        수도권 지하철 네트워크 확장이 아파트 월세 가격에 미치는 영향 분석 - 수정반복매매모형을 중심으로 -

        Continuous subway line expansion over the years in Seoul metropolitan area has contributed to improved accessibility to public transport. Since public transport accessibility has a significant impact on housing decisions, quantitative analysis of correlation between housing prices and public transport accessibility is regarded as one of the most important factors for planning better housing policies. This study defines the reduction of traveling time resulted from the construction of new metro stations despite them not being the closest stations as 'Network Expansion Effect', and seeks to understand how the Network Expansion Effect impacts on housing prices. The study analyzes monthly rent data converted from upfront lump sum deposit, so called Jeonse in Korea, from 2012 to 2018, through 'A Modified Repeat Sales Model.' As a result, the effect of 'Network Expansion' on rental prices in Seoul has stronger during the period of 2017 to 2018 than the base period of 2012 to 2014, which suggests the 'Network Expansion' has a meaningful effect on rent. In addition, in comparison between the most and the least affected group of apartments by 'Network Expansion Effect', the most affected group has more price increase than the least affected group. These findings also indicate that different levels of 'Network Expansion Effect' have various influences on the value of residential real estate properties. 수도권 지하철 노선확장 사업을 통해 수도권 거주민의 대중교퉁 접근성은 지속적으로 향상되고 있다. 이러한 대중교통 접근성은 주거지 선택 시 가장 중요한 요소 중 하나로 지하철 노선확장에 따른 접근성 향상이 주택가격에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 추정하는 것은 주택정책에 있어 중요하다. 이 연구는 노선신설에 따라 최근접 지하철역의 변화없이 발생하는 다른 지하철역까지의 통행시간 단축을 네트워크 확장효과로 정의하고, 이것이 주택가격에 미치는 영향력을 확인하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2012년부터 2018년까지 서울시 아파트 전월세확정신고자료를 이용하여 월세로 전환 후, 수정반복매매모형을 통해 시계열적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 기준이 되는 기간(2012~2014년)에 비해 비교기간 (2017~2018년)에 네트워크 확장효과가 서울시 아파트 월세가격에 미치는 영향력이 상대적으로 더 증가했으며, 이는 지하철 네트워크 확장효과가 주택의 임대료 형성에 유의미한 영향을 미친다는 것을 시사한다. 또한, 분석과정에서 네트워크 확장효과의 상하위 아파트 그룹을 비교한 결과, 네트워크 확장 효과 하위그룹보다 상위그룹에서 영향력의 상승폭이 상대적으로 컸으며, 이를통해 네트워크 확장 효과의 정도에 따라 주택의 가치에 자본화되는 수준도 다르다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

        A novel is a public form of ethical reasoning that is context dependent. In this paper, using < Eunaejeon > and < Damojeon > as examples, I discuss how literature induces and promotes the public reasoning of difficult and complex ethical issues. < Eunaejeon > and < Damojeon > are “Jeon(傳)”, which are not pure fiction but written more in the genre of the historical fiction of the late Choson Dynasty. In both works, a female protagonist acts against the law. In the real historic events in the background of these works, different opinions appear as to what the appropriate punishment should be for these women. This article introduces the outline of the two works, examines the aspects of ethical reasoning in each work, and reveals how the characteristics of the two works are formed to elicit more robust public reasoning over complex ethical issues.

        외식상품의 SNS구전 정보시스템 품질이 경험적 가치, 감정반응, 정보만족, 정보공유의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to figure out the effect relation of the quality of word-of-mouth information system of eating out product through social network services on maintaining continuous relation through empirical value, emotional response, information satisfaction, and information sharing intention. As a result of analysis, First, it showed that information quality, emotional quality among the qualities of word-of-mouth information system of eating out product have the positive effect to the empirical value through SNS. Second, it showed that the recreation quality, information quality and emotional quality among the qualities of word-of-mouth information system of eating out product have the positive effect to the empirical response. Third, it showed the recreation quality, information quality and emotional quality among the qualities of word-of-mouth information system have the positive effect to the information satisfaction. Based on this research result, it was found when the eating out product is operated by focusing on the recreation quality, emotional quality and information quality factor among SNS information system quality that reflects the consumer characteristics, its empirical value, emotional response and information satisfaction increase and the information sharing intention improves, resulting in maintaining the continuous relationship.

