        백서 두개골 결손부에서 입자 크기에 따른 Calcium aluminate cement의 효과

        This present study was carried out to find the effects of calcium aluminate cement($CaO\;{\cdot}\;Al_2O_3$, CAC), which has been developed with bio-compatibility and mechanical properties, in biological environments. Two different particle sizes of CAC - 3.5${\mu}m$ vs. 212${\sim}$250${\mu}m$ which is recommended in periodontal bone grafting procedures-were filled in 8mm calvarial defect in Sprague-Dawley rat. The specimens were examined histologically, especially the bone-cement interface and the response of surrounding tissues. The results are as follows; 1. In the control group, inflammatory cells were observed at 2 weeks. At 8 weeks, periosteum and dura mater were continuously joined together in the defect areas. But in the center of defect area were filled up with the loose connective tissues. 2. In the experimental group l($212{\mu}m{\sim}250{\mu}m$ particle), immature bone was formed and outermost layer was surrounded by osteoid layer at 2 weeks. Osteoblasts were arranged between immature bone and osteoid layer. And, osteoid layer was remained until 8 weeks after surgery. 3. In the experimental group 2, periosteum and dura mater lost its continuity at 2 weeks. Scattering of CAC particles and infiltration of inflammatory cells were observed, which this findings deepened at 8 weeks. The result of this study shows that when calvarial defects in white rats are filled with calcium aluminate cement of 212${\sim}$250${\mu}m$, the materials are to be bio-compatible in growth and healing on surrounding tissues. When further researches are fulfilled, such as direct bone adhesion and bone regeneration ability, it's possible that CAC could be applied to various periodontology fields in the future.

        LiF-maleic acid 첨가 calcium aluminate 골시멘트 및 CA-PMMA 복합 골시멘트가 백서 두개골 결손부 치유에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate histologically the effect of LiF-maleic acid added calcium aluminate(LM-CA) bone cement & CA-PMMA composite bone cement on the healing of calvarial defect in Sprague-Dawley rats. The critical size defects were surgically produced in the calvarial bone using the 8mm trephine bur. The rats were divided in three groups : In the control group, nothing was applied into the defect of each rat. LM-CA bone cement was implanted in the experimental group 1 and CA-PMMA composite bone cement was implanted in the experimental group 2. Rats were sacrificed at 2, 8 weeks after surgical procedure. The specimens were examined by histologic analysis, especially about the bone-cement interface and the response of surrounding tissue. The results are as follows; 1. In the control group, inflammatory infiltration was observed at 2 weeks. At 8 weeks, periosteum and duramater were continuously joined together in the defect area. But the center of defect area was filled up with the loose connective tissue. 2. In the experimental group 1, the bonding between implanted bone cement and the existing bone was seen, which more increased in 8 weeks than 2 weeks. Inflammatory infiltration and the dispersion of implanted bone cement particles were seen in both 2 weeks and 8 weeks. 3. In the experimental group 2, implanted bone itself had a dimensional stability and no bonding between implanted bone cement and the existing bone was seen in both 2 weeks and 8 weeks. Implanted bone cement was encapsulated by fibrous connective tissue. In addition, inflammatory infiltration was seen around implanted bone cement. On the basis of these results, when LM-CA bone cement or CA-PMMA composite bone cement was implanted in rat calvarial defect, LM-CA bone cement can be used as a bioactive bone graft material due to ability of bonding to the existing bone and CA-PMMA can be used as a graft material for augmentation of bone-volume due to dimensional stability.

        비누로 제작된 현대미술 작품의 보존과 적정 온습도 환경 연구

        현대미술은 작가의 개성에 따라 다양한 재질을 사용하기 때문에 사용한 재료의 특성과 작가의 표현 의도를 파악하여 보존처리를 실시해야 한다. 본 연구는 비누로 제작된 작품의 열화원인을 분석하고 안정적인 전시 및 보관을 위한 온습도 환경 실험을 실시하여, 작가의 제작의도 변화에 따른 작품의 형태를 장기적으로 유지하는 데 목표를 두고 있다. 비누작품의 용출물은 분석결과 글리세린으로 확인되었으며, 글리세린이 습도에 민감하게 반응하기 때문에 온습도 환경실험을 통해 상대습도 60~65%가 안정적인 환경임을 확인하였다. 각 작품에 적절한 보존처리를 다양한 방법으로 적용하였으며, 실험결과와 연구 자료에 따라 비누 적정 온습도 환경을 온도 20±2℃, 상대습도 60±5%로 제안하였다. Various materials, depending on the personality of the artist, are required for contemporary art. Thus, it is necessary to decipher the expressive intentions of the artist and characteristics of the materials required for the conservation of such art. The purpose of this study is to analyze the causes underlying the deterioration of sculptures made from soap and to determine the ideal hygrothermal environment required to stably exhibit and store these artworks. Furthermore, we aim to maintain the long-term structures of the artworks in accordance with the changing expressions and intentions of the artist. Our analysis confirmed that the extracts of the soap sculptures were composed of glycerin and that the sculptures were sensitive to humidity. Moreover, we determined that a relative humidity (RH.) of approximately 60~65% made for an appropriate hygrothermal environment required to preserve the sculptures. We also preserved each work in various ways by applying appropriate preservation treatment, and found that the optimum preservation environment for soap sculptures was a temperature of 20±2℃ and a RH. of 60±5%.

