Lean Six Sigma(LSS) is a business improvement methodology which combines (as the name implies) tools from both Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Lean manufacturing focuses on speed and traditional Six Sigma focuses on quality. By combining the two, the result is better quality faster. Both the Lean and the Six Sigma methodologies have proven over the last twenty years that it is possible to achieve dramatic improvements in cost, quality, and time by focusing on process performance. Therefore, many firms are looking for an approach that allows to combines both methodologies into an integrated system or improvement roadmap. 자가통제평가(CSA : Control Self Assessment)는 핵심사업 목적을 달성하는데 개입되는 위험 그리고 그러한 사업위험을 관리하기 위하여 설계된 내부통제를 공식적이고 문서화된 협력적 프로세스에 의하여 검토하기 위하여 사용되는 방법론이다.현재 많은 기업에서 효과적인 조직통제와 비즈니스 프로세스 개선을 위하여 전문 감사인과 경영인들이 기업지배구조 조직의 강력한 위험관리 도구로서 자가통제평가의 필요성을 강조하고 있다. 자가통제평가는 해당 조직의 담당부서나 팀에서 내부통제평가를 통하여 내부통제상의 재무보고, 준법, 사업 및 운영상의 효율성 등을 확보하기 위해서 설치되며, 효과적인 모니터 장치로서 기업지배구조상의 업무 프로세스를 정비하고 업무에서 발생하는 제반 정보의 흐름을 원활하게 해서 조직에게 손해가 발생할 수 있는 여러 가지 위험으로부터 회사를 사전에 차단하는 기능을 한다. 이러한 부분에서 효과적인 자가통제평가 시스템을 구축하는 것이 중요할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 e-Business 관련 기업지배구조의 안전성을 확보하기 위한 자가통제평가 모델에 대한 개발 필요성과 관련 자가통제평가 세가지 기본 모델들을 통하여 장단점을 제시하고, 자가통제평가 모델의 필요성을 논의하였다.

In this report, we provide the focus on suggesting a method of estimating and measurement of CBM(Customer Behavior Model). Through the use of internet, a new trend of business for e-CRM on B2C Web Site known as EC has emerged. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between the customers of a shopping mall and CBM characteristics. It can be used to gain a better understanding of customers. From this we can determine trends, and so refine business toward customer's needs and target new products to particular customer groups. Result shows that there is a significant relationship between the customers pattern of shopping mall and CBM, CVM(Customer Visit Model).
순환 신경망 모델을 이용한 소형어선의 운동응답 예측 연구

In the present study, a deep learning model was established to predict the motion response of small fishing vessels. Hydrodynamic performances were evaluated for two small fishing vessels for the dataset of deep learning model. The deep learning model of the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) which is one of the recurrent neural network was utilized. The input data of LSTM model consisted of time series of six(6) degrees of freedom motions and wave height and the output label was selected as the time series data of six(6) degrees of freedom motions. The hyperparameter and input window length studies were performed to optimize LSTM model. The time series motion response according to different wave direction was predicted by establised LSTM. The predicted time series motion response showed good overall agreement with the analysis results. As the length of the time series increased, differences between the predicted values and analysis results were increased, which is due to the reduced influence of long-term data in the training process. The overall error of the predicted data indicated that more than 85% of the data showed an error within 10%. The established LSTM model is expected to be utilized in monitoring and alarm systems for small fishing vessels.
생산실적의 신뢰성 향상을 위한 POP시스템 구축에 관한 연구

Many technical and nontechnical issues hinder enterprise wide workflow management. The most significant technical issue is the inability to deal with the heterogeneity among users, workflow types, and WFMSs. Not all users demand the same workflow functionality, so user interfaces of different levels of sophistication are required. Because workflow types cannot always be fully predefined, they often need to be adjusted or extended during execution. Unlike relational database management systems, however, each WFMS often has differing workflow metamodels. This leads to incompatibility between WFMSs, making integration into an environment comprising many heterogeneous WFMSs a troublesome and sometimes impossible task. Current Workflow system consists mainly of Database system. It contains some problems like that the integration relationship among system processes cant be expressed properly. This research has been focused on two phases that should be considered in the Workflow system. First of all, the first phase is the analysis phase; one of its role is to figure out independent execution task unit(Workflow component). The second phase is design phase that provides with the framework to execute these task units actively. The Workflow component extraction method in the analysis phase uses a analysis method called C-C Net and, in the design phase, the architecture that makes the these Workflow component executed actively is provided. Through this research, each process is divided into a task unit and more effective Workflow system could be formed by executing these units actively. Current system layer calls task units, on the other hand, the Workflow system this research implemented provides with the architecture that places a layer between them that controls task units actively.
Contemplation of Risk Management for Internet Banking System

Next Generation internet banking service for important role of banking business competitive power separates service function of individual banking and should equip various service that coincides in each special qualities these are customer management, portfolio management, global corporation support etc. The past few years have been characterized by rapid changes in technology and the introduction of corporate and retail banking services through the Internet. the integration of e-banking platforms with legacy systems and the increasing dependence of banks on third party information service providers, all dramatically amplify the magnitude of risks to which banks are exposed. Risk management disciplines have not evolved at the same speed and many institutions, especially the smaller ones, have not been able to incorporate Internet banking risk controls within their existing risk management structures. This article provides an overview of the various risks which are heightened with Internet banking, and a holistic approach to managing these risks. In addition, the presentation will explain the different risk areas and the controls to be adopted to mitigate these risks.
e-SCM시스템 구축을 위한 성과요인에 관한 사례 연구

eSCM(electronic Suppy Chain Management) : To define an enterprise's rapidly changing business environment strategy is a difficult task, because the competition of a business is a complexity. On a conceptual point of eSCM, a supervisor is magnifying gradually as well as confusing with information and analysis techniques which seems possible. In this paper focus on a proposal of alternatives with reasonableness of positioning & integrated like most of enterprises are willing to overcome such as carelessness and unready strategy of investment, addtionally, the thesis should effort to find an element through an analysis of cases, a statistical method of effective SCM, and actual survey to propose an alternative. Only a few authors incorporate the multi-period inventory management issue into the supplier selection decision. 21세기 뉴-밀레니엄 시대가 급속도로 모든 분야에서 변화하고 있다. 이러한 초 스피드한 다변화 환경에서 물류 제조와 유통 그리고 IT의 연계는 모든 기업이 살아남기 위한 표준화된 대처 경쟁력 있는 경영전략 및 생산성과 효율성을 위해서 이룩해야 할 과제이다. 이러한 인식을 같이 하는 전문가들이 많다라는 것을 우리는 직시해야 한다. 이러한 e-Business 환경속에서 기업들의 주요한 관심사는 eSCM 통합을 통한 경쟁력 획득에 있다. 파트너쉽에 기반한 성공적인 eSCM 통합을 이루고, 궁극적으로는 고객 만족을 달성하기 위해서는 eSCM에 대한 참여 기업 간 공동성과 측정 시스템을 만들고, 이를 통해 공급사슬 통합에 관련된 비용/효과에 대해 명확하게 이해하도록 하는 것이 핵심이다. 본 연구에서는 불확실한 상황을 극복할 수 있는 전략적 포지셔닝과 통합화를 SCM 시스템 구축전략을 위한 사례조사를 통하여, 경쟁력의 도구로서 주목을 받고 있는 전자적 공급사슬 관리(eSCM)측면에서 경쟁력 확보 방안을 위한 성과요인을 기존연구와 통계적인 분석을 통해서 최적화 할 수 있는 전략적 대안을 찾아내고, 탐구하고자 한다.