        강점탐색을 활용한 학급 비전형성 프로그램이 초등학생의 공동체의식과 학교적응에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 강점탐색 활용하여 학급 비전형성 프로그램을 개발하여 초등학교 5학년 두 개 학급에 적용하여 학생들의 공동체의식과 학교적응에 변화를 검증하였다. 연구방법은 문헌조사와 구성원검토를 통해 프로그램의 시안을 개발하고 실험집단과 비교집단을 선정하여 사전 사후 검사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 학급 비전형성 프로그램을 적용한 학급의 학생들이 비교학급에 비해 공동체의식과 학교적응에 통계적으로 유의한 변화를 확인할 수 있었다. 공동체의식의 하위요소인 ‘자발적 참여 및 의사표현’과 ‘자율성과 공공의식’. ‘친밀성과 소속감’, ‘조화와 단결’, 그리고 ‘일체감 및 상호영향의식’ 전체가 증진되었으며, 학교적응의 하위요소 중 ‘학업태도’와 ‘교우관계’는 통계적으로 유의한 변화를 찾아볼 수 있었으나 ‘교사와의 관계’와 ‘학교만족감’은 사후집단의 평균이 약간 상승하였으나 통계적으로 유의한 수준은 아니었다. 본 연구는 문헌연구의 결과를 검증한 실행연구로써 의미를 가지며 특히 학급비형성 프로그램이 공동체의식과 학교적응에 마치는 영향을 검증하여 교육프로그램의 효과성을 구체적으로 제시하였다. 그러나 본 연구결과만으로 초 중등학교에 일반화하기에는 한계가 있으므로 강점탐색을 활용한 학급 비전형성 프로그램을 공동체의식 및 학교적응을 위한 교육 프로그램으로 대상과 목적을 정교화 하는 연구 및 적용대상을 확대하여 프로그램을 실행하는 연구 등이 추가로 진행될 필요가 있다. In this study, classroom vision creation program was developed by using a Appreciative Inquiry model and applied to two classes of 5th grade of elementary school to verify the changes of students sense of community and adjustment to school. In order to achieve the research objective, the draft of the program was developed through a literature survey and a member review, and a comparative group was selected and pre-post-examined. The results of this study are as follows. The students who applied the classroom vision creation program showed statistically significant changes in sense of community and adjustment to school compared to the comparison class. The sub-elements of sense of community, which are ‘voluntary participation and expression’ and ‘autonomy ’’and public consciousness’. ‘Intimacy and belonging sense , ’harmony and unity , and ‘sense of unity and mutual influence were all promoted, and Academic attitude and friendship of the sub-elements of adjustment to school showed statistically significant changes, However, the mean score of relationship with teachers and satisfaction of school were slightly increased in posttest group, it was not statistically significant. This study is meaningful as an experimental research verifying the results of the literature study. Especially, classroom vision creation program concretely showed the effectiveness of the educational program examining influence of sense of community and adjustment to school. However, the results of this study are limited to generalization to elementary and middle schools. Therefore, it is necessary to elaborate and expand the objectives and purposes of classroom vision creation program using Appreciative Inquiry and to carry out more the implementation research.

