        PFM/PWM 듀얼 모드 피드백 기반 LED BLU 구동용 LLC 공진 변환 제어 IC 설계

        본 논문은 Pulse Frequency Modulation(PFM)/Pulse Width Modulation(PWM) 듀얼 모드 피드백 기반 LED 백라이트 유닛 구동용 LLC 공진 변환 제어 IC 설계에 대한 내용을 제시한다. 공진형 변환기에서 하나의 변압기를 사용하면서, 두 가지 출력 전압을 생성할 수 있는 구조를 제안하였으며, Master 출력은 PFM 방식으로 Slave 출력은 PWM 방식으로 제어하도록 설계 하였다. 2차 측 Master 출력을 제어하기 위해서 파워 스위치 제어 신호의 주파수를 조절하는 PFM 피드백과 2차 측 Slave 출력을 제어하기 위해서 파워 스위치 제어 신호의 펄스 폭을 조절하는 PWM 피드백 회로를 설계하였다. 설계된 IC는 $0.35{\mu}m$ 2 Poly 3 Metal BCD(Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) 공정을 이용하여 레이아웃 되었으며, 면적은 $2.3mm{\times}2.2mm$ 이다. 또한, 설계한 칩은 5 V 공급 전압으로부터 26 mA의 전류를 소모하였다. This paper presents a design of LLC resonant converter IC for LED backlight unit based on PFM/PWM dual-mode feedback. Dual output LLC resonant architecture with a single inductor is proposed, where the master output is controlled by the PFM and slave output is controlled by the PWM. To regulate the master output PFM is used as feedback to control the frequency of the power switch. On the other hand, PWM feedback is used to control the pulse width of the power switch and to regulate the slave output. This chip is fabricated in 0.35um 2P3M BC(Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) Process and the die area is $2.3mm{\times}2.2mm$. Current consumptions is 26mA from 5V supply.

        양궁선수들의 심폐기능 분석

        The purpose of this syudy was to investigate the cardiorespiratory and pulmonary function of male and femle archer in Pusan, Korea. The subjects employed for this study were 25 student archers(male:12, female:13). Treadmill(LE-5, Germany), gas analyzer(MetaMax, Germany) and pulmonary function test program((MIR co, Italy) were used for this study. Results revealed that 1) there was no significant difference in HR between male(72.08beats/min) and female(77.00±7.47beats/min) in static state, at imediately after maximal load test, in 5minutes, and in 10Minutes of recovery phase as. 2) There was no significant difference in VO₂ between male(0.19ℓ/min) and female(0.20ℓ/min) in static state, and significantly high in male at immediately after maximal load test, and in 5 minutes of recovery phase, but in 10 minutes of recovery phase, there was no significant difference between male and female. 3) No significant difference in VE was shown between male(6.67ℓ/min) and female(6.25ℓ/min) in static state, but significantly high in male at immediately after maximal load test, in 5 minutes of recovery phase, and in 10 minutes of recovery phase as well. 4) No significant difference in RQ was shown between male(0.67ℓ/min) and female(0.80ℓ/min) in static state, at immediately after maximal load test, in 5 minutes, and in 10 minutes of recovery phase. 5) No significant difference in VCO₂ was shown between male(0.20ℓ/min) and female(0.32ℓ/min) in static state, but VCO₂ of male(3.03ℓ/min) was significantly higher than femal(1.89) at immediately after maximal load test, in 5 minutes, and in 10 minutes of recovery phase as well. 6) No significant difference in BF was shown between male(15.92 f/min) and female(19.0 f/min) in static state, but BF of male(3.03ℓ/min) was significantly higher than femal(1.89) at immediately after maximal load test, in 5 minutes, and in 10 minutes of recovery phase as well. 7) No significant difference in VO₂㎖/㎏/min was shown between male(2.30㎖/㎏/min) and female(3.28㎖/㎏/min) in static state, but significantly high in male at immediately after maximal load test, no significant difference appeared in 5 minutes of recovery phase, and significantly hihger in male than that of female at 10 minutes of recovery phase. 8) FVC of male(5.10ℓ) was significantly higher than that of female(3.80ℓ), FEV1 of male(4.75ℓ)was significantly higher than that of female(3.20ℓ). PEF was also significantly higher in male(10.66>6.97ℓ)and FEF50 was the same(3.24 >2.55ℓ/sec). 9) VC was significantly higher in male(5.47ℓ) than female(4.33ℓ), and MVV was significantly higher in male(187.25ℓ/min)than female(88.44ℓ/min).

        시설재배토양에서 돈분뇨정화처리수 관비가 고추의 생육, 수량 및 토양화학성에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to investigate the effects of fertigation level such as 50%, 75% and 100% N of standard amount of chemical fertilizer, and fertigation interval such as every irrigation, intervals of 1 and 2 weeks of piggery waste water(PWW) on the growth, yield of red pepper plant and the chemical properties of soil used. In early stage, growth of red pepper plant fertigated with PWW and that of red pepper plant applicated standard chemical fertilezer was the same, while it were increased as increasing application amounts of PWW, and later growth and total yield of red pepper plant were much more at 75% N fertigation of PWW. Inorganic content such as nitrogen, phosphate and potassium and chlorophyll content of red pepper leaves were increased as increasing fertigation amount of PWW. 50% fertigation level showed the lowest rate of fruit setting of red peper plant. For soil chemical properties, pH was slightly decreased, but available P<sub>2</sub>O<sub>5</sub>,and exchangeable K content were increased as increasing fertigatiai amount of PWW. Because there was not statistically significant difference in the growth, the yield of red pepper and chemicl properties of soil used according to various fertigation intervals, and no need to artificially supply PWW, therefore fertigation by single automatic system with tensiometer was thought to be better.

