        계지반하생강탕 및 침구치료로 호전된 기능성 소화불량 환자의 치험 1례

        Objective: This case presents the effects of Gyejibanhasaenggang-tang, acupuncture, and moxibustion on functional dyspepsia.Method: A patient was treated with herbal medicine, acupuncture, and moxibustion. Functional dyspepsia-related quality of life (FD-QoL), the gastrointestinal symptom rating scale (GSRS), and the gastrointestinal scale (GIS) were assessed for evaluation.Results: Symptoms of functional dyspepsia improved after the 22 days of Gyejibanhasaenggang-tang treatment.Conclusion: This case suggests that the combination of Gyejibanhasaenggang-tang, acupuncture, and moxibustion could be effective in treating functional dyspepsia.

      • 유류에 오염된 아비류 (Loons)의 체내 조직 중 필수원소 농도

        Concentrations of four essential metals (Fe, Cu, Mn and Zn) were determined in apparently oil-polluted dead or near-dead three loon species collected in the Busan coast, Korea. Fe, Cu, Mn and Zn concentrations were generally high in liver, and also, Mn and Zn were high in bone. There were significant differences in some tissue concentrations of Fe, Cu, Mn and Zn among three species, but did not show any consistent evidence of species-specific accumulation. Mean concentration of Fe was 11,635$\pm$4010 $\mu$g/g, Cu 64.3$\pm$30.7 $\mu$g/g, Mn 13.1$\pm$2.32 $\mu$g/g, and Zn 121$\pm$24.8 $\mu$g/g in liver of all three species examined. Mn and Zn levels in this study were similar to those of normal loons and other seabirds reported from different countries. However, Fe and Cu liver levels were extraordinarily higher than those of reported. This result suggests that unusual accumulations of essential metals such as Fe and Cu may partially arise from long-term starvation due to oil pollution.

        시스템엔지니어링 기술 프로세스를 적용한 지속 가능 평가모델 설계 연구 : 모바일 산업 중심으로

        A study on the sustainability evaluation of the requirements of the mobile industry closely related to the human factor was needed. We conducted the sustainability evaluation of the mobile industry using a quantitative evaluation method with the AHP tool and a qualitative evaluation method reflecting the technological age flow of the philosophical thoughts to improve the reliability of the evaluation results of the model verification. And this evaluation is to evaluate the consistency of the connection between the national sustainability and the mobile industry. In order to draw the conclusion of the relevance, the team member Delphi 5-point scale was used. As a result, the priority was confirmed in the national sustainable development indicator and mobile industry indicator. Quantitative and qualitative evaluation was applied to the discontinued model of mobile to derive insufficient indicators, and it was confirmed that if the indicators were improved and reflected, it would be sustainable. And in order to secure reliability and accuracy, we made a proposal to apply the systems engineering process to the development of the model evaluation field. The systems engineering technology process meets the needs and requirements of stakeholders throughout the lifecycle and it is suitable for the development model of the industry's sustainability assessment.

        재발된 간헐외사시로 재수술한 환자의 임상분석

        Purpose: To analyze the clinical course and relationships between the factors and surgical outcomes after reoperation for recurrent intermittent exotropia. Methods: Surgical results were retrospectively investigated in 38 patients who had undergone reoperation at least 3 months after surgical correction. Recurrence was defined as an exodeviation of more than 10 prism diopters at the primary position. We investigated the recurrence rate according to the follow-up duration with survival analysis, and analyzed the relationships between the factors and surgical outcome. Results: The mean survival period was 22.7±20.2 months (range, 3 to 72 months). As the follow-up duration increased, the recurrence rate progressively increased. The hazard ratio for recurrence of a unilateral medial rectus resection as a reoperation was significantly higher than that for a unilateral lateral rectus recession and medial rectus resection (recession and resection)(p=0.021). After using unilateral recession and resection as the primary surgery, the hazard ratio for recurrence of unilateral recession and resection as a reoperation was not significantly different from that for unilateral lateral rectus recession (p=0.480). After a bilateral lateral rectus recession, the hazard ratio for recurrence of unilateral medial rectus resection was not significantly different from that for bilateral medial rectus resection (p=0.076). Conclusions: The surgical options for recurrent intermittent exotropia are contralateral recession and resection or contralateral lateral rectus recession. The procedure chosen depends on the operator`s preference after performing unilateral recession and resection as the primary surgery. After a bilateral lateral rectus recession, the hazard ratio for recurrence of unilateral medial rectus resection was not significantly higher than that for a bilateral medial rectus resection, but even so, a bilateral medial rectus resection may be more effective than unilateral medial rectus resection for recurrent intermittent exotropia.

        모바일산업 지속가능 시스템 평가모델 설계를 위한 인간시스템통합 (HSI) 방법론 연구

        The aim of this study is to propose the design suitable for sustainability evaluation model of the mobile industry considering system process (SEP). Although a quantitative evaluation was conducted on the link between the national sustainability report and the mobile industry, it was confirmed that it was difficult to identify stakeholders. So it is necessary to develop the design process suitable for the more operator-specific interfaces. The Human System Integration (HSI) methodology was proposed through linkage with work domain analysis. Agile methodology and Resilience engineering methodology were added for sustainable model design. The proposed sustainability system evaluation model is applied so that it can be easily used in all industries.