        짧은 안축장에서 백내장수술 후 굴절오차 분석과 각막굴절력 및 전방깊이에 따른 정확성 분석

        Purpose: To evaluate the accuracy of the chosen formula in short eyes and the effect of the anterior chamber depth (ACD) and corneal refractive power on the accuracy. Methods: A total of 251 eyes out of 185 patients (axial length below 22.0 mm) who underwent cataract surgery in our hospital were retrospectively studied. Introcular lens (IOL) power was calculated with the Hoffer Q, SRK II, SRK-T and Holladay 1 formulas and refractive outcome was measured. Patients were divided into 2 groups based on ACD. The accuracy of the 4 formulas was compared and the errors according to the ACD were also evaluated. Results: In eyes with short axial lengths, all formulas showed a tendency for hyperopic shifts. The Hoffer Q formula showed significantly high predictive accuracy. This tendency for hyperopic shifts was similar in the eyes with extremely short axial length, but a large refractive error deviation was observed. The 2 groups based on ACD showed no significant difference in the refractive error, but the group with deep ACD had a tendency for hyperopic shifts. The difference of the calculated IOL power between the 4 formulas was more pronounced in eyes with lower corneal refractive power. Conclusions: In eyes with short axial lengths, preoperative ACD and corneal refractive power had an influence on the accuracies of predicted IOL power. Therefore, these factors should be considered in IOL power determination.

        통합(通合)적 상상력과 디지털 미디어의 만남을 통한 문화콘텐츠 기획

        문화콘텐츠는 생물(生物)이다. 문화의 정체성과 기술적 상상력이 만나는 지점에서 문화콘텐츠는 탄생한다. 디지털 미디어의 시대, 문화콘텐츠의 기획은 인문학과의 만남을 통해 외연을 확장하고 있다. 본 논문은 문화콘텐츠의 기획을 소통의 관점에서 다룬다. 여기서 이야기하고자 하는 소통이란, 시간과 공간, 지역과 세대를 아우르는 통합(通合)적 관점을 뜻한다. 디지털 미디어는 소통의 다리이다. 생태계의 파괴, 이데올로기의 갈등, 자본주의의 문제들은 더 이상 합리적인 관점에서만 이야기할 수 없다. 다양성을 존중하고, 서로의 문화와 삶을 인정하는 가운데 감성과 영성을 함께 조화시켜야 한다. 본 논문은 인문학과 디지털 미디어의 만남을 통해 공감의 장을 만들어가는 다양한 노력들을 소개하고, 그것의 의미를 분석한다. 현재 지구촌은 미디어 패러다임의 급격한 변화를 겪는 중이다. 다양한 미디어를 통해 새로운 소통 코드를 찾기 위한 노력이 진행 중이다. 본 논문을 통해서 필자는 방송 다큐멘터리, 유튜브(You Tube), 영화, 테드(TED) 영상 등의 미디어를 통해서 이루어지고 있는 새로운 소통의 양상을 살펴본다. 필자는 디지털 미디어의 시대, 상상력도 기획의 산물이 될 수 있다는 전제 하에 논문의 분석을 시도한다. 사람과 사람, 시간과 공간, 과거와 현재를 잇는 다양한 소통의 통로에서, 상상력이라는 코드가 어떻게 작용하고, 재현되는지를 살펴본다. 이를 통해 사람과 기술의 만남에서 고려되어야 할 시대적 가치와 의미, 공감의 토대를 고찰해보고자 한다. Cultural contents are living things. They occur where cultural identity and technical imagination meet. In the era of digital media, the planning of cultural contents extends its horizon by embracing humanities. This paper studies the planning of cultural contents from the point of communication. The meaning of communication in this paper is the integration of time, places, areas, and generations. Digital media play a bridge role. Environmental destruction, ideological conflict, and capitalism issues should not be discussed in a logical perspective. Rather, they should be considered within the context of diversity where sensitivity and spirit are highly appreciated. This paper investigates a number of cases how empathy is created through cultural contents and digital media integration as well as analyzes the meanings they convey. Currently, a drastic paradigm shift in digital media has taken place all around the world. Attempts to find the new ways of communication have been undertaken with the use of a variety of media. The paper introduces the new ways of communication through different media such as documentary films, You Tube, movies, and Ted. The author analyzes the cases based on the premises that imagination can be the fruit of planning. The paper aims to deal with how imagination is used and reproduced in various ways of communication between people and people, time and place, past and presence. It should take value, meaning, empathy into consideration in the integration of technology and humanities into the planning of digital media contents.

