dichotic listening tests and the results suggest that the dichotic listening tests can be usefully applied for the evaluation of central auditory processing in the Korean school-aged and adult populations.

This paper presents a novel metaheuristic optimization algorithm, DECS-TAPS, to assist rapid computational evaluation of architectural design. DECS-TAPS was developed by hybridizing multiple classic algorithms, including pattern search, differential evolution, tabu search, and cuckoo search, to effectively balance out exploration and exploitation through informed random navigation. Zebroid, a Rhino Grasshopper plug-in for DECS-TAPS was implemented in a pilot architectural massing study of multiobjective optimization. Results demonstrated that DECS-TAPS efficiently finds a global optimal solution, given a number of geometric variables. Our work contributes to the advancement of architectural design optimization practice and further automation of rapid form generation in performance-based design.
오배자(Gallnut) 열수 추출물의 모발염색 및 염색견뢰도

This study was to examine the effect of color and colorfastness depended on temperature and dyeing time by using hot water extract from Gallnut. The dyeing temperature was 25℃, 30℃, 50℃ and 70℃ and dyeing time was respectively 30, 50, 70, 90 minutes. The colorfastness was measured by the washing with shampoo and daylight. As the result, effect of color was lack gray and dependant of dyeing time and temperature. The effect of dyed hair which appeared at 30℃ was higher than others. The value of lightness, redness and yellow was measured 39.35, 0.80 and 0.83 respectively. The rate of colorfastness was decreased with repeating shampoo washing and daylight. The daylight was less decreasing than shampoo washing. From these results, we can confirm that the hot water extracts from Gallnut may be useful in the materials of hair coloring dye.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of elementary school students` prediction changes by the suggestion types in a multiple anomalous situation. We investigated the responses, the rate and time of changing prediction, and cognitive conflicts of the students when repeated anomalous situation was suggested in experimental or logical way in science classes focused on buoyancy. As the anomalous situation was repeated, the students to change the prediction increased in number and also the rates to choose the correct prediction became higher. The group who was exposed in experimental way changed their prediction more than in logical way. In addition, when we classified the students to change the prediction by types, the group in experimental way showed higher rate of NM, MM type and FFT type. With anomalous situation repeated, cognitive conflicts of the students has been gradually declining in both groups. But it seemed that the group in experimental way experienced higher mental conflicts. In particular, as students changed the prediction more and arrived at the correct answer after changing their prediction, all the more so. It is concluded that the degree of students`` changing prediction and experiencing cognitive conflict can be different according to the suggestion types for situation. Therefore the correlation with cognitive conflict factors can be also observed with the types of students`` reactions.

The purpose of this study is to identify the problems of the residential environment around 124 Wooi-dong, and to present eco-friendly solutions and development directions. The analysis data was collected through interviews with 18 residents from March 29 to April 2, 2019. The final goal is to investigate the village"s physical environment, draw advantages and disadvantages, and present the direction of village development through consultation with the residents" questionnaire. The disadvantages of the village"s physical environment are as follows. ; 1) Lack of outdoor rest areas, 2) Lack of cultural facilities (lack of communication space), 3) The number of old houses increased, 4) Low utilization of green areas around the area. Therefore, physical plans for village development are proposed as follows. ; 1) Creating a shelter outside the village, 2) Improving road pavement, 3) Breaking down the fence, 4) Rainwater storage and reutilization.