        흰쥐 대동맥 수축에 대한 xylamine의 억제효과

        The therapeutic efficacy of xylamine in the field of psychological medicine has been recognized for years and the drug is used to treat depression and some other conditions, but little is known about its mechanism of action on vascular system. Therefore, the present study was designed to investigate the influence of xylamine on the contractile responses of isolated rat thoracic arteries to phenylephrine(PE) and potassium chloride(KCl). Xylamine produced a concentration-dependent relaxation in PE-precontracted endothelium intact(+E) rat aortic rings, but not in a KCl-precontracted aortic rings. Also, xylamine inhibited the PE-induced contraction in concentration-dependent manner, but not in the high KCl-induced contraction in +E rings. This concentration-dependent inhibition was suppressed by the removal of the endothelium (-E). The inhibitory effects of xylamine($0.3{\mu}M$) on the PE-induced contractions were suppressed by N(G)-nitro-L-arginine(L-NNA), N(omega)-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester(L-NAME), aminoguanidine, dexamethasone, methylene blue, 1H-[1,2,4]oxadiazolo [4,3-a]quinoxalin-1-one(ODQ), indomethacin, ryanodine, tetrabutylammonium(TBA), lidocaine, procaine and 0 mM extracellular $Na^+$, but not by 2-nitro-4-carboxyphenyl-n,n-diphenylcarbamate(NCDC), lithium, nifedipine, verapamil, 0 mM extracellular $Ca^{2+}$, glibenclamide and clotrimazole. These findings suggest that xylamine could act as a vasorelaxant and direct inhibitor of arterial contraction. This vasorelaxation involves an endothelial nitric oxide (NO)/cGMP (guanosine 3',5'-cyclic monophosphate) pathway or cyclooxygenase system, and an interference with $Ca^{2+}$ release, TBA-sensitive $Ca^{2+}$-activated $K^+$ channels and $Na^+$$ channels.

        흰쥐 대동맥에서 phospholipase C를 경유한 melatonin의 혈관 이완 작용

        Melatonin, the principal hormone of the vertebral pineal gland, participates in the regulation of cardiovascular system in vitro and in vivo. However, the effects of melatonin on vascular tissues are still vague. The aim of this study was to assess the relationship between phospholipase C (PLC) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS)/cyclic guanosine 3',5'-monophosphate (cGMP) signaling cascade in the relaxatory action of melatonin in isolated rat aorta. Melatonin induced a concentration-dependent relaxation in phenylephrine (PE)- and KCl-precontracted endothelium intact (+E) aortic rings. In KCl-precontracted +E aortic rings, the melatonin-induced vasorelaxation was not inhibited by endothelium removal or by pretreatment with NOS inhibitors, L-$N^G$-nitor-arginine (L-NNA) and L-$N^G$-nitor-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME), guanylate cyclase (GC) inhibitors, methylene blue (MB) and 1H-[1,2,4] oxadiazolo-[4,3-a] quinoxalin-1-one (ODQ). In PE-precontracted +E aortic rings, the melatonin-induced vasorelaxation was inhibited by endothelium removal or by pretreatment with L-NNA, L-NAME, MB, ODQ and 2-nitro-4-carboxyphenyl-n,n-diphenylcarbamate (NCDC). Moreover, in without endothelium (-E) aortic rings and in the presence of L-NNA, L-NAME, MB and ODQ in +E aortic rings, the melatonin-induced residual relaxations and residual contractile responses to PE were not affected by NCDC, a PLC inhibitor. It is concluded that melatonin can evoke vasorelaxation due to inhibition of PLC pathway through the protein kinase G activation of endothelial NOS/cGMP signaling cascade.

        회로 분할 문제에 있어서 서열화는 k분 분할의 좋은 해를 얻는 방법으로 사용되어 왔다. 서열화는 구획화 과정을 거쳐 클러스터를 구성함으로서 분할이 완료된다. 본 논문에서는 이렇게 구성된 클러스터를 재비치하여 다시 구획함으로서 향상된 해를 얻는 알고리즘을 제시하였으며, 이를 여러 가지 대상회로에 대해 실험하여 향상된 결과를 얻었다. In circuit partitioning problem, work on vertex ordering have used to get good results for k-way partitioning. Body of work constructs a partitioning by first consturcting a vertex ordering, then splitting it. We present a re-placement algorithm for enhanced results by replacing and splitting the cllusters repeatedly. Experimental results on several circuits show that our approach achieves enhancement.

        수직근 수술 후 수평 사시각의 변화

        Purpose: To investigate the change of horizontal deviation after recession or resection of vertical rectus. Methods: Retrospective analysis of patients who underwent recession or resection of the vertical rectus to correct vertical strabismus or dissociated vertical deviation from January 1997 to December 2001. Results: Of 39 patients who underwent superior rectus recession, 14 showed exodeviation, 18 esodeviation and 7 no change compared to preoperative horizontal deviation. The mean change was 0.4 prism diopter esodeviation, which was not statistically significant(paired t-test, p=0.96). Nor was there any significant change of horizontal deviation after inferior rectus recession or resection(paired t-test, p=0.95). Conclusions: Recession or resection of the vertical rectus did not influence horizontal deviation significantly.

        Unusual Anterior Arch Fracture of C1 - 증 례 보 고 -

        Fractures of C1 are not uncommon, constituting only 10% of all cervical spine injuries. There is a high prevalence of concomitant fractures of the second and first cervical vertebral complex. Surgical treatment is controversal. Mainstay of treatment is various combination of traction and cervical orthosis according to degree of displacement and location of fracture. We experienced unusual type of fracture, anterior arch fracture of C1 who had a history of total laminectomy of C1,2 due to cervical cord tumor(neurilemmoma arising from C2 root). We performed C1,2 lateral mass screw fixation with posterior fusion with good postoperative outcome.
