디젤엔진 피스톤용 SCM440 의 레이저 표면경화부의 잔류응력

SCM440, which is widely used as the diesel engine piston of vessel, has been hardened by a CO₂laser with the wavelength of 10.6㎛. Laser hardening experiment has been carried out for the condition of a laser power 1㎾, the travel speed between 0.4 and 1.5m/min, and a rectangular-Gaussian beam. Residual stress has been measured by using middle point technique of half value width of X-ray diffraction method. It was found that the compressive residual stress with the range between 400 and 600㎒ has distributed in the laser hardening zones and the tensile residual stress between 100 and 200㎒ has distributed in the boundary of hardening zones.

In this report, we provide the focus on suggesting a method of estimating and measurement of CBM(Customer Behavior Model). Through the use of internet, a new trend of business for e-CRM on B2C Web Site known as EC has emerged. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between the customers of a shopping mall and CBM characteristics. It can be used to gain a better understanding of customers. From this we can determine trends, and so refine business toward customer's needs and target new products to particular customer groups. Result shows that there is a significant relationship between the customers pattern of shopping mall and CBM, CVM(Customer Visit Model).

A simulation model is developed to analyze the large-structure driving system and its integrated behavior in the whole weapon system. It models every component in the driving system such as mechanical and electrical characteristics, and it is programmed by simulation language in a way which strongly reflects the system's real time dynamics and reduces computation time as well. A useful parameter identification method is proposed, and it is tuned on the given physical system. The model is validated through comparing to real test, and it is applied to analysis and prediction of integrated system functions relating to the fire control system.

This present paper deals with the characteristric of wire vibration of wire EDM by laser beam measurement. In order to mesure frequency of the wire vibration, we developed laser beam measurement using Si-photo diode. There are also presented the results of the experimental researches. The frequency of the wire vibration is varied with feed rate, wire speed, voltage and offtime. Among these parameters, wire speed is very much influenced the frequency. It is possible that the optimum condition is predicted by the developed laser beam measurement.
