Currently, the investment on Research and Development(R&D) for defense core technology is continuously increasing to maintain advanced country's R&D level. In accordance with this trend, the national defense R&D investment management system is being more strengthening, and importance of performance evaluation is being emphasized more and more. However, the existing indicators of performance evaluation for defense core technology R&D is limited in efficient management because of the qualitative evaluation items and subjective allocation of points. In this paper, we developed a novel indicator for defense core technology R&D performance evaluation through domestic and foreign related literature and inquiry, brainstorming, and analysis techniques by Stepwise Multiple linear Regression(SMR) and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). And we verified effectiveness of proposed indicators of performance evaluation by comparing with the existing evaluation indicators. Our proposed indicators for performance evaluation will create superiority performance on defense R&D fields.

본 논문에서는 코호넨(Kohonen)의 SOFM (Self-Organizing Feature Map) 알고리즘의 단점을 해결하기 위한 새로운 학습 알고리즘 ASOFM(Adaptive Self-Organized Feature Map)을 제안한다. 코호넨의 학습 알고리즘은 초기화된 연결 벡터에 대하여 극소점에 빠지는 경우도 있다. 그러나 제안된 알고리즘에서는 학습과정중에 네트워크의 상태를 평가할 수 있는 목적함수(object function)을 사용하였고, 이 함수의 출력에 따라 학습의 각 시점에서 적응적으로 학습률의 재조정이 가능하였다. 이 결과, 네트워크의 상태가 최소점에 수렴함이 보증 되고 학습률의 적응성에 의해 임의의 학습패턴에 대한 학습의 일반화 능력이 보장되었다. 또한 제안된 알고리즘은 코호넨의 알고리즘보다 약 $70\%$이상의 학습시간을 단축한다. In this paper, we propose a new learning algorithm, ASOFM(Adaptive Self Organizing Feature Map), to solve the defects of Kohonen's Self Organiaing Feature Map. Kohonen's algorithm is sometimes stranded on local minima for the initial weights. The proposed algorithm uses an object function which can evaluate the state of network in learning and adjusts the learning rate adaptively according to the evaluation of the object function. As a result, it is always guaranteed that the state of network is converged to the global minimum value and it has a capacity of generalized learning by adaptively. It is reduce that the learning time of our algorithm is about $30\%$ of Kohonen's.
고강도 재료를 사용한 철근콘크리트 보 단면의 곡률연성지수 예측

콘크리트 구조물의 대형화에 따라 고강도를 갖는 재료가 최근에 많이 사용되고 있는 추세이다. 고강도 재료의 사용은 역학적 성질 또는 내구성에 있어서는 장점이 있으나 구조물의 연성 거동에는 불리한 것으로 알려져 있다. 철근콘크리트 부재는 강도뿐만 아니라 적절한 연성이 확보되도록 설계가 되어야 하기 때문에 철근콘크리트 보의 연성을 적절하게 평가할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 고강도 재료를 사용한 철근콘크리트 보부재의 곡률연성지수의 예측식을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 고강도 콘크리트 및 철근을 사용한 직사각형 단면 RC 보의 모멘트-곡률 관계를 해석적 방법으로 계산하여 다양한 철근 배치 조건하에서 콘크리트 및 철근의 강도가 부재의 휨거동 및 곡률연성지수에 미치는 영향을 분석하였고, 단철근 및 복철근 보에 모두 적용할 수 있는 극한상태에서의 압축철근의 응력을 고려한 새로운 곡률연성지수 예측식을 도출하였다. 제안한 곡률연성지수 예측식은 기존의 식과 비교분석하였으며, 단철근 및 복철근 보에서 예측식에 의해 계산된 곡률연성지수는 수치해석에 의해 얻은 곡률연성지수 값을 오차 범위 9% 내에서 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. The high strength materials have been more widely used in a large reinforced concrete structures. It is known that the use of high strength material in RC structures give the benefits of the mechanical and durable properties, but the ductility decreases with an increase in the strength of the materials. In the design of a reinforced concrete beam, both the flexural strength and ductility need to be considered. So, it is necessary to assess accurately the ductility of the beam with high strength materials in order to ensure the ductility requirement in design. In this study, the effects of the material strength on the flexural behavior and curvature ductility factor of reinforcement concrete beam sections with various reinforcement conditions have been evaluated and a newly prediction formula for curvature ductility factor of RC beam has been developed considering the stress of compression reinforcement at ultimate state. The proposed predictions for the curvature ductility factor which is applicable to both singly and doubly reinforced concrete beam are verified by comparisons with other prediction formulas and the proposed formula offers fairly accurate within 9% error and consistent predictions for curvature ductility factor of reinforced concrete beam.

According as demand high building is increased, reinforced concretes construction building is augmented trend, accordingly use of high compression concrete is also increased continuously. Need study of fire-resist performance estimation to utilize high-strength reinforce concrete column in the high structure because fire-resist performance valuation basis of column of structure is strengthened. But it is difficult quantitative evaluation about fire-resist performance. Also in the case of concrete of high-strength dread internal spalling. Therefore, this study made ultra high-strength reinforce concrete column in a l50㎫ class specimen that determine the factor which is incrustation thickness of concrete and then column was exposed to heating and loading controlled as closely as possible the ISO-834 standard fire curve. Also measured absorbed fraction and residual compressive strength after core specimen extract. And tried to verify trustability about estimation of fire-resist performance.
Small-Cell 기지국 시스템을 위한 2.6 GHz GaN-HEMT Doherty 전력증폭기 집적회로 설계

본 논문에서는 2.6 GHz에서 동작하는 Doherty 전력증폭기 집적회로를 설계 및 제작하여 평균 전력에서의 효율을 개선하였다. Small-cell 기지국 시스템에 적합하도록 전력 밀도가 높은 GaN-HEMT 공정을 사용하여 설계하였으며, 제작된 Doherty 전력증폭기 집적회로를 QFN 패키지 내부에 수용하여 시스템 적용에 용이하도록 하였다. 제작된 GaN-HEMT Doherty 전력증폭기 집적회로는 10 MHz의 대역폭 및 6.5 dB의 PAPR 특성을 갖는 2.6 GHz LTE 신호에 대하여 평균 전력 33.9 dBm에서 15.8 dB의 전력 이득, 43.0%의 효율 및 —30.0 dBc의 ACLR 특성을 나타낸다. This paper presents a 2.6 GHz Doherty power amplifier IC to enhance the back-off efficiency. In order to apply to small-cell base stations, the Doherty power amplifier was fabricated using GaN-HEMT process for high power density. In addition, the implemented Doherty power amplifier was mounted on a QFN package. The implemented GaN-HEMT Doherty power amplifier was measured using LTE downlink signal with 10 MHz bandwidth and 6.5 dB PAPR for verification. A power gain of 15.8 dB, a drain efficiency of 43.0 %, and an ACLR of —30.0 dBc were obtained at an average output power level of 33.9 dBm.
사전재하를 받은 섬유혼입 콘크리트의 고온압축강도에 관한 실험적 연구

The performance deterioration of concrete by high temperature provokes deformation of important structural materials like the column. The deformation of column is caused by many factors like load, thermal expansion and creep, and these factors change as temperature changes. It is very important to estimate behavior of concrete structure by fire performance design. Therefore, this study made concrete specimen of 27, 40, 60MPa grade that determine the factor which is using fiver. The types of test were pre-stressed and unstressed. Temperature range is 20~700℃ and when target temperature is reached, the specimen are loaded to failure.
