건설업체의 6시그마 적용 성과 분석에 관한 사Bll 연구 -S 건설업체를 중심으로-

본 연구는 6시그마 경영기법의 건설업에 대한 적용 성과를 분석하고자 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 S 건설업체의 조직 및 인력별 6시그마 적용 프로젝트의 품질비용을 분석하고, S 건설업체의 임직원들을 대상으로 6시그마 경영에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 위와 같은 목적과 방법에 따라 진행된 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. : 1) S 건설업체의 6시그마 경영기법의 도입은 03년과 04년에 걸쳐 258건의 프로젝트를 수행하면서 품질비용 절감효과를 발생시켰다. 또한, S 건설업체는 6시그마 적용 전 시그마 수준이 업무 분야별 평균 2.8이었으나, 적용 후 평균 3.6으로 향상되었다. 특히, 공사 관리 분야는 적용 전 1.3시그마에서 적용 후 2.6시그마로 매우 높은 향상율을 보였다. 2) 6시그마 경영활동에 대한 업무수행 기대성과에 관한 분석결과 대다수의 직원들은 6시그마 경영이 비용절감 효과가 있으며, 품질향상에 도움이 되는 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 그러나 현 시점은 S 건설업체에 있어 6시그마 경영기법의 도입 초기단계이므로 업무처리의 효율성에는 큰 효과를 보이지 않는 것으로 조사되었다. The object of this study is to present performance by applying six sigma quality management to a construction company. The research method involves to investigate and analyze data regarding six sigma projects in S construction company and a questionnaire survey from the personnel of the S construction company. The results of this study are as follows 1) S construction company utilized the six sigma quality management for 258 projects during the years of 2003 and 2004 and this bring the effect of cost reduction for quality. Moreover, before using the six sigma quality management, the average level of sigma in this company was around 2.8, after using this, the level increased to 3.6. Particularly, the construction management part, the level increased from 1.3 to 2.6.2) respondents recognize that quality management costs by applying six sigma is reduced. but there is only a little operational efficiency because it is In the early stage of applying six sigma quality management.
복합플랜트 고집적 배치를 위한 지하대공간 지지하중 해석

고도의 기술 및 시설이 집약된 복합플랜트 설치 지하대공간 건설을 위해서는 지반 조건 및 다양한 하중 조건에 따른 안정성 검토가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 유한요소해석을 활용하여 복합플랜트의 고집적 배치를 위한 지하대공간 설계에 활용할 수 있는 해석조건(설계조건)을 검토하였다. 지하대공간 상부하중 및 수평토압을 고려한 지하연속벽체 해석, 복합플랜트 하중 조건에 따른 기초 지반의 변위 및 응력변화 검토, 복합플랜트 지하 설치 시 공사기간 단축 및 공간 레이아웃 활용성을 높이며 플랜트 구조물의 안정성을 확보하기 위한 파이프랙 모듈 구조해석을 수행하였다. 다양한 해석결과를 바탕으로 상세설계 및 시공단계에서 고려해야 할 요소들을 검토하였다. 해석 결과를 통해 지하공간 연속벽체 원형배치가 사각배치 경우보다 수평 변위가 적게 나타남을 확인하였고, 복합플랜트 외부 프레임 하중지지 구조해석 결과 설계 안정성에 관한 시사점을 도출하였다. For the construction of a large underground space with a complex plant installed, it is necessary to analyze the stability considering the ground conditions and various load conditions. In this paper, finite element analysis was performed to analyze the support load that can be used in the design of a large underground space for high-density arrangement of complex plant. An analysis of underground continuous wall (D-wall) was performed considering the load and horizontal earth pressure in the large underground space. In addition, foundation ground analysis was carried out according to the load condition of the complex plant. In order to shorten the construction period, increase the space layout utilization, and secure the stability of the plant structure when installing the complex plant underground, the pipe rack module structure analysis was conducted. This study proposes a design and construction method for the optimal arrangement of underground complex plants using the analysis results.

■ Objectives The purpose of this case report is to show the effect of Traditional Korean Medicine(TKM) on a patient with poststroke urinary retention ■ Methods A stroke patient with urinary retention was treated with herbal medication(Paljungsan), acupuncture, electro-acupuncture and moxibustion. To evaluate the effect of TKM on post-stroke urinary retention, we observed voiding pattern and residual urine after voiding. ■ Results Maintenance of regular self voiding and decrease of residual urine after voiding were observed after the TKM treatment. ■ Conclusion This study showed the effect of TKM treatment on Urinary retention of stroke patient.

