        용액 반응에 의한 패각 표면의 수산화아파타이트 층 생성 거동

        인산염 용액과의 반응으로 패각의 표면에 고 비표면적의 다공성 수산화아파타이트 층이 생성되는 거동을 정성적으로 관찰하였다. 수산화아파타이트의 생성기구는 패각 표면을 핵으로하는 용해-석출 반응으로 보이며 층의 생성은 다음의 과정에 의하였다. 1. 고상 표면 상의 고밀도 핵생성 및 성장 2. 결정의 접촉과 엉킴에 의한 미세 다공성 층의 형성 3. 층을 통한 용액의 확산과 내측으로의 층 두께의 성장 Highly surfaced and porous hydroxyapatite body was artificially formed on the surface of a shell through a reaction with phosphatic solutions. As a result of qualitative observation, hydroxyapatite seemed to be crystallized by solution-precipitation process accelerated by the nucleation surface of a shell. The process of formation of hydroxyapatite layer was as follows. 1. Dense nucleation and growth on the surface of solid phase 2.         병원중간관리자의 리더십과 조직혁신성 간의 관계에서 구성원 성숙도의 조절효과분석

        The study was conducted to compare organizational innovation depending on the leadership type of middle managers in general hospital. Moreover, the study was also to prove whether employees.readiness causes any differences to the link between leadership and organizational innovation. The result is based on 769 sheets of survey paper answered by administrations and nurses working at general hospitals or the same level of hospitals located in the metropolitan area. The methods of analysis used are as follows: reliability analysis, frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. Main results of the study can be summarized as below. First, by analyzing the influence of task-behavior leadership on organizational innovation, R squre on knowledge management which is organizational innovation factor was 12.5%, R squre on creativity was 9.1%, and R squre on innovation behavior was 10.3%. Regression model appeared to be statistically significant as well. Both taskbehavior and relationship-behavior leadership have influence on organizational innovation and it is learned that relationship-behavior leadership has a bigger influence on all the organizational innovation factors. Second, moderating effect of the employee.s readiness is examined in terms of the link between leadership and organizational innovation. As a result, the member.s readiness had positive influence when it comes to the link between leadership and organizational innovation. Also, after verifying moderating effect of readiness (ability/ willingness), this study shows that ability readiness has positive influence on the link between task-behavior(or relationship-behavior) leadership and creativity, and innovation behavior while willingness readiness positively influences the link between task-behavior(or relationship-behavior) leadership and creativity & innovation behavior. To summarize results of the study, this study shows that the members who possess high readiness also have high organizational innovation, which promises their positive role in a group.

        한국어의 LSP 분석에 관한 연구

        LSP 방식은 음성의 주파수 특성을 포함하는 공진 주파수를 낮은 부분과 SHB은 부분의 주파수 로 표시되는 선스펙트럼쌍 계수를 구하는 방법이다. 본 논문은 LSP 방식을 사용하여 한국어의 기본 모 음 7개를 대상으로 하여 분석하고 LSP 계수를 구하는 Algorithm을 개발하였으며 PARCOR 방식과 비 교하였다. 실험 결과 LSP 방식의 연산량이 PARCO 방식의 연산량보다 약 1/2정도로 적음을 알 수 있었 고 Hardware 구성 시에 있어서도 경제적임을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 LSP는 계수 모음의 종류에 따라 각 기 다른 공진 주파수, 대역폭을 나타내기 때문에 음성 합성이나 음성 인식 분야에 있어 기초 자료로 이 용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

        Antioxidant Effect of CoQ10 on N-nitrosodiethylamine-induced Oxidative Stress in Mice

        The antioxidant effect of CoQ10 on N-nitrosodiethylamine (NDEA)-induced oxidative stress was investigated in mice. Food intake and body weight were similar in both CoQ10 and control groups during the 3-week experimental period. NDEA significantly increased the activities of typical marker enzymes of liver function (AST, ALT and ALP) both in control and CoQ10 groups. However, the increase of plasma aminotransferase activity was significantly reduced in the CoQ10 group. Lipid peroxidation in various tissues, such as heart, lung, liver, kidney, spleen and plasma, was significantly increased by NDEA, but this increase was significantly reduced by 100 mg/kg of CoQ10. Superoxide dismutase activity increased significantly upon NDEA-induced oxidative stress in both the control and CoQ10 groups with the effect being less in the CoQ10 group. Catalase activity decreased significantly in both the control and CoQ10 groups treated with NDEA, again with the effect being less in the CoQ10 group. The lesser effect on superoxide dismutase and catalase in the NDEA-treated CoQ10 group is indicative of the protective effect CoQ10. Thus, CoQ10 can offer useful protection against NDEA-induced oxidative stress.

