상용품목을 군용환경에서 적용하면 저비용, 빠른 조달시간, 기술적 발전 등 여러 가지 이점이 있다. 반면에 상용 제품, 표준, 관행 등이 군용 요구조건에 미달됨으로 인하여 신뢰도 및 병참 상의 문제가 발생할 수도 있다. 또한 상용 공급자들은 군용 병참을 지원하는데 필요한 기술적 자료를 제공한 경험이 거의 없을 수도 있다. 보다 많은 회사들이 제품 관련 데이터 수집 시스템을 구축하고 있어 상당한 분량의 사용현장 보증 데이터가 수집되었다. 사용현장 데이터는 전형적으로 주기별 판매량과 클레임 건수로 구성된다. 본 연구에서는 군용환경에서 작동하는 군용설비, 군용환경에서 작동하는 상용설비, 상용환경에서 작동하는 상용설비 등 세 가지 유형의 데이터를 고려하였다. 최대우도 기준 및 최소제곱 기준에 기초한 제품 신뢰도 추정 방법을 제안하고, 각 유형의 데이터에 대한 추정 모형을 구축하고 상용환경에서 군용환경으로 전환하는 신뢰도 변환방법을 제안하였다. 사례연구를 통하여 제안된 방법의 적용 가능성을 검증하였다. Adapting commercial equipments to military operations may provide the advantage of low cost, reduced acquisition time, and technology advancement. On the other hand, it may also offer the opportunity for a reliability and logistics risk because commercial products, standards, and practices may not meet military requirements. In addition to this, commercial vendors have little experience in providing the technical data required to support military deployment logistics. As more companies are equipped with data aquisition systems for their products, considerable amount of field warranty data has been accumulated. Typically, the field data for a given product comprise with the sales volume and the number of the claims for each period. Three types of product data are considered in this study: military designed equipment operating in a military environment, commercial equipment operating in a military environment, and commercial equipment operating in a commercial environment. We construct a estimation model for each type of data and propose an reliability transform method from a commercial environment to a military environment. Parametric methods for estimating the product reliability are proposed based on maximum likelihood criteria and least square criteria. Then a reliability transform procedure for handling different types of data is proposed in a consistent fashion. A case study is investigated to characterize our model based on a real field warranty data set.

In this paper, the frequency characteristics of the suspension system for a medium-sized vehicle was tested by using a quarter-car road simulator. The suspension is excited by sinusoidal signal with 62 sets of frequencies. By the results, frequency plots are obtained with respect to the variation of vehicle mass, excitation amplitude, inflation pressure of tire and combinations of two types of damper and two tires. The purpose of the paper are to check the possibility of estimation and to evaluation of the whole vehicle performance by using only a quarter-car suspension system.
입자연마가공에서의 압력 속도 및 유체점도의 영향에 대한 고찰

Interest in advanced machining process such as AJM(abrasive jet machining) and CMP(chemicalmechanical polishing) using micro/nano-sized abrasives has been on the increasing demand due to wide use of super alloys, composites, semiconductor and ceramics, which are difficult to or cannot be processed by traditional machining methods. In this paper, the effects of pressure, wafer moving velocity and fluid viscosity were investigated by 2-dimensional finite element analysis method considering slurry fluid flow. From the investigation, it could be found that the simulation results quite corresponded well to the Preston's equation that describes pressure/ velocity dependency on material removal. The result also revealed that the stress and corresponding material removal induced by the collision of particle may decrease under relatively high wafer moving speed due to the slurry flow resistance. In addition, the increase in slurry fluid viscosity causes the reduction of material removal rate. It should be noted that the viscosity effect can vary with the shape of abrasive particle.

Purpose: In this study, we propose that how to approach a effective system engineering and optimize system engineering management process for the mass production weapon system parts localization development process and success in DTaQ. Methods: To approach a effective system engineering for the mass production weapon system parts localization, we analyze a weapon system acquisition process and system engineering process of Republic of Korea and DTaQ parts localization business regulations in advance. after results of analysis of them, we implement a optimized parts localization development system engineering based on ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288. Results: In order to apply International Standard ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288 to the mass production weapon system parts localization development process, we compare the mass production weapon system parts localization acquisition environment with ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288 and analyze them. therefore, It is possible to implement a part of concept stage and development stage of ISO/IEC/IEEE total life cycle stage for the mass production weapon system parts localization development process. To achieve the technical review milestones of DTaQ parts localization business regulations in the selected stages of ISO/IEC/IEEE, the development and management agency perform 2 high rank process and 19 low rank process specified in ISO/IEC/IEEE. Conclusion: When the development and management agency perform the mass production weapon system parts localization development using the proposed system engineering approach, they should easily meet milestone through the clarified requirement and simplified System Engineering output documents in limited development period.

Road noise is caused to rotate by contact of the tire and the road surface. The road noise has a high correlation with the road profile. Therefore study of the road profile characteristics is important. A characterization of pavement texture are classified parameters related to road profile (depth) and statistical analysis of texture profiles. In this research, to measure the road profile on 4 type road in proving ground and estimate pavement parameter about each road profile.

This paper is concerned with the maintainability task selection procedure and the test methods for maintainability verification. Two basic approaches, stratification and simple random sampling, are introduced and illustrated through an example. Also suggested and illustrated are test methods for the mean corrective/predictive maintenance time as well as the mean corrective/predictive maintenance time and the maximum value of a percentile of maintenance time. This paper is expected to contribute to the understanding of domestic enterprises for the maintainability verification concept and test methods.
