『經濟文鑑別集』의 『十七史纂古今通要』 인용 분석

In 1397 Jeong Do-jeon(鄭道傳, 1342-1398) wrote Kyŏngjemun'gambyŏl chip (經濟文鑑別集, KMB), a summary of past kings' political achievement from the ancient kingdom of Tang(唐), Wu(虞) to Yuan(元) and Koryŏ (高麗). Shiqishigujintongyao (十七史纂古今通要, SSGT) by Hu Yijia(胡一桂), a Chinese neo-Confucian scholar, is the primary textual source of Jeong's work. This paper aims to provide detailed description of Jeong's reference to SSGT. While the existing version of SSGT only deals with the history of seventeen dynasties from ancient Tang to Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period, it is likely that Jeong has access to Gujingtongrao (古今通要) which includes historical records of Song dyansty. In Jun Dao chapter, Jeong quotes sentences not only from Gujintongrao but from Lidaitonglue (歷代通略) wrote by Jin Li (陳櫟) mainly because the Song part in Gujintongrao is simple and brief. Against this context, we can assume that Jeong might be under the academic influence of those who were later named the XinAn (新安) school. 鄭道傳은 1397년(태조 6) 군주론을 다룬 『經濟文鑑別集』을 편찬하였다. 그는 이 책에서 胡一桂의 『十七史纂古今通要(史纂通要)』를 가장 중요한 자료로 활용하였다. 이 글은 정도전의 자료 인용 방식을 검토하는 것에 중점을 둔다. 본문은 그가 『경제문감별집』에서 『십칠사찬고금통요』를 구체적으로 어떻게 활용하였는지 분석하였고, 부차적인 다른 인용자료들의 활용 양상도 함께 다루었다. 사고전서에 실린 『십칠사찬고금통요』는 당우시대부터 오대시대까지 17사에 대한 부분만을 싣고 있다. 그러나 정도전 당시에는 여기에 송나라 시기에 대한 기록이 추가된 『古今通要』라는 판본이 존재했던 것으로 보인다. 그는 『경제문감별집』 군도 편의 송나라 부분까지를 주로 이 책을 활용하여 기술하였다. 다만 송나라 부분에 대한 호일계의 기록이 소략했기 때문에, 정도전은 陳櫟의 『歷代通略』을 추가로 활용하였다. 이러한 분석의 결과는 정도전이 후대에 ‘新安學派’로 불리는 일단의 학자들이 元 대에 이뤄낸 학문적 성과를 수용한 사실을 보여준다.

헌장(憲章)의 수호자: 세종시대 황희(黃喜)의 정치적 역할

Hwang Hee(黃喜, 1363-1452) served King Sejong(世宗, 1397-1450), the 4th king of Joseon Dynasty as a top ranked official for nearly two decades until his retirement at the age of eighty-seven. He, on the other hand, was implicated in quite a few charges, including corruption and bribery. In addition, Hwang Hee was already in his 60s when Sejong came to throne. In this light, it is more likely that Hwang Hee is far from a favorable candidate for Sejong. Then, why did Sejong appoint Hwang Hee? This paper argues that Hwang Hee as the “Guardian of the Principles (憲章)” is irreplacable. From Sejong’s perspective, the Principles (憲章) refers to political legacy of his forefathers, namely Taejo and Taejong. Fully understanding the meaning and practices of the Principles, Hwang Hee was assigned to preserve the tradition and to prevent ill-considered reforms. In the 18th year of his reign, Sejong implimented Euijeongbu Seosa System. For the most of the time when the system was working, Hwang Hee served as Yeonguijeong, a prime minister and maintained a critical view toward various political changes. This paper will examine Hwang Hee’s role under the Euijeongbu Seosa System and Sejong’s recognition of Hwang Hee by reviewing three historical cases of Nothern policy, tax reform, and surrogate governing. 황희(黃喜, 1363-1452)는 87세의 나이로 관직에서 물러날 때까지, 최고위 재상으로서 조선의 제4대 국왕 세종(世宗, 1397-1450, 재위 1418- 1450)을 보좌했다. 그러나 그는 양녕대군에 대한 후원이라는 전력, 고령의 나이, 비리와 부패 등의 약점을 가지고 있는 인물이었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 왜 세종은 황희를 중용했을까. 이 글은 그 이유를 ‘헌장(憲章)의 수호자’라는 관점에서 탐색하고자 한다. ‘헌장(憲章)’이란 세종에게 있어 선대의 국왕인 태조와 태종이 이뤄놓은 정치적 유산이다. 세종은 황희를 “헌장(憲章)에 밝다(『세종실록』 14/04/20).”고 평가했다. 황희의 졸기는 황희의 정치적 기여에 대해 “조종(祖宗)의 예전 제도를 경솔하게 변경할 수 없다(『문종실록』 02/02/08).”는 입장을 견지하고 무분별한 제도 개혁을 막은 점을 제시하고 있다. 세종은 재위 18년(1436) 4월, 육조직계제에서 의정부서사제로 통치체제를 전환했다. 황희는 세종이 의정부서사제를 채택한 대부분의 기간 동안 영의정으로 재직하며, 정책 사안들의 변화에 대해 비판적인 입장을 견지했다. 이 글은 의정부서사제 하에서 황희의 역할, 세종의 황희에 대한 인식, 그리고 사례 논증으로서 북방의 경략, 공법의 개혁, 세자의 대리청정 세 가지 정책 사안에서 황희의 구체적인 역할을 순서대로 검토한다.