본 논문에서는 샘플링 주파수보다 더 높은 입력 대역폭을 얻기 위해서 개선된 부트스트래핑 기법을 적용한 l0b 150 MSample/s A/D를 제안한다. 제안하는 ADC는 다단 파이프라인 구조를 사용하였고, MDAC의 캐패시터 수를 $50\%$로 줄이는 병합 캐패시터 스위칭 기법을 적용하였으며, 저항 및 캐패시턴스의 부하를 고속에서 구동할 수 있는 기준 전류/전압 발생기와 고속 측정이 용이한 decimator를 온-칩으로 구현하였다. 제안하는 ADC 시제품은 0.18 um IP6M CMOS 공정을 이용하여 설계 및 제작되었고, 시제품 ADC의 측정된 DNL과 INL은 각각 $-0.56{\~}+0.69$ LSB, $-1.50{\~}+0.68$ LSB 수준을 보여준다. 또한, 시제품 측정결과 150 MSample/s 샘플링 주파수에서 52 dB의 SNDR을 얻을 수 있었고, 입/출력단의 패드를 제외한 시제품 칩 면적은 2.2 mm2 (= 1.4 mm ${\times}$ 1.6 mm)이며, 최대 동작 주파수인 150 MHz에서 측정된 전력 소모는 123 mW이다. This work describes a l0b 150 MSample/s CMOS pipelined A/D converter (ADC) based on advanced bootsuapping techniques for higher input bandwidth than a sampling rate. The proposed ADC adopts a typical multi-step pipelined architecture, employs the merged-capacitor switching technique which improves sampling rate and resolution reducing by $50\%$ the number of unit capacitors used in the multiplying digital-to-analog converter. On-chip current and voltage references for high-speed driving capability of R & C loads and on-chip decimator circuits for high-speed testability are implemented with on-chip decoupling capacitors. The proposed AU is fabricated in a 0.18 um 1P6M CMOS technology. The measured differential and integral nonlinearities are within $-0.56{\~}+0.69$ LSB and $-1.50{\~}+0.68$ LSB, respectively. The prototype ADC shows the signal-to-noise-and-distortion ratio (SNDR) of 52 dB at 150 MSample/s. The active chip area is 2.2 mm2 (= 1.4 mm ${\times}$ 1.6 mm) and the chip consumes 123 mW at 150 MSample/s.

■ Objectives The purpose of this study is to report on a case that showed improvement in type 2 diabetic patients by using herbal medicine, Yeoldahansotang-gami. ■ Methods Yeoldahansotang-gami was given to patients with type 2 diabetes for 71days. To evaluate the effect, blood glucose was measured 4 times a day. As measured blood sugar, the frequency of hyperglycemia, changes in fasting blood sugar, changes in postprandial blood sugar, and changes in glucose variability were analyzed. The patient's insulin injection dose change was observed, and HbA1c and glycated albumin were measured. Follow-up was performed for 7 months to observe whether the treatment effect was maintained. ■ Results During treatment, the patient's blood sugar control, glucose variability, and HbA1c were improved, and insulin injection dose was gradually reduced and stopped. HbA1c and glycated albumin levels maintained improvement without insulin injection during the follow-up period. ■ Conclusion This study showed the effect of yeoldahansotang-gami on type 2 diabetes patient.

Objectives: This study reports on two cases of the clinical application of traditional Korean medicine on stroke patients with hemi-spatial neglect.Methods: We applied several traditional Korean medicine treatments and then evaluated the patients’ symptoms with Albert’s test, the clock-drawing test (CDT), the Catherine Bergego scale (CBS), and the numeric rating scale (NRS).Results: The scores of all of the scales showed improvement. In case 1, the Albert’s test score decreased from 2.5% to 0%, the CDT score increased from 6 to 10, and the CBS score decreased from 16 to 11. In case 2, the Albert’s test score decreased from 5% to 2.5%, the CDT score increased from 3 to 6, and the CBS score decreased from 23 to 16.Conclusion: We found that acupuncture, moxibustion, herbal medicine, and physical therapy appeared to be effective treatments for hemi-spatial neglect in these two stroke patients.
