The purpose of this study was to research the effects of the athletic experience and inter-stimulus intervals on the psychological refractory period. The subjects were 16 female athletes of a girls' middle school and 16 non-athletes who volunteered this experiment. The experimental apparatus was a multi-purpose reaction timer developed by Lee Kang-hun. The primary task(task 1) was two choice-reaction and the secondary task(task 2) was pushing a button. A 2×3{athletic experience×inter stimulus interval) two-way mixed design was used for this study. Dependent variables were RT1(the reaction time for task 1), RT2(the reaction time for task 2) and inter-reaction interval. As a result of 2-way ANOVA with repeated measure and contrast test for measurement, we gained the following conclusions. 1. RT1 has no difference between the experience of athlete and inter-stimulus intervals. 2. RT2 was shorter in athletes than in non-athletes. As the inter-stimulus intervals got longer, RT2 got shorter. 3. CRT2 was shorter in athletes than in non-athletes. 4. IRI was no difference between athletes and non-athletes, but increased as the inter-stimulus intervals got longer.
CMOS 기술을 이용한 8-bit x 8-bit 2의 보수 병렬 승산기

In this paper we describe a 8-bit s 8-bit 2's complement parallel multiplier using CMOS technology. Multiplication is frequently the speed--limiting function in many digital signal processing chips. Therefore ahigh-speed multiplier can greatly improve the throughput and the bandwidth of mangy digital systems, like Fourier transform processors and digital filters. The multiplier in this paper implements 2's complement multiplication by the Baugh and Wooley's algorithm, in which all the partial product bit are made positive. The layout has a highly modular structure and has been designed using the 3-㎛ CMOS polysilicon gate technology. The simulation is performed using the circuit simulator SPICE and the logic simulator EDAS-P.

In order to evaluate clinical utilities of Tc-99m MIBI dipyridamole stress myocardial SPECT in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD), we compaired tomographic and polar map images of Tc-99m MIBI myocardial SPECT with the results of coronary angiography in 25 patients with CAD (myocardial infarction 13,angina pectoris 12) in Chungnam National University Hospital from Oct. 1991 to Oct 1993. Percutaneous transcoronary angioplasty (PTCA) was done in three patients of 25 CAD patients and follow up SPECT studies were done in same three patients within 2 months after PTCA. The results were as follows : 1. Mean age of patients was 57.4 years. Man was 2.7 times more than woman. 2. Sensitivity and specificity of Tc-99m MIBI myocardial SPECT for the detection of coronary artery stenosis in patients with myocardial infarction were 92.7 % anf 85 %, respectively. 3. Sensitivity and specificity of Tc-99m MIBI myocardial SPECT for the detection of coronary artery stenosis in patients with angina pectoris were 100 % and 67 %, respectively. 4. After PTCA size of perfusion defects in stress SPELT images was decreased in all three patients . With the results above,we thought that Tc-99m MIBI myocardial SPECT is useful noninvasive method to detect stenosed coronary artery in patients with CAD and it can be used as a method to evaluate the result of PTCA.

Nowadays, Wireless Communication has been widely researched. Compared with other technologies, More investment and development for new Wireless one are preceeding. To apply this kind of new technology in another part, we need more inexpensive equipment, but wireless equipment is generally so expensive that we can't manage easily. Especially, Wireless Modem made in ASIC chip which we can't change any more. Therefore we will use DSP chip that programmable wireless modem is possible. Using this programmable modem we are more easily to mange wireless modem and results in several part of commercial products.
낭종 적출후 악골 결손부 치유에 관한 동종골 이식 효과에 관한 연구

This study was aimed to suggest to better treatment method of jaw cyst that the maximum diameter was wider than 3cm, using different treatment and clinical and radiographic result. We divided the 60 patients into three groups, group A(20 patients) were treated with cyst enucleation and Decalcified Freeze-Dried Allogeneic Bone(DFDB) graft, group B(20 patients) were treated with cyst enucleation and autogenous bone graft, group C(20 patients) were treated with only cyst enucleation. Each group was evaluated with panramic radiograph and clinical sign & symptom at pre-op and post-op(immediate, 6, 12, 24, 36 month). Bone density was evaluated with disital densitometer. The result was as follows : 1. Post-Op infection was higher in group C(4 pts.) than in group A(1 pt.) and B(1 pt.) 2. Post-Op gingival recession was higher in group C(3 Pts.) than in group A(1 pt.) and B(1 pt.) 3. Anatomic distortion was higher in group C(3 Pt.) than in group A(1 Pt.), and B(1 pt.) 4. reoperation was done in two patients who were in group C 5. There were donor site morbidity in two patients 6. there was no significant difference between group A and B in their bony density in their follow up period(p>0.05). 7. There were significant differences between group A, B and group C in their bony density until post-op 24 months but a little differences at post-op 36 months(P<0.01)