        The purpose of this study was to analyzed what effect Taekwondo training has upon Juvenile trainees in Korea, America, and Spain. to see if there is a significant difference in their Human nature Education. The subject of this study was set up as 547 Juvenile trainees who are including 183 Koreans, 185 Americans and 179 Spanish people belonging to gymnasia in their own countries, and sampling by purpose sampling. The means in this study is used to amend and complemented after confirming suitability of the contents in the questionnaire that is made on the basis of questionnaire Lee Chul Ho(1996). it is used as study means after modified, whether the substance of question is right in fitness and applicability or not, Reliability of the question, the range of Cronbach's a is showed from .7924 to .8450. The method of statistically analysis adapted one-way ANOVA, two-way ANOVA by using SPSS WIN 10.0 Program. The result of this study are as followed : First, it can be seen that American Juvenile and Spanish Juvenile show more significant change than Korean Juvenile in their Human nature Education by the Taekwondo training according to their nationality. Second, it can be seen that Juvenile who have had the Taekwondo training for more than from three to five year show more significant change in their emotion, sociability and attitude towards life than those who have had the same training for more than other period in their Human nature Education according to their Taekwondo training period. Third, as a result of analytic investigation of what effect the same training has upon the change factors in their Human nature Education in accordance with their training period and nationality, it can be seen that the training itself and nationality has the greater influence on them than the training period. Therefore, judging from the above findings, it can be proved that the Taekwondo training has much more significant and positive effect on Juvenile in their change of emotion, sociability and attitude towards life.

      • 운동강도와 생리주기의 변화가 혈액성분농도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This paper was attempted to clarify the change pattern of concentration in blood components by the change in menstrual phase, and the response during gradual exercise load. The subjects selected for the experiment were six trained female students and six untrained female. All the subjeets had regular menstrual phase and all were in good health. They performed the maximal exercise on treadmill. Blood collecting was made at the static state, at the time of 40%VO₂max, and all-out time in each menstrual phase. The results are as follows. 1) The level of T-protein concnetration between two groups in three menstrual phase did not appear significantly. At exercise intensities, the level of all-out time was highest and in the 40%VO₂max the level was lowest. 2) Athletic growp's Albumin concentration was slightly higher than nonathletic group's. The level of follicular phase was highe than any other menstrual phase. There was no significant difference among three exercise intersities. 3) The level of Cholesterol concentration was no significant in two groups, in three menstrual phases and three exercise intensities. 4) RBC count was slightly greater in the athletie group than in the nonathletic group. But there were no Significant difference among three menstrual phase and among exercise intensities respectively. 5) WBC count was Slightly greater in the monathletie group than in the athletic group at rest and level exercise phase throughout all menstrual phase. Among exercise intersities. WBC count was greatest in all-out time. 6) Hb concentration was slightly higher in athletic group than in nonathletic group at static state and it was alike in all exercise intensities throughout all menstrual phase. The value was slightly high in the all-out time among three exercise intensities. No significant difference was shown among three menstrual phases. 7) The level of Hct concentration was higher in the athletic group than in the nonathletic group at static state and exercise. Thicker density was seen at all-out time among three exercise intensities.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship of muscle strength, endurance and balance as the physical fitness factors. The objects of this study are fifty girls in physical education department of the Busan Woman's university The results of this study are descibed as follow: 1. In physical fitness factors of muscle strength and endurance, there are a close relation between leg strength and sit-ups, a little relation between grip strength and Harvardstep test, but no relation with other thest items. 2. In physical fitness factors of muscle strength and balance, there are a little relation between back lift and stepping stone test, and a little relation between grip strength and stick test, but no relation with other test items. 3. In physical fitness fctors of balance and endurance, there are a little relation between stepping stone tst and Heeling pull-ups, and a little relation between stick test and sit-ups, but no relation with other test items.

      • 스텝 에어로빅스가 중년여성의 폐기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of the step aerobic dance on the pulmonary function in middle aged women. The subjects of this study were 20 middle aged women(10 were regularly participated in the step aerobic dance program for 1-2 years : athletes, and rest were haven't had any exercise program : nonathletes). The experimental equipment of test was computerized pulmonary funtion test system (Erich jaegar co, Germany). Test items were flow-volume, spirometry and maximal voluntary ventilation. Conclusions of this study were as follows; 1.The mean values of SVC and ERV in athletes were significantly higher than in nonathletes, but there were no significant difference. 2.The mean values of FVC, FEV-1/FVC(%), FEF25-75 in athletes were a higher than in nonathletes, but there were no significant difference. The mean values of FEV-1, PEBR in athletes were significantly higher than in nonathletes. 3.The mean value of MW-12 in athletes was significantly higher than in nonathletes.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among six factors of physical fitness. The objects of this study are fifty girls in physical education department of B women's university in B city. The results of this study are described as follows: 1. In agility and endurance among physical fitness factors, there is a little relation between squat thrust and heeling pull ups, and close relationship between side step and heeling pull ups, but no relationship with other test items. 2. In power and endurance among physical fitness factors, there is a close relationship between vertical jump and sit ups, and a little relation between vertical jump and heeling pull ups. 3. In power and strength among physical fitness factors, there is a little relation between vertical jump and back lift, and a little relation between vertical jump and leg strength. 4. There is no relationship between other test items in each physical fitness factors.
