칸디다뇨증 환자에 있어서 칸디다혈증 동반과 관련된 위험인자 분석

Background : The early diagnosis of candidemia is critical for the management. The candidemia is known to be associated with 10% of candiduria. But the risk factors in patients with candiduria who are associated with candidemia are not known. We analyzed the risk factors in patients with candiduria who are associated with candidemia. Methods : We retrospectively reviewed 164 patients with candiduria in Yonsei Medical Center from January 1998 to December 1998. Candiduria patients were divided into two groups. Candiduria patients without candidemia (Group 1 , 147 patients) and candiduria patients with candidemia (Group 2 , 17 patients). Results : 1) The mean age of the patients were 57.5 years in group 1 and 62.5 years in group 2. There were no significant differences in the sex ratio between the two groups. 2) Central venous catheter insertion (53%, 100% in group 1 , 2 ), hypotension (14%, 59% in group 1, 2), other associated infections (64%, 100% in group 1, 2), intensive care (41, 76% in group 1, 2) and fever (46%, 82% in group 1, 2) were the very significant risk factors in patients with candiduria who were associated with candidemia. 3) Urinary tract procedure (11%, 88% in group 1, 2), urinary catheter insertion (63%, 94% in group 1, 2), thrombocytopenia (17%, 41% in group 1, 2) and DM (8%, 24% in group 1, 2) were the significant risk factors of candidemia. 4) Candida colony count (cfu/mL) of urine culture was not a significant risk factor 5 ) Mortality rate (27%, 59% in group 1, 2) was significantly high in patients with candidemia. Conclusion : Central venous catheter insertion , hypotension , other associated infections , intensive care and fever were the very significant risk factors of candidemia in patients with candiduria. For the Government Funding Service, industrial classification to matching the Korea Standard Industrial Classification is necessary process for the business evaluation considering variety of corporate information and products. However, each evaluator`s results sometimes differed because of different views and absence of definite standard. This paper analyzed survey statistics of any employee of the evaluation and introduces efficient industry classification way which one of important process in the business evaluation.
Zigzag 패턴에서 공구경로 길이 최소화를 위한 가공방향 결정방법

Zigzag 밀링 가공에서 중요한 문제라 할 수 있는 것이 절삭시간을 최소화하는 것이다. 이러한 절삭시간을 최소화하기 위한 주요 변수들 중에 하나가 바로 공구경로의 길이이다. 본 연구에서는 island를 포함하는 convex 혹은 concave 다각형 형상에 대해서 공구경로의 길이를 최소화할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 제시하고자 하는 새로운 방법의 주요 요소로써 2가지를 고려하였는데, 하나는 step-over이며, 다른 하나는 공구후퇴이다. Step-over는 다각형 형상을 가공하기 위해 형상의 경계가 되는 변을 따라 진행되는 공구경로를 의미하고, 공구후퇴는 형상물 내에게 가공되지 않고 남아 있는 잔여 영역을 가공하기 위해 공구가 이동하는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 다각형 형상의 가공방향을 결정하기 위해 straight skeleton 생성방법을 적용하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제시한 방법에 따라 가공방향을 결정함으로써 island를 포함하는 convex 혹은 concave 다각형 형상에 대해 절삭시간을 최소화할 수 있는 공구경로를 생성할 수 있을 것이다. In the zigzag pattern milling, an important issue is to design a machining strategy which minimizes the cutting time. An important variable for minimization of cutting time is the tool path length. In this paper, we propose a new method which minimizes the tool path length in a convex or concave polygonal shape including islands. For the minimization of tool path length, we consider two factors such as step-over and tool retraction. Step-over is defined as the length of parallel to boundary edges for machining area and tool retraction is non-cutting path for machining remained regions. In algorithms, we apply the straight skeleton to determine cutting direction in polygonal shape. Following proposed methods, It is able to efficiently generate tool path for minimization of cutting time in convex or concave polygonal shapes including islands.