      • 시적 몽상을 중심으로 한 시 읽기 교육 연구

        This study believes that poetry reading education should focus on the imaginative activities of learner who reads poetry qualitatively transforming the empirical properties of an object. As a concept that can explain these, this study introduces the concept of ‘poetic reverie’ and aimed to project poetry reading education focused on ‘poetic reverie’. For this, this study first reviewed discussions about the figurative nature of literary language and ‘misreading’. Through that, this study concluded that valid and creative misreading in poetry reading requires a specific reading model that focuses on learners’ imaginative activities. In this regard, this study pays attention to Gaston Bachelard’s discussion of imagination and conceptualizes ‘reverie’ as ‘an imaginative activity of seeing an object as not fixed in form but as capable of transforming its material and dynamic properties, and qualitatively transforming the object including its surroundings, by giving subjective value to the internal area of the object’. On the other hand, the process of reading poetry can be said to be a process in which the imagination of the poet, which is contained in the text, and of the reader meet each other, influence each other, and produce dynamic meaning. This study considers that the activity of reverie in poetry reading education becomes a valuable literary experience only when it goes through a dialogue with poetry text, and sets the concept of ‘poetic reverie’ as the ability to reverie and make meaning of reverie in a dialogue with poetry text. The structure of poetic reverie was presented as ‘detecting the formal ambiguity of the poetic object based on the formal imagination’, ‘projecting subjective values into the internal area of the poetic object and dynamizing it’, ‘realizing the meaning of reverie through dialogue with poetry text’. The aspects of poetry reading of leaner focused on poetic reverie were categorized as follows by linking the structure of poetic reverie and the analysis of the learner's poetry reception data. First, ‘the associative exploration of the relationship between objects according to the detection of the formal ambiguity of the poetic object’ appeared as ‘detecting the formal ambiguity of the poetic object’, ‘searching for relationship between objects based on formal similarities’, ‘free association of images and composition of meanings’, depending on the presence or absence of formal associations by learners and their level of meaning. Second, ‘the connection between the internal area of the poetic object and the value, and the dynamization of the object’ appeared as ‘the evocation tactile qualities of the object and the association of images’, ‘the metaphorical projection of specific values into the internal area of the object’, and ‘the endowment of dynamic quality to the boundary and the surrounding area of the object’, depending on the learner's level of giving value to the invisible qualities of the object and the internal area of it. Third, ‘the figuration and meaning realization of reverie through dialogue with text’ appeared as ‘the figuration of reverie based on the context of the text’, ‘realizing the meaning of reverie through dialogue with the text’, depending on whether or not there is a process of making meaning with a detailed awareness of the language expression of the entire poem text. This study is meaningful in that it can promote learner-centered imaginative thinking, expand the learners’ involvement in the language of poetry, and enhance their ability to creatively realize the meaning of poetry.

        서비스 혁신이 성과에 미치는 영향

        We investigate the effect of service innovation on the performance of call centers. We also investigate whether there exists a significant difference between the group with service innovation and that without service innovation. We finally investigate the effect of supporting variables for the organization, such as task clarity, self-monitoring, and group activities, on its performance. We demonstrate that service innovation has a statistically significant positive effect on the organization’s performance. Self-monitoring is perceived to be more important and small-scale group activities are perceived to be less utilized in the group with service innovation. Meanwhile, task clarity, self-monitoring and small scale group activities have a statistically significant positive effect on the performance of the group with service innovation.

