The Purpose of this study is to establish the ideal operational strategies for park-time employees working in banquet sectors in 5-star hotels in Korea by investigating effective operation schemes for part-time employees and through measuring the job satisfaction level of the employees by analyzing job performance and job specifications. In order to achieve this goal, it was necessary to analyze sundry records, and secondary gathered data and to implement an actual field research. Actual field research data was gathered by interviewing part-time banquet employees working in top grade 5 star hotels (Seoul Plaza Hotel, Lotte Hotel) and 2nd grade 5 star hotels (Holiday Inn, Royal Hotel) located in Myung Dong, Seoul. Through the results of correlation analysis of job specification and job satisfaction level, Adequateness and rationality of job schedule turned out to have the strongest influence on working environment.

This study attempted to identify the relationship among website visit purpose and content and customer satisfaction in the context of casual dining restaurants. Two multiple regression analyses were conducted to identify the relationship between variables. The results indicate that website visit purpose and content partly affected customer satisfaction. `Store location search` and `Selection of restaurant` among website visit purpose variables significantly affected customer satisfaction. And `menu explanation` and `variety of coupons` among website content variables significantly affected customer satisfaction. The results of One-Way Anova with demographics and consumer behaviors indicate that website visit purpose are significantly different among both outlet visit frequency and website visit frequency. Also website visit purpose are significantly different among ages, occupations, and education. The implications of these results for website operation and marketing strategies are examined.

Lactoferrin is a multifunctional protein that is found in milk, neutrophils, and other biological fluids, and its receptors have also been identified in the central nervous system. Recently, it was reported that bovine milk-derived lactoferrin (BLF) produced analgesia via a μ-opioid receptor-mediated response in the spinal cord. However the precise mechanism of this analgesic effect is remains unclear. In Randall-Selitto paw pressure study, each single administration of morphine (10 mg/kg) and BLF (50, 100 and 200 mg/kg) induced analgesia, however, NMDA receptor antagonist MK-801 (0.1, 0.2 and 0.3 mg/kg), inhibited analgesia induced by BLF(100mg/kg). Intracerebroventricular infusion (I.C.V) of N-methyl-D-aspartic acid (NMDA) (0.3 μg/8.0 μl/hr/day), as a NMDA receptor agonist, reversed inhibition of MK-801 (0.3mg/kg) on analgesia induced by BLF (100mg/kg). These results suggest that BLF have analgesic effect, through NMDA receptor activation.

Growth-associated protein (GAP-43)은 손상된 신경 재생 시 axonal growth를 확인할 수 있는 가장 널리 알려진 단백질이다. 본 연구의 목적은 좌골신경 손상을 준 쥐에 저강도 운동 수행 후 좌골신경에서 발현되는 GAP-43 단백질의 양을 정량적으로 분석하고, 손상된 부분으로부터 신경섬유의 재생 정도를 조직학적으로 분석함으로써 운동이 말초신경 손상을 가한 쥐에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. CAP-43의 정량적인 분석은 western blotting을 통해 확인하였고, 좌골신경의 조직학적인 분석은 immunofluorescence staining과 anterograde로 DiI 주입, 척수 내의 motor neuron은 retrograde로 DiI를 주입 한 후 형광현미경에서 관찰하였다. 본 연구에서는 좌골신경이 손상된 쥐에게 운동을 수행시킴으로써 CAP피3단백질이 비운동 그룹보다 더 많은 양이 발현되고, 손상된 부위에서 재생하는 신경섬유의 길이와 양이 더 많은 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 운동을 수행한 그룹에서 DiI에 염색된 motor neuron의 수가 더 많이 증가하는 것을 관찰하였다. 따라서 이러한 결과들은 운동이 좌골신경이 손상된 쥐의 재생을 촉진시킬 것으로 생각된다. Physical activity can improve sensorimotor recovery after peripheral nerve injury. Growth-associated protein 43 (GAP-43) is highly correlated with neuronal development and axonal regeneration and present in large quantities in the axonal growth cone. Using immunofluorescene staining and anterograde and retorgrade techniques, we identified enhanced axonal regrowth in distal stump of the sciatic nerve 3-14 days after crush injury in rats with treadmill training. We also carried out western blot to investigate GAP-43 protein expression in injured sciatic nerve. GAP-43 protein levels were highly induced in the injured sciatic nerve 3, 7 and 14 days compared with sedentary group. Thus, the present data provide a new evidence that treadmill training promoted axonal re-growth after injury and increased GAP-43 protein levels in the regenerating nerve.

A general composite structure systems are often constructed to resist sliding between the concrete slab deck and top flange of a steel girder with the shear connector. The behavior of the composite is affected by the shear connector, via concrete strength, and diameter, length, and spacing of the shear connector, etc. Due to the complexity, it is difficult to diagnose the effect of these shear connectors, thus the properties of the shear connector’s behavior would be generally explained based on the data from experimental tests. In this study, through it accomplished a 3-D modeling for a composite beam analysis with the MIDAS GENw which is a finite element analysis software, it performed analysis with a variable number of spacing of the shear connector in Specifications and user model with. From the result, the propriety of structure behavior was investigated and compared efficiency of shear connectors' maximum spacing in Specifications.
운동형태 및 valsalva maneuver가 뇌혈류에 미치는 영향

This study investigated the effects of exercise types and valsalva maneuver on brain blood flow. Eleven subjects were participated in this experiment. Brain blood flow was tested by TCD through 5 sessions: valsalva maneuver, resting, arm ergometer exercise at 15watts, arm ergometer exercise at 30watts, and curling the dumbbell of 15 kg. The values of mean cerebral arterial blood flow at valsalva maneuver and curling the dumbbell were decreased significantly compared to resting value(p<.05). The arm ergometer exercise at 15w and 30w increased significantly the cerebral arterial blood flow compared to resting state(p<.00). There was no significant difference of heart rate among exercise types regardless of brain blood flow velocity. Present results suggest that performing valsalva maneuver during weight lifting might lead to cerebral blood flow dysfunction such as fainting by reducing blood flood to brain whereas rhythmical exercise(arm ergometer) actually increases blood flood to brain.