        데포르마시옹 기법을 이용한 고관여 제품의 광고효과에 관한 연구

        연구배경 데포르마시옹 기법은 광고영역에 영향을 미쳐 독창적인 표현에 의한 광고로 나타났다. 저관여 제품 광고에서뿐만 아니라 고관여 제품 광고에서도 적극적으로 활용되고 있으며 효과적인 광고 전략으로 사용되고 있다. 그러나 현재 데포르마시옹 기법을 이용한 고관여 제품 광고 효과에 관한 구체적인 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 데포르마시옹 기법을 이용한 고관여 제품 광고 효과를 연구하는데 목적이 있으며 데포르마시옹 광고유형이 고관여 제품 광고 수용자에게 미치는 영향에 대하여 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 연구방법 TV제품을 구매할 가능성이 높은 30대에서 50대 일반인 성인 남녀를 대상으로 자기기입식 설문을 실시하였다. 총 153부의 표본을 분석에 사용하였으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS for windows 20.0프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 분산분석, 신뢰도분석을 실행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 데포르마시옹 광고유형에 따른 인지반응에는 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 데포르마시옹 광고유형에 따른 광고태도에는 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 데포르마시옹 광고유형에 따른 제품태도에는 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 데포르마시옹 광고유형에 따른 구매의도에는 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 결론 본 연구는 데포르마시옹 기법을 이용한 고관여 제품 광고효과에 대하여 실증적으로 분석함으로써 광고를 제작함에 있어 데포르마시옹 기법의 이론적 틀을 제공하고 이에 따른 효과적인 적용방안을 제시하고자 한다. Background The deformation technique influenced the advertisement area and represented the advertising by the creative expression. In addition, it is utilized not only in the low-involvement product adverti sing but also in the high-involvement product advertising and used as effective advertisement strategy. However, the specific research on the effects of the high-involvement product advertising using the deformation technique is deficient. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to study the effect of the high-involvement advertising using deformation technique and intended to analyze the influence of the deformation advertisement type on the audiences. Methods The self-administered questionnaire survey was performed from the adults females and males aged between 30s and 50s who have high possibility to buy TV products. Total 153 questionnaires were collected and the frequency analysis, variance analysis and the reliability analysis were performed with the collected data using SPSS 20.0 program. Result First, it was confirmed that there is significant difference in the cognitive reaction according to the deformation advertisement type. Second, it was confirmed that there is significant difference in the advertising attitude according to the deformation advertisement type. Third, it was confirmed that there is significant difference in the product attitude according to the deformation advertisement type. Fourth, it was confirmed that there is significant difference in the purchase intention according to the deformation advertisement type. Conclusion This study provided the theoretical framework of deformation technique and proposed the effective application measures in making the advertising by analyzing the effects of the high-involvement product advertisement using deformation technique empirically.

        바터팽대부 선암종으로 췌십이지장절제술 후 발생한 간전이의 간절제술 치료 1예

        After curative resection of carcinoma of ampulla of Vater, 5-year survival rate has been reported ranging from 40% to 60%. Two major causes of the treatment failure are local recurrence and liver metastasis. Liver metastases are often multiple and are associated with poor prognosis. There have been few reports on long-term survivors after hepatectomy for metastatic liver tumors from carcinoma of ampulla of Vater. We report a 42 year-old female patient with solitary hepatic metastasis from carcinoma of ampulla of Vater, which was success­fully treated by hepatectomy 69 months after curative Whipple`s operation. Histologic examination of the resected specimen had revealed stage IB moderately-differentiated, intestinal type adenocarcinoma (T2N0M0). Since neither local recurrence or distant metastasis were detected, the patient underwent liver segmentectomy. Histologic study confirmed the presence of metastatic liver tumor from carcinoma of ampulla of Vater. She is doing well without evidence of recurrence at 20 months after hepatectomy.
