여객자동차 터미널 이동편의시설 BF 실태 및 개선방안 연구

본 연구는 지난 2007년 도입된 장애물 없는 생활환경(Barrier Free) 인증제도의 확산과 정착을 위하여 불특정 다수가 이용하는 다중이용시설로써 인증제도의 확산효과가 클 것으로 예상되는 여객자동차 터미널을 대상으로 편의시설 실태를 파악하고, 인증가능성을 평가하여 인증 확산 방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 전국 여객자동차 터미널 349개소에 대하여 편의시설 설치 수준 현황조사를 시행하였다. 현황조사 결과 인증가능시설이 217개소, 인증불가시설이 58개소로 평가되었고, 인증가능성이 높은 29개 시설은 소규모 리모델링 공사를 통하여 인증을 획득할 수 있는 시설로 평가되었다. 실태조사 결과, 여객자동차 터미널의 BF수준은 40~55% 수준이며, 평가분야별로는 내부시설이 90% 이상으로 수준높은 반면, 매개시설, 위생시설, 안내시설 등은 절반 수준에도 미치지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 여객자동차 터미널의 편의시설 수준제고를 위해서 BF 인증 시범사업을 제안하였다. 인증가능성이 높고, 지자체 지원의지와 사업주의 편의시설 개선의지가 높은 시설을 대상으로 시범사업대상으로 선정하고 편의시설개선을 추진하여 BF인증을 추진하고 모니터링하는 방안이다. This study is to investigate actual condition of passenger terminals, public facilities which are used by unspecified individuals, with high spread effect of certification system of Barrier Free introduced in 2007, evaluate possibility of the certification and prepare an effective way for certification in order to spread and settle the certification system. According to the investigation on the facilities' equipment level of 349 passenger terminals, which being nationally operated, 217 terminals could be certified and non-certified were 58. And, 29 was evaluated as the passenger terminals with high possibility to get Barrier Free certification by small scale of remodeling. The level of Barrier Free of investigated passenger terminals, according to the actual condition with certification index, were 40~55 percent. While the level of Barrier Free of internal facilities of the terminals was over 90percent, the level of sanitary facilities, information facilities, etc. fell short of 50 percents. In this study, pilot project of Barrier Free certification is proposed for enhance of passenger terminal facilities. Moreover, the selection of passenger terminals with high possibility of certification, local governments' strong will as the targets of pilot project for improvement of amenity level and Barrier Free certification and monitoring the project results are the way of the project.

Objectives Firefighters and rescue workers are likely to be exposed to a variety of traumatic events; as such, they are vulnerable to the risk of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The psychometric properties of the Korean version of the PTSD Checklist (PCL), a widely used self-report screening tool for PTSD, were assessed in South Korean firefighters and rescue workers. Methods Data were collected via self-report questionnaires and semi-structured clinical interviews administered to 221 firefighters. Internal consistency, item-total correlation, one-week test-retest reliability, convergent validity, and divergent validity were examined. Content validity of the PCL was evaluated using factor analysis and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analyses were used to estimate the optimal cutoff point and area under the curve. Results The PCL demonstrated excellent internal consistency (${\alpha}=0.97$), item-total correlation (r = 0.72-0.88), test-retest reliability (r = 0.95), and convergent and divergent validity. The total score of PCL was positively correlated with the number of traumatic events experienced (p < 0.001). Factor analysis revealed two theoretically congruent factors: re-experience/avoidance and numbing/hyperarousal. The optimal cutoff was 45 and the area under the ROC curve was 0.97. Conclusions The Korean version of the PCL may be a useful PTSD screening instrument for firefighters and rescue workers, further maximizing opportunities for accurate PTSD diagnosis and treatment.

Recent breakthroughs in functional neuroimaging techniques have launched the quest of mapping the connections of the human brain, otherwise known as the human connectome. Imaging connectomics is an umbrella term that refers to the neuroimaging techniques used to generate these maps, which recently has enabled comprehensive brain mapping of network connectivity combined with graph theoretic methods. In this review, we present an overview of the key concepts in functional connectomics. Furthermore, we discuss articles that applied task-based and/or resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging to examine network deficits in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). These studies have provided important insights regarding the etiology of PTSD, as well as the overall organization of the brain network. Advances in functional connectomics are expected to provide insight into the pathophysiology and the development of biomarkers for diagnosis and treatment of PTSD.

자연친화적 산지이용허가기준 적용 방안 연구

국토의 약 64%에 이르는 산지지역이 그동안 계획적이고 체계적인 관리 없이 무분별한 산지전용으로 훼손되어 왔다. 본 연구는 앞으로 산지의 공익적 기능을 유지하고, 자연친화적으로 이용할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 도입된 "자연친화적 산지이용허가제"의 기준에 대한 시뮬레이션 연구이다. 이를 위해 산지의 자연친화적 이용과 관리를 위한 방안으로 제시된 '자연친화적 산지이용 허가기준'에 대하여 85점, 100점, 110점의 조합으로 각각 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 기본 설계도 수준의 산지전용 모형을 도출하고자 하였다. 여기서 절대적 기준과 상대적 기준으로 제시된 허가기준에서 절대적 기준에 해당되는 원형존치율, 형질변경제한, 층수제한, 비우수투과율, 건축물의 길이 등의 기준에 대하여 종합점수제로 평가하여 일정 점수(100점) 이상으로 평가되는 대상에 대하여 산지전용에 대한 허가기준으로 활용할 수 있다는 가설을 설정하고 시뮬레이션을 시행하였다. 각 평가점수에 대한 시뮬레이션을 위하여 건축물의 대각선 길이를 고정변수로 설정하고 주택형태, 경사도, 조성부지의 형태에 따라 건축유형을 분류하고 각각의 활용방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 '민간인 통제선 이북지역의 산지관리에 관한 특별법'에 따라 민간인 통제선 이북지역에 대해서만 적용되고 있는 '생태적 산지전용제도'를 전국의 산지에 적용하기 위한 방안을 제안하기 위하여, 자연친화적인 산지이용허가제 적용기준을 활용하여 산지의 자연환경을 보전하고 계획적으로 활용하기 위한 기초를 마련하기 위한 선험적 연구이다. With the achievement resources which the mountain district has resultantly must preserve a value, limit of the development size it will be able to minimize the effect which it follows in development, the arrangement method back could be proposed, also the case which will use the mountain district where it is damaged induces the development which cabinets to the concept of demobilization, the case which will apply the existing forest resources takes a triangular position with the act it will be able to increase the circulating value of the resources and will do.