        한국인의 자살률은 인구 10만 명 당 24.7로 OECD 국가 중 1위를 기록하고 있다. 이는 OECD 평균치인 11.5 보다 두 배를 넘는다. 자살은 다양한 이유로 나타나지만 사회적, 제도적, 개인적 요인이 복합적으로 작용한 결과이다. 그러나 개인적인 취미 활동과 이를 공유할 수 있는 사회적 소통을 통해 자살에 대한 사회적 현상 일부를 해소할 수 있다. 이러한 관점에서 키덜트 문화는 현대사회의 성인들에게 스트레스 해소를 위한 좋은 돌파구이며, 더욱 다양한 문화콘텐츠로 파생시킬 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 키덜트 문화와 더불어 키덜트 문화 안에 내포된 레트로 문화와 나아가 뉴트로 문화를 이해하고자 한다. 또한 이러한 문화적 특성을 응용하여 키덜트 축제 즉, ‘어른이날 축제’를 기획 해보고자 한다.

        Effect of Extremely Low Frequency Electromagnetic Fields (EMF) on Phospholipase Activity in the Cultured Cells

        This study was conducted to investigate the effects of extremely low frequency electromagnetic fields (EMF) on signal pathway in plasma membrane of cultured cells (RAW 264.7 cells and RBL 2H3 cells), by measuring the activity of phospholipase A2 (PLA2), phospholipase C (PLC) and phospholipase D (PLD). The cells were exposed to the EMF (60 Hz, 0.1 or 1 mT) for 4 or 16 h. The basal and 0.5 μM melittin-induced arachidonic acid release was not affected by EMF in both cells. In cell-free PLA2 assay, we failed to observe the change of cPLA2 and sPLA2 activity. Also both PLC and PLD activities did not show any change in the two cell lines exposed to EMF. This study suggests that the exposure condition of EMF (60 Hz, 0.1 or 1 mT) which is 2.4 fold higher than the limit of occupational exposure does not induce phospholipases-associated signal pathway in RAW 264.7 cells and RBL 2H3 cells.

        균일한 Hydroxyapatite Sphere 제조 및 특성분석

        A hydroxyapatite microsphere was prepared using a spray-drying method. The change in the shape as a function of the slurry concentration and the change in the degree of shrinkage according to the heat-treatment temperatures were observed. To obtain biomaterials with improved bio-stability, $CaHPO_4{\cdot}2H_2O$ and $Ca(OH)_2$ were mixed at a ratio of 6 : 4 and then ball-milled to synthesize hydroxyapatite. The hydroxyapatite microsphere was prepared using 30 wt% ~ 80 wt% hydroxyapatite slurry by a spray-drying method. For concentrations lower than 50 wt% or higher than 80 wt%, doughnut-shaped microspheres were produced. However, perfect microspheres were produced when using slurry concentrations of 50 wt% ~ 70 wt%. A dense microstructure was observed after a heat treatment at temperatures higher than $1100^{\circ}C$ and the size was reduced by 24.3% at these temperatures.

        소나무 잎과 가지의 정유와 그 성분들의 항산화 및 항노화 작용

        To investigate effects of pine essential oil isolated by steam distillation from Pinus densiflora needles (PN) and twigs (PT) on anti-oxidant and anti-aging activities, the experiments were carried out to determine anti-oxidant and antiaging activities on DPPH radical scavenging activity, NBT/xanthine oxidase-superoxide scavenging activity, silica-induced intracellular H2O2 and hydroxyl radical generation in RAW264.7 cells, hyaluronidase and elastase activities in vitro. Essential oil of PN and PT were contained 0.225 and 0.176 (w/v) %, respectively. PN was contained with 30 kinds of essential oil and its major constituent is α-pinene (21.5%). Further PT was contained with 40 kinds of essential oil and its major constituent is β-pinene (22.4%) in GC/MS assay. Other essential oils of PN were β-pinene, camphene, myrcene, limonene, terpinolene, α-terpineol, bornyl acetate, α-copaene, caryophellene and humulene and PT were α-pinene, camphene, phellandrene, limonene, terpinolene, α-terpineol, bornyl acetate, α-copaene, caryophellene and humulene. The essential oil of PT have more active than that of PN in anti-oxidant activity which has significant DPPH radical and superoxide scavenging activity, and significant inhibitory activities on silica-induced intracellular H2O2 and hydroxyl radical generation, as well as, significantly inhibited elastase and hyaluronidase activities. Further, phellandrene, myrcene and α-pinene have DPPH radical and superoxide scavenging activities, β-pinene, terpinolene, myrcene and phellandrene inhibited silica-induced intracellular H2O2 and hydroxyl radical generations. And also phellandrene and β-pinene inhibited hyaluronidase and elastase activities. In conclusion, the essential oils isolated from PN and PT have anti-oxidant and anti-aging activities.