26.5∼29.5 GHz 6비트 스위치 필터형 위상천이기

본 논문은 150-nm GaN HEMT 공정으로 설계 및 제작된 6비트의 위상천이기에 관한 내용이다. 5G NR 표준 중n257(26.5∼29.5 GHz) 대역에서 동작하는 스위치 필터형 위상천이기를 설계하였다. 설계된 위상 천이기는 360°의 위상을5.625°씩 변화시키기 위해 180°부터 5.625°까지의 6개 단일 위상천이기를 사용하였으며, 지연 경로를 구성하는 필터의구성 소자 크기를 줄이기 위해 LCL의 저역 통과 T형 필터를 사용하였다. 180° 위상천이기는 저역과 고역 통과 T형 필터를 혼합하였다. 제작된 위상천이기는 26.5∼29.5 GHz에서 평균 삽입손실은 8.45 dB이며, RMS 위상오류는 4.54° 이하이다. 본 논문의 위상천이기는 낮은 비트당 삽입손실과 적은 RMS 위상오류를 갖는다.

심근 관류 SPECT에서 핵종에 따른 Uniformity correction map 설정을 통한 영상의 질 비교

SPECT에서 Uniformity는 균일한 방사능을 갖는 선원에 대하여 균일한 영상을 제공하는 능력이다. 영상에서 다양한 이유로 불균일이 발생하게 되고, 불균일은 artifacts를 발생시켜 임상적으로 진단하는데 영향을 줄 수 있다. Uniformity correction map은 검사에 사용되는 방사성 동위원소를 이용하여 영상에서 Uniformity의 변동폭을 최소화 시켜주는 역할을 한다. 본원에서 시행되고 있는 $^{201}Tl$을 이용한 심근 SPECT에서는 $^{99m}Tc$으로 기본 설정되어 있는 Uniformity correction map을 사용하고 있으며, 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 $^{201}Tl$과 $^{99m}Tc$ 두 가지 핵종으로 Uniformity correction map을 각각 설정하였을 때 영상의 질에 차이가 있는지 비교 분석하고, 영상의 질을 최적화 할 수 있는 방법에 대하여 모색해 보고자 한다. 장비는 GE Ventri Gamma camera, Flood phantom, Jaszczak ECT phantom을 이용하였다. 실험에 앞서 Collimator를 제거한 상태에서 Detector 표면 중심으로부터 2.5 m 떨어진 지점에 1 cc 주사기에 $^{99m}Tc$ 25.9 Mbq, $^{201}Tl$ 14.8 Mbq의 방사성 동위원소를 주입한 point source를 이용하여 장비사에서 권고하는 $6{\times}10^7count$로 $^{99m}Tc$와 $^{201}Tl$ 각각의 방사성 동위원소로 Uniformity Mapping을 실시하였다. Flood phantom에는 $^{201}Tl$ 21.3 kBq/mL, Jaszczak ECT phantom에는 $^{201}Tl$ 33.4 kBq/mL를 주입하여 phantom을 제작하였다. Flood Phantom으로 획득된 데이터는 Xeleris ver 2.05 프로그램을 이용하여 Integral uniformity, Differential uniformity을 두 가지 항목에 대하여 분석하였다. Jaszczak ECT Phantom으로 획득된 데이터를 본원에서 자체 개발한 Interactive Data Language 프로그램에 입력하여 Integral uniformity, Contrast, Coefficient of variation, Spatial Resolution을 4가지 항목에 대하여 분석하였다. Flood phantom test 에서는 $^{99m}Tc$에서의 Flood I.U값은 3.6%, Flood D.U값은 3.0%으로 나타났고, $^{201}Tl$ Flood I.U값은 3.8%, Flood D.U값은 2.1%으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 $^{201}Tl$으로 Uniformity correction map을 설정하였을 때, Flood I.U값은 감소하였으나 Flood D.U은 향상되어 Flood 영상에서는 크게 영상의 질이 개선되었는지는 알 수 없었다. 반면 Jaszczak ECT Phantom test에서는 $^{99m}Tc$에서의 SPECT I.U값은 13.99%, Coefficient of variation값은 4.89%, contrast값은 0.69, $^{201}Tl$에서의 SPECT I.U값은 11.37%, Coefficient of variation값은 4.79%, contrast값은 0.78로 나타났으며, 육안 분석을 실시한 Spatial Resolution 항목에서는 육안으로 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이를 통해 $^{201}Tl$으로 Uniformity correction map을 설정하였을 때, Spatial Resolution 을 제외한 SPECT I.U, Coefficient of variation, Contrast 세 항목에서 각각 18%, 2%, 13%의 향상된 수치를 보였다는 점에서 영상의 질이 개선되었음을 알 수 있었다. Uniformity correction map이 영상의 질을 크게 좌우할 수 없으나, 개선의 효과를 가져다 준다는 점에서 임상적으로 진단에 영향을 주는지 또한 다른 검사에서 또 다른 방사성 동위원소로 Uniformity correction map을 설정했을 경우 영상의 질을 개선시킬 수 있는지에 관하여 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. Purpose When the patients takes myocardial perfusion SPECT using $^{201}Tl$, the operator gives the patients an injection of $^{201}Tl$. But the uniformity correction map in SPECT uses $^{99m}Tc$ uniformity correction map. Thus, we want to compare the image quality when it uses $^{99m}Tc$ uniformity correction map and when it uses $^{201}Tl$ uniformity correction map. Materials and Methods Phantom study is performed. We take the data by Asan medical center daily QC condition with flood phantom including $^{201}Tl$ 21.3 kBq/mL. After postprocessing with this data, we analyze CFOV integral uniformity(I.U) and differential uniformity(D.U). And we take the data with Jaszczak