The purpose of this study is to propose the Korean Policy to improve the Forms-Documents of Public Institutions. For this purpose, we conducted qualitative research by having written interviews with forty-three ``Chief Korean Language Officers`` at central administrative agencies. Through these processes, they suggested directions of Korean Policy in order to carry out The Chief Korean Language Officer System practically, and improve Korean Language ability of government officials. First, in the dimension of ``The Chief Korean Language Officer System``, they diagnosed problems of this system as formal and impractical conduction. In order to carry out this system practically, they suggested diverse opinions. The proposal of feasible policies based on the results from the survey are as follows. ① The expansion of Korean language education for chief Korean language officers. ② Materials must be made in the consideration of real works. ③ The guarantee office hours for Chief Korean Language Officers. ④ The adequate compensation. ⑤ The communication with Officers and the national institute of the Korean language. Second, in the dimension of ``Korean Language ability of government officials.``, they diagnosed that Korean Language ability of government officials is quite weak. In order to improve Korean Language ability of government officials, they suggested diverse opinions. The proposal of feasible policies based on the results from the survey are as follows. ① The expansion of Korean language education for government officials. ② Production and distribution of materials. ③ Assessment of Korean language ability and reflection results in personnel affairs. ④ Reform the exam for government officials.
