대학생의 특성불안과 진로미결정의 관계에 있어 진로의사결정유형의 매개효과

The current study investigated not only the relationship between trait anxiety, career decision-making styles, and career indecision but also the mediation effect of career decision-making styles in the relationship between trait anxiety and career indecision. Structural equation modeling was performed with a sample of 217 Korean college students. The results indicated that trait anxiety was associated with dependent career decision-making style positively, but had no association with rational and intuitive career decision-making styles. Career indecision also had positive correlation with trait anxiety. In addition, intuitive and dependent career decision-making styles were associated with career indecision positively, but there was no significant correlation between rational career decision-making style and career indecision. In terms of mediation effect, only dependent career decision-making style partially mediated between trait anxiety and career indecision. Finally, the implications of the findings were discussed in the context of career development and counseling program. 본 연구는 대학생의 특성불안, 진로의사결정유형, 그리고 진로미결정 사이의 관계와 개인의 특성불안이 진로미결정에 미치는 영향에 있어서 진로의사결정유형의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 설문은 수도권 소재의 대학에 재학 중인 대학생 217명을 대상으로 특성불안 척도, 진로의사결정유형 척도, 진로미결정 척도를 사용하여 실시되었다. 변인들 간의 구조적 관계를 파악하기 위해 상관분석과 매개분석을 실시하였다. 상관분석 결과, 특성불안은 의존적 진로의사결정유형과 정적 상관이 있었으나 나머지 두 가지 진로의사결정유형(합리적, 직관적)과는 상관이 없었으며, 진로미결정과는 정적 상관이 있었다. 나아가 직관적, 의존적 진로의사결정유형은 진로미결정과 정적 상관이 있었고, 합리적 진로의사결정유형은 진로미결정과 유의한 상관이 없었다. 매개분석 결과, 특성불안과 진로미결정 사이에서 의존적 진로의사결정유형이 부분적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 불안을 호소하는 대학생들의 진로미결정에 대한 의존적 진로의사결정유형의 기제에 대해 논의하였다.

부와 모의 갈등해결양식이 청소년의 욕설사용에 미치는 영향 : 공격성의 매개역할

본 연구에서는 부와 모와의 갈등해결양식(공격적․절충적)이 청소년의 욕설사용에 미치는 영향과 부와 모와의 갈등해결양식과 청소년의 욕설사용과의 관계에서 공격성이 매개효과가 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구를 수행 하기 위해 G도의 3개시 소재 6개 학교 중학생 570명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 477부를 선 정하여 연구 자료로 사용하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 모와의 공격적 갈등해결양식이 청소년의 욕설사용 에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부와 모와의 갈등해결양식과 청소년의 욕설사용과의 관계에서 공격 성이 매개효과를 가지는 지에 대해서 알아본 결과, 부와 모의 공격적 갈등해결양식과 욕설사용과의 관계에서 공격성 이 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 청소년과 부모사이의 갈등이 적절하게 해결되지 못하면 공격성을 축적 시켜서 욕설사용이 증가되는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 본 연구결과는 청소년과 부와 모와의 공격적 갈등해결양식이 공격 성을 상승시키는 방식을 통하여 간접적으로 청소년의 욕설사용을 촉발함을 확인하였다는 데에 그 의의가 있으며, 이 결과가 현재 사회의 큰 문제가 되고 있는 학교폭력과 연관 될 수 있는 청소년 자녀의 욕설사용을 감소시킬 수 있는 부모교육 프로그램의 개발의 기초자료로 활용 될 수 있기를 기대한다. The study is to find out the influence of mother's and father's conflict resolution styles(aggressive and compromising) on adolescents’ use of swear words. This study also investigates whether aggression has a mediated effect in terms of the relationship between mother's and father's conflict resolution styles and their children's use of swear words. To this end, self-report type of questionnaire was conducted to 570 students who attend at 6 different middle schools located in Gyeongnam Province. To the exclusion of incomplete and insincere answers, 477 were selected as the raw data of the research. The summarization of the results is as follows: First, the aggressive type of conflict resolution style with mothers has positive correlation with the students' use of swear words. When the conflict resolution style with mothers gets aggressive, their children's use of swear word increases accordingly. Second, it is confirmed that aggression has a mediated effect when it comes to teenagers' use of swear words triggered by mother's aggressive conflict resolution styles and father's aggressive conflict resolution styles. Therefore, if the conflict between children and parents is not appropriately resolved, the children's aggression accumulates and thereby children's use of swear words increases.

경찰의 팬데믹 상황에 따른 대응방안 - 경찰직장협의회의 출범을 중심으로 -

Interpol Secretary-General Jürgen Stock at a high-level video conference involving police chiefs and foreign affairs chiefs from 22 countries in the Asia-Pacific region made it clear that the police had added work to prevent the incident as well as to respond to routine crimes. Professor Carl Roberts also emphasizes that the police should be given equal roles with public health institutions and hospitals in the Pandemic situation, and that the police should participate and play an equal role in the entire process from the planning stage to implementation. Interpol selected Korean police's response as a model case and shared the case with Interpol's member countries, indicating that the Korean police's response was very effective and efficient. The Pandemic situation is expected to become routine in the future, and the importance of the police role will be further emphasized. Police have been able to establish a Police Staff Council (PSC), and organizations have been organized by each agency. Accordingly, it is time to review the existing role of the police in consideration of the PSC. With the establishment of the PSC, it is expected that there will be a change in the police's response to the existing Pandemic situation. In this study, we looked at the background of the establishment of the PSC and compared the case of the American police. Through this, the PSC presented a direction on how to play a role in the Pandemic situation. It is necessary to seek a desirable role through continuous interest and research on the PSC. ‘위르겐 스톡’ 인터폴 사무총장은 2020.6.3. 아시아 태평양 지역 22개국 경찰청장 및 외사국장이 참여한 고위급 화상회의에서 경찰은 일상적인 범죄의 대응뿐만 아니라 방역을 위한 업무가 추가되었음을 분명히 하였다. ‘칼 로버츠’ 교수도 팬데믹 상황에서 공중 보건 기관, 병원 등과 대등한 역할이 경찰에게 주어져야 하며, 이는 계획 수립단계부터 실행까지 전 과정에서 경찰이 참여하고 대등한 역할을 해야 함을 강조하고 있다. 인터폴은 한국 경찰의 대응을 모범사례로 선정하고 한국 경찰의 사례를 인터폴 회원국과 공유를 하는 등 우리나라 경찰의 대응은 매우 효과적이고 능률적이었다고 할 수 있다. 팬데믹 상황에서 경찰의 새로운 역할이 요구되고 있는 시점에서 직장협의회가 설립되었다. 직장협의회가 설립됨에 따라서 기존의 팬데믹 상황에서의 경찰의 대응방안에 변화가 있을 것으로 예상이 된다. 본 연구에서는 경찰직장협의회의 설립 배경을 살펴보고 미국 경찰의 사례를 비교하였다. 이를 통하여 경찰직장협의회가 팬데믹 상황에서 어떻게 역할을 해야 하는지에 대한 방향을 제시하였다. 경찰직장협의회가 출범하는 시점에서 경찰직장협의회에 대한 지속적인 관심과 연구를 통하여 바람직한 역할을 모색할 필요가 있다.
