폐자원으로부터 수소를 생산하기 위한 고온수성가스전이반응용 Fe계 촉매 제조: 구연산 농도에 따른 촉매 특성 비교

폐자원으로부터 수소를 생산하기 위해서는 먼저 가스화를 통해 폐자원에 포함되어있는 C, H 성분을 CO, H<sub>2</sub>가 주성분인 합성가스로 전환해야 한다. 가스화를 통해 생산된 합성가스는 고온수성가스전이반응을 통해 수소로 전환할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 촉매 활성화 단계가 필요없는 Fe<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub> 촉매를 졸겔법으로 제조하고 고온수성 가스반응에 적용하였다. 구연산은 촉매 제조 시 착화제(chelating agent)로 투입되었다. 구연산 농도를 달리하여 촉매를 제조한 결과, 구연산과 촉매 몰비가 1일 때 40,057 h<sup>-1</sup>의 공간속도에서 높은 촉매 활성 (T = 350 ℃, X<sub>CO</sub> = 80%)을 나타내었다.

This study is includes an experiment on anti-oxidative and whitening effect of Prunus domestica L. to test its effect as an ingredient for cosmetics and also to learn the possibility of developing it into an ingredient for functional cosmetics. Through extracting and graduating Prunus domestica L., the fractions of the main ingredient to learn the content. Two methods were used to measure the anti-oxidative effect: DPPH and ABTS. The anti-oxidative effect was most active in the EA fraction, in which the deglycoslated. To mea measure the whitening effect, the IC50 was measured, which is the level of concentration needed for the BuOH fraction to control the formation of tyrosinase by 50%. The tyrosinase inhibition rate was measured to be 53.86%. Based on the results from above experiments, a clinical trial was conducted. The experiment took place for 4 weeks, and after the experiment period, the moisture, redness, and melanin were measured. The values were analyzed using the t-test to judge their statistical significance. A photograph of the subjects` face was taken, and was reviewed with the naked eye. It was confirmed that the prune cream has active anti-oxidative and whitening effect. The results have shown that the prune extract would be a good natural ingredient for cosmetics that is human body-friendly. In particular, it would be most appropriate to use BuOH, which was found to have an outstanding anti-oxidative effect and tyrosinase controlling effect, for whitening cosmetics.

본 연구는 코로나 시대이후로 가속화된 뷰티분야의 4차 산업들과 융합으로 산업에서 요구되는 실무능력을 교육하기 위한 교육과정 개발을 목적으로 진행되었다. 여러 문헌의 탐색적 조사와 전문가의견을 수렴한 결과 뷰티산업은 앞으로 단일 아이템 또는 서비스 제공이 아닌 의료, 바이오, ICT, 인공지능 기술 등이 결합된 개인맞춤형 서비스 제공 산업으로 분야가 확장될 것으로 분석되었다. 분석 내용을 바탕으로 전통적인 뷰티산업에서 요구하는 기본 직무 능력 외에 갖추어야 할 디지털 활용능력을 추가하여 교육과 정을 구성하고 과목을 도출하였다. 코로나 이후의 시대는 4차 산업혁명을 기반으로 다양한 산업의 변화를 가져올 것이며 이러한 변화에 대응하여 뷰티산업의 발전과 지속가능성을 위한 인재 개발을 위해 대학에서는 산업의 변화에 항상 주목해야 할 것이다. This study was conducted for the purpose of developing a curriculum to educate the practical skills required in the industry by convergence with the 4th industry in the beauty field, which has been accelerated since the Corona era. As a result of an exploratory investigation of several literatures and collecting expert opinions, it was analyzed that the field of beauty industry will expand to a personalized service providing industry that combines medical, bio, ICT, and artificial intelligence technologies, rather than providing a single item or service. Based on the analysis contents, the curriculum was composed and subjects were derived by adding digital application skills to have in addition to the basic job skills required in the traditional beauty industry. The post-Corona era will bring changes in various industries based on the Fourth industrial revolution, and in response to these changes, universities should always pay attention to changes in the industry to develop talent for the development and sustainability of the beauty industry.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the trends in studies published in Journal of Korean Critical Care Nursing (JKCCN) from 2008 to 2013. Methods: A total of 65 studies published between 2008 to 2013 were reviewed using criteria developed by researchers. Results: Approximately 36% of studies were conducted with patients. Intensive care unit (ICU) was the most popular site as the study setting. Among 59 research papers, 42.4% were approved by institutional review board (IRB). Quantitative studies were 78.6%, while qualitative studies were 4.6%. The research designs for the quantitative studies were survey (52.3%), quasi-experimental (16.9%), and so on. There was no randomized controlled trial. The most frequently used methods to provide nursing intervention was education. In addition, "nurse" and "ICU" were most commonly used keyword. Conclusion: Considering the low rate of IRB approval, more stringent application of research ethics is necessary to improve the quality of JKCCN. In addition, more randomized controlled trials should be encouraged to support evidence-based practice in critical care.

본 연구는 silorane을 기질로 하는 복합레진에 있어 레진의 두께에 따라 중합률과 미세경도에 미치는 영향을 비교, 평가하고자 하였다. methacrylate 기질의 복합레진 (Z250, Z350; 3M ESPE, St. Paul, MN, USA)과 Silorane 기질의 복합레진 (P90; 3M ESPE)을 대상으로 각각 1, 2, 3 ㎜ 두께의 시편을 제작 하였다. 각 시편의 미세경도는 Vickers hardness tester를 사용하여 200-gf 의 하중을 15초간 가한 후 측정하였고 각 시편의 중합률 측정을 위해 FTIR 분광분석기를 사용하여 중합 전후의 스펙트럼을 기록한 후, 측정값을 ANOVA와 Turkey test로 분석하고 이들의 상관관계를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 복합레진의 기질과 관계없이 모든 레진 시편은 두께가 두꺼워질수록 중합률, 미세경도는 직선적인 감소를 나타내었다(p < 0.05). 중합률, 미세경도 간에는 선형적 상관관계를 나타내었다. Silorane 기질의 복합레진은 낮은 필러함양으로 높은 중합률을 보임에도 낮은 미세경도를 보였다.

Low sensitivity to anticancer drugs such as 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) has been associated with decreased expression of genes involved in cell proliferation, apoptosis and metastasis. Recently, it has been shown that the expression levels of some of these genes are reduced by transcription inhibition due to epigenetic silencing on CpG islands. Therefore, epigenetic therapy has been proposed, where epigenetic silencing is repressed with DNA methyltransferase (DNMT) inhibitors and histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitors alone or in combination with other chemotherapeutic agents. The aim of our study was to evaluate the combination effect of 5-FU and its association with the status of epigenetic silencing using methylation-specific PCR of p14ARF when given with 5-aza-2'-deoxycytidine (5-aza-dC), a DNMT inhibitor and depsipeptide, and HDAC inhibitor in DLD-1 human colorectal cancer cells. The combination of 5-aza-dC with depsipeptide showed a synergism and induced unmethylation of p14ARF. However, triplet combination of 5-aza-dC/epsipeptide and 5-FU resulted in antagonistic effects and abrogated unmethylation of p14ARF. These results suggest that unfavorable interaction of 5-aza-dC/depsipeptide with 5-FU in DLD-1 cells may be related with the failure in repression of epigenetic silencing, which warrants further investigation.