        유엔기후변화협약 내 성평등의 제도화와 실천전략의 변화

        본 연구는 유엔기후변화협약의 당사국 총회 결정문, 보고서 및 선행연구를 중심으로 유엔기후변화협약의 기후변화 체제가 초기 어떠한 몰성성을 나타내었고, 이후 시민사회와의 젠더 거버넌스를 바탕으로 어떻게 성평등이 제도화되고 실천전략이 변화되어왔는지 역사적 맥락을 규명하고자 한다. 연구결과 유엔기후변화협약은 초기 몰성성을 나타내었지만, 이후 젠더 거버넌스와 성주류화 실천으로써 젠더 프로그램 및 젠더액션플랜 등의 제정과 이행을 통해 성평등을 제도화해왔다. 그러나 유엔기후변화협약의 성평등 실천은 대개 여성의 대표성을 높이고 성별 균형을 고려하는 문제로 다루어지면서 기후변화로 인해 심화되고 있는 성차별 문제를 구조적으로 다루지 못하는 한계가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 여성에 대한 모든 형태의 차별철폐협약, 국제노동기구, 캐나다 정부 등의 사례에서 나타나는 교차성이 고려된 기후 성평등 제도화와 실천전략을 바탕으로 유엔기후변화협약 내 새로운 성평등의 제도화와 실천전략으로써 교차성의 의미와 가능성을 분석하고 있다. 교차성은 주요 사회적 범주들 간 상호작용에 의해 발생하는 불평등한 권력 구조를 밝히는 동시에 상호연결된 불평등이 어떻게 작동하는지를 분석할 수 있다는 점에서 기후 성평등을 실현하기 위한 실효성 있는 젠더분석 도구이자 실천전략이 될 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 기후변화 문제와 교차하는 성평등의 실현을 위해서 제도의 안과 밖을 넘나드는 새로운 협력과 동맹의 방향이자 방안으로써 단일한 여성 문제를 넘어서 인종, 계급, 연령, 지역 등 여성들 간의 차이를 다루는 동시에 성소수자, 남성 모두를 포괄하는 젠더 관점으로써 교차성을 유엔기후변화협약 내 새로운 성평등 제도화와 실천전략으로 설정하고 있다. 그러나 교차성의 성평등 실천전략이 유엔기후변화협약의 국제적 수준을 넘어서 국내 수준에서 실질적인 작동을 위해서는 어떻게 지역의 젠더 거버넌스를 구축하고 정치적 동원을 이룰 것인지에 대한 더 많은 논의와 연구가 필요하다. This study analyzes the UNFCCC’s decisions, reports of the Conference of the Parties, and existing literature that is related to gender equality to provide a historical context for how the global climate change regime was initially dominant, how gender equality has been institutionalized, and how action strategies of gender equality have been transformed in the UNFCCC through gender governance with civil society. Despite its initial intransigence, the research results show that the UNFCCC has institutionalized gender equality through gender governance and gender mainstreaming practices, including the gender programs and gender action plans. However, the process of gender equality implementation in the UNFCCC is often framed as a matter of increasing women's representation and considering gender balance, which fails to address the structural gender discrimination that is exacerbated by climate change. This study aims to understand the implications and possibilities of intersectionality as a new institutionalization and implementation strategy to achieve gender equality in the UNFCCC. This research analyzes the intersectionality cases of climate gender equality through the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, the International Labour Organization, and the Canadian government. Intersectionality can be an effective gender analysis tool and action strategy for realizing climate gender equality, as it can reveal unequal power structures arising from the interaction between major social categories and analyze how interconnected inequalities operate. Therefore, this study seeks intersectionality as a new gender equality action strategy that goes beyond women's issues to encompass women’s differences and gender diversity as a way forward for new cooperation and alliances within and beyond institutions to realize gender equality that intersects with climate change issues. However, more discussion and research is needed on how to build national gender governance and political mobilization for intersectionality to work at the national and local levels, beyond the global level of the UNFCCC.

        초등 교사가 인식하는 학교의 조직문화와 공동체성이 관계만족도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of organization culture and educational community on teachers perceived satisfaction with members like directors, young children, parents, and peer teachers. The subjects consisted of 148 elementary school teachers working in the P city and data were collected and analyzed by means of descriptive statistics, correlation, and multiple regression. As a result, teachers tend to perceive subcultures of school culture and educational culture as above average. And there were significant correlations between variables of organizational culture and relational satisfactions with members(r =.16~.88), between educational communality of the school and relational satisfactions with members(r =.58~.84). As a result of Regression analysis total explanation of the independent variables, excepting Rational culture on relational satisfactions with members was 92% and there were differences in the explanations in case of each members. Based on this, we discussed the leadership of the principal and the improvement of the sharing of core values between the organizational culture and the members of the school.
