        Alteration of Bile Acid Transporter Expression in Patients with Early Cholestasis Following Living Donor Liver Transplantation

        Background : Intrahepatic cholestasis can occur early after living donor liver transplantation (LDLT). We investigated the changes in the expressions of the bile acid transporters and the liver histology in the patients who suffered with early cholestasis (EC) following LDLT. Methods : The histological differences between 15 graft livers with EC after LDLT and 5 graft livers with biliary stricture following LDLT were evaluated. The hepatic mRNA levels of the bile canaliculi transporters (BSEP, MRP2, MRP3, MDR1, MDR3, NTCP) in 40 (20 graft livers, 20 matched donor livers) liver biopsy tissues were analyzed by performing real-time reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results : Microscopic examination revealed hepatocellular and/or bile canalicular cholestasis around acinar zone 3 in the livers of the patients with EC. In the livers with biliary stricture, the cholestasis was dominantly observed in the hepatocytic cytoplasm and in the bile ductules around the portal area rather than around acinar zone 3. The BSEP and MRP2 mRNA levels in the EC livers were significantly reduced by 44% and 23%, respectively (p=0.000), compared to the matched donor livers. The levels of MDR3 and NTCP mRNA in the EC livers increased by 738% (p=0.000) and 281% (p<0.01), respectively. The change of the expressions of the bile acid transporters in the patients with biliary stricture was less significant than that in the EC group. Conclusions : These results suggest that the altered expressions of the bile acid transporters may play a role in the pathogenesis of EC following LDLT.         진로체험 만족도와 전공만족도에 따른 대학생 군집별 진로준비행동의 차이

        The purpose of this study is examine the cluster types based on the satisfaction of career experience’s in high school and major satisfaction in college that would be predicting different degree of career preparation behaviors and demographic characteristics. For this study, a survey was conducted with college students and cluster analysis was carried out for a total of 351 participated students. Results of this study were as follows: Four clusters were suggested that is characterized by the satisfaction of career experience’s in high school and major satisfaction in college. First cluster is named ‘low satisfaction of career experience’s and low major satisfaction group’, second cluster is ‘low satisfaction of career experience’s group’, third cluster is ‘average level of career experience’s and major satisfaction group’ and fourth cluster is ‘high satisfaction of career experience’s and high major satisfaction group’. The fourth cluster is more meaningful in the level of career preparation behaviors than any other clusters. From these results, it is presented in the importance of this study and proposed for the necessary to further study. 본 연구에서는 대학생의 진로준비행동을 설명하는 변인 중 진로체험 만족도와 전공만족도에 초점을 두고, 두 변인에 의해 대학생 군집이 존재하는지, 군집별로 진로준비행동에 차이가 있는지 탐구하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기, 전북, 전남, 충남 소재 4년제 대학생 351명(남 144명, 여, 207명)을 대상으로 고교시절 진로체험활동 및 그에 대한 만족도와 현재의 전공만족도, 진로준비행동 설문 조사를 실시하고, 그 결과를 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로체험 만족도와 전공만족도에 따라 낮은 진로체험 만족과 낮은 전공만족 집단, 낮은 진로체험 만족 집단, 평균수준 진로체험과 전공만족 집단, 높은 진로체험 만족과 높은 전공만족 집단인 4군집이 존재하였다. 둘째, 군집별 진로준비행동에 차이가 있는지 확인한 결과, 높은 진로체험 만족과 높은 전공만족 집단이 다른 군집에 비해 진로준비행동이 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 후속 연구에 대한 필요성을 제언하였다.

        장기간~Furosemide를 복용한 환자에서 신석회화를 동반한 급성 간질성 신염 1예

        Drug-induced acute interstitial nephritis is characterized by renal interstitial inflammatory cell infiltration and commonly presents as acute renal failure. This is caused mainly by methicillin, non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs, sulfonamide diuretics such as thiazide, but cases induced by furosemide are rare. We report a patient with acute interstitial nephritis causing reversible acute renal failure and dermatitis while she was taking furosemide. A 37-year old woman was referred to our hospital because of generalized skin rash and non-oliguric acute renal failure. She had peripheral eosinophilia (1,577/mm3) and serum creatinine level of 6.8mg/dL. Skin biopsy showed leukoclastic vasculitis and percutaneous renal biopsy showed severe interstitial infiltration of lymph ocyte and mild interstitial fibrosis with focal tubular atrophy. After withdrawal of furosemide, renal function and skin lesions were completely recovered.

        디지털 X선 검출리 개발을 위한 몬테카를로 전산모사

        The aim of this paper is to unders-tand the properties of the physical processes produced by X-rays in amorphous selenium. For this purpose, we performed simulations on amorphous selenium based on physical processes (mainly, the creation of electron-hole pairs). We developed a Monte-Carlo simulation code in order to investigate Compton scattering, Rayleigh scattering and the photoelectric effect in a-Se conversion layer. We investigated the change in the absorption rate of photons for various X-ray energies. 비정질 셀레늄(a-Se)을 기반으로 하는 직접변환방식 디지털 방사선 검출기 개발하는데 있어서 a-Se내에서 X선이 검출되는 물리적 현상(주로 전자-정공 생성)을 몬테카를로(Monte Carlo)전산모사를 통하여 연구했다. 이를 위해 X선 산란(Compton, Rayleigh scattering), 광전효과(Photoelectric effect)에 대하여 코드를 개발하여 전산모사 했으며, X선 에너지에 따라 광자의 흡수정도가 어떻게 변화하는지 고찰하였다.

        ‘지식의 깊이’ 관점에서의 고등학교 『문학』 교과서 고전시가 학습활동 분석 연구

        This study analyzed the literature history unit in high school literature textbooks, specifically examining learning activities related to classical poetry, using Webbs’ depth of knowledge (DOK) model, which categorizes cognitive complexity into four levels. Quantitative analysis revealed a lower quantity of learning activities at DOK levels 1 and 4 compared to levels 2 and 3. Qualitative analysis showed a gap between the intended and actual performance of learners in terms of the depth of knowledge. Insufficient or excessive provision of contextual information hindered learners from reaching the intended high-level DOK, and the limited quantity of DOK 4 activities presented challenges. To address this, this paper proposes a stepwise design based on the depth of knowledge, expanded activities aligned with achievement criteria, and the organization of contextual information in learning activities considering cognitive levels. Future research on learner responses, teacher perceptions, and required levels of cognition will extend practical discourse.
