가지 육종을 위한 기초 자료를 얻고자 9품종을 교잡하여 $F_l$ 세대의 11개 조합을 재료로 각 형질들의 측정치로서 우성의 정도와 잡종강세를 평가하였다. $F_l$세대의 잡종강세는 초장, 경경, 과중, 엽장, 엽폭, 주당과수 등이 초우성으로 유전되었다. 그리고 과장과 과경은 불완전 우성으로 유전되었다. Heterosis의 정도는 초장, 경경, 과중, 과장, 과경, 엽장, 엽폭, 주당과수 등 8개 형질 모두에서 정(+)의 강세를 보였다. Heterobeltiosis의 정도는 초장만이 정(+)의 강세를 보였고, 과경, 엽폭, 엽장, 과중, 주당과수, 과장, 경경은 부(-)의 잡종강세를 보였다 This experiment was performed to obtain the basic information on heterosis and heterobeltiosis of quantitative characters in the eggplant by crossing of varieties. The heterosis and heterobeltiosis were estimated in Fl generation. The results were as follows, based on the graphical analysis, the characters, plant height, stem diameter, fruit weight, leaf length, leaf width, and fruit number per plant(yield) were assumed to inherit dominance, and fruit length and fruit diameter were found to inherit incomplete dominance. The degree of positive heterosis of plant height, stem diameter, fruit weight, fruit length, fruit diameter, leaf length, leaf width, and fruit diameter, leaf width, leaf length, fruit weight, and stem diameter showed negative heterobeltiosis.

This study focuses on Comparative of conventional Agriculture and Organic Farming Among various kinds of environmentally sound farming practices the organic and Conventional Agriculture practices are chosen for this study. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the technological systems of organic farming practice in order to find the possibility of extending such technological system to the general farmers. Compared with the general farming practices, the organic farming requires many special technologies. Among them, technologies relating to compost making, pest, insect and weed control are different from those fo general farming practices. New technologies for the improvement of organic farming practices are developed or and imported from abroad by the organic farming association. As far as technology development for the organic farming, many research organizations between the goals of technology development of the conventional and organic farming system. In other words, land productivity of the organic farming technological system is lower than that of the conventional farming technological system.
유기농 자재의 연용이 토양의 이화학적 성질과 토마토의 생육, 수량 및 체내성분에 미치는 영향

This study the effects of the application of organic farming materials on the soil physicochemistry property and plant growth, yield and components of Tomato were compared with conventional culture. The results obtained from the experiment are summarized as follows: 1. The effect of soil chemical properties after application organic farming materials, The amounts of pH and O.M. in N, P, K treated plot were few of change, To the contrary, fermentation compost and microorganisms fermentation compost treated plot were some increase, Amount of P₂O₅, Ca and K increase in comparison with the N, P, K treated plot. 2. Changes of soil microbial after application organic farming materials, The number of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi in N, P, K treated plot were appeared definite direction. to the contrary, The number of bacteria and actimycetes in fermentation compost and microorganisms fermentation compost treated plot showed the increased tendency, The number of fungi showed the decreased tendency. 3. Effect of organic farming materials application on the growth and yield of tomato was superior in order of microorganisms fermentation compost plot>chemical fertilizers plot>fermentation compost plot. especially, chicken manure + microorganisms fermentation compost treated plot was the highest. 4. Effect of organic farming materials application on the components of tomato were not different.

Everyone speaks of the "environment" and of "environmental pollution", but very few reel themselves to be affected personally. Like as in Korea, nowadays, agricultural medicines and chemistry fertilizers are rapildily increasing in agriculture and it will happen destroy living organisms and their ecological relationships. There need must protect to our land soil conditions with organic ways. The organic agriculture is to restore environment of soil condition to improve. Biologically it means the replacement of lost or injured tissue, permitted by the ability of some cells to dedifferentiat and develope in the way of nature. The organic agriculture is natural processes, biologicals structures, conservation and prevention for agriculture in nature. The organic agriculture works with nature to honoring of the value of natural systems and takes advantage of the natural patterns of energy and materials and harnesses these flows and cycles to bring about desired conditions. There are many people who recognized the importance of the organic agriculture in Korea. But there are not many operate with organic agriculture. Because they are not serious thinking about environment of soil pollution and organic agriculture. The organic agriculture is endeavoring social environment of land pollution and it safety of agricultural products in nation. it is not degrade our lands but improve the biological, resource of hyman basis of their functioning. They are used to produce goods and services that society needs, while also undoing the environmental damage caused by our energy and materrials intensive technology. But these days of common agricultural production technologies is that lead to rapid soil erosion can e classified as non-organic or degenerative land conditions. The purpose of this study is to examine organic agriculture movement to protect of agricultural soil condition and to contributed to future studies in the organic agriculture of rural society.

빅데이터에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 데이터로부터 의미 있는 정보의 추출 및 예측은 중요한 연구분야가 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 신약개발과정에서 필요한 후보약물의 약리적인 활성을 분석하기 위한 데이터를 획득하고 이를 기반으로 의미 있는 예측 분석을 하고자 한다. 신약개발과정에서 대사반응 된 신약후보물질의 약리적인 활성 연구는 신약개발 성공률을 높이기 위해 필요한 단계이다. 본 연구에서, 약용 후보물질의 체내 효소반응 유무를 예측하기 위해, 유사도 모델들을 적용 분석하였다. 유사도 모델의 군집별 특성을 반영하여 13개의 모델을 선택하여 효소 반응 예측을 수행하였다. 이들 모델들을 민감도와 AUC를 기반으로 비교 평가하였다. 평가 모델들 중, 효소 사이의 반응성을 예측하는데 있어서 Simpson coefficient 모델이 가장 좋은 성능을 보였다. 분석된 유사도 모델 전체를 웹 서비스로 구축하였다. 제안된 모델은 반응정보의 추가에 동적으로 대응 할 수 있으며 신약개발시간 단축 및 비용 절감에 기여할 것으로 여겨진다. With the beginning of the new era of bigdata, information extraction or prediction are an important research area. Here, we present the acquisition of semi-automatically curated large-scale biological database and the prediction of enzyme reaction annotation for analyzing the pharmacological activities of drugs. Because the xenobiotic metabolism of pharmaceutical drugs by cellular enzymes is an important aspect of pharmacology and medicine. In this study, we apply and analyze similarity models to predict bimolecular reactions between human enzymes and their corresponding substrates. Thirteen models select to reflect the characteristics of each cluster in the similarity model. These models compare based on sensitivity and AUC. Among the evaluation models, the Simpson coefficient model showed the best performance in predicting the reactivity between the enzymes. The whole similarity model implement as a web service. The proposed model can respond dynamically to the addition of reaction information, which will contribute to the shortening of new drug development time and cost reduction.