ECT Phantom by American college of radiology accreditation program instruction including $^{201}Tl$ 33.4 kBq/mL. After post processing with this data, we analyze spatial Resolution, Integral Uniformity(I.U), coefficient of variation(C.V) and Contrast with Interactive data language program. Results In the flood phantom test, when it uses $^{99m}Tc$ uniformity correction map, Flood I.U is 3.6% and D.U is 3.0%. When it uses $^{201}Tl$ uniformity correction map, Flood I.U is 3.8% and D.U is 2.1%. The flood I.U is worsen about 5%, but the D.U is improved about 30% inversely. In the Jaszczak ECT phantom test, when it uses $^{99m}Tc$ uniformity correction map, SPECT I.U, C.V and contrast is 13.99%, 4.89% and 0.69. When it uses $^{201}Tl$ uniformity correction map, SPECT I.U, C.V and contrast is 11.37%, 4.79% and 0.78. All of data are improved about 18%, 2%, 13% The spatial resolution was no significant changes. Conclusion In the flood phantom test, Flood I.U is worsen but Flood D.U is improved. Therefore, it's uncertain that an image quality is improved with flood phantom test. On the other hand, SPECT I.U, C.V, Contrast are improved about 18%, 2%, 13% in the Jaszczak ECT phantom test. This study has limitations that we can't take all variables into account and study with two phantoms. We need think about things that it has a good effect when doctors decipher the nuclear medicine image and it's possible to improve the image quality using the uniformity correction map of other radionuclides other than $^{99m}Tc$, $^{201}Tl$ when we make other nuclear medicine examinations.

우리의 정치사상을 어떻게 가르칠 것인가? :고전을 통한 한국 정치사상 교육 방안에 대한 시론

Analysis of the classics is the basic work for the search of political thoughts. This article first examined the current status and tasks of Korean political thought education, focusing on the works of Jeong Do-jeon, which can be called representative classics of Korean political thought. Based on this review, We tried to select Korean classics theoretically and discuss the implementation plan and direction of Korean political ideology education. The field of political thought, a part of political science, requires philosophy, criticism, and historical interpretation and understanding. Because of these methodological characteristics, the lecture using classics is more important in political thought. Classics can be a point of contact between major education and liberal arts education in Korean political science and furthermore, political thought. The lecture using classics on Korean political thought should consider the special characteristics of a small country, and that a careful political analysis of the classics should be prioritized.

77∼81 GHz 근거리 레이다 시스템 IQ 수신단을 위한 LO 입력단의 설계 및 분석

This paper presents the design and analysis of an LO chain implemented using the CMOS 65 nm bulk process. The LO chain was fabricated for driving the short-range radar IQ mixer in the 77∼81 GHz band. The LO chain comprised a poly phase filter (PPF), driver amplifiers to compensate for PPF losses, and a 3-bit 7-dB attenuator to ensure the appropriate power conditions. Measurement results indicated that the maximum gain within the target band was 8 dB, and the gain and phase difference between the IQ outputs were 0.5 dB and 74°, respectively. The LO chain consumed 74 mW of power at 1 V, and the size of the fabricated chip was 1.027×0.45 mm2 , including RF and DC pads.