It is known that the normal His-Purkinje system provides for nearly synchronous activation of the right and left ventricles. When this His-Purkinje conduction is abnormal, the resulting sequence of the both ventricular contraction should be changed. These abnormal mechanical consequences resulting from abnormal conduction system have been difficult to demonstrate because these are very rapid and complex. We evaluate the phase angle analysis using radionuclide gated blood pool scan(GBP) as a quantitative method which can determine the asynchronous contraction of left ventricule in patients with complete left bundle branch block(C-LBBB, 20 cases) and complete right bundle branch block(C-RBBB, 15 cases). The results as follows : 1) The ejection fractions, peak ejection rates, in GBP were significantly decraesed in patients with C-LBBB compared with controls(10 cases, 70± 4.2 vs 44± 13.9%, 3.51± 0.62 vs 2.48± 0.98, p<0.05 by t-test respectively). The peak filling rates were also decreased in patients with C-LBBB(3.38± 0.92 vs 1.76± 0.71, 1A.05). 2) In the phase angle analysis, the standard deviations and the width of half maximum of phase angle were significantly increased in patients with C-LBBB(8.6± 1.8 vs 20.6± 18.1, 16.0± 3.9 vs 22.5± 9.2, p<0.05 by t-test respectively). And the ranges of phase angle were also increased in C-LBBB(51.3± 5.4 vs 95.7± 31.7, p<0.05). 3) But there were no significant differences in GBP and phase angle analysis between patients with C-RBBB and controls. As the results above, it can be concluded that the phase angle analysis can provide an accurate noninvasive method to detect the asynchronous contraction in patients with abnormal intraventricular electrical activation.

Postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) is one of the most difficult pain syndromes to treat. Invasive treatments may be considered when patients fail to obtain adequate pain relief from noninvasive treatment approaches. Here, we present three cases of PHN in the mandibular branch treated with ultrasound-assisted mental nerve block and pulsed radiofrequency treatment. None of the patients had adequate pain relief from the medical therapy, so we performed the mental nerve block on the affected side under ultrasound assistance. Two patients showed satisfactory pain relief continuously over 12 months without any further interventions, whereas one patient only had short-term pain relief. For the patient had short-term pain relief we performed pulsed radiofrequency treatment (PRFT) on the left mental nerve under ultrasound assistance. After PRFT, the patient had adequate pain relief for 6 months and there was no need for further management.
Two Types of Korean and Japanese Multiple Negative Sensitive Item Constructions

The main purpose of this paper is to examine the syntactic and semantic differences in two types of multiple negative sensitive item constructions which include pakkey (shika) ‘only’ and Indeterminate-to (mo) in Korean and Japanese. The arguments of this paper are as follows: (i) Two types of MNCs with pakkey (shika) and Indeterminate-to (mo) exist and their syntactic structures are different. (ii) For the first type of MNC, pakkey (shika) and Indeterminate-to (mo) form a single constituent, which we define as a single constituency hypothesis. (iii) For the second type of MNC, pakkey (shika) and Indeterminate-to (mo) form not a single constituent but a different one, which we call the base-generation hypothesis.

Background: This study aimed to investigate the clinical effectiveness of treatment of Korean medicine on superior labrum anterior to posterior (SLAP) lesions. Methods: A total of 55 inpatients diagnosed with SLAP lesions by magnetic resonance imaging, were investigated from May 1<sup>st</sup>, 2014 to May 31<sup>st</sup>, 2019 at Haeundae Jaseng Hospital of Korean Medicine. The patients were sorted by gender, age, causing factor, illness duration, period of hospitalization, SLAP lesion type, complications, and treatments. Treatments included acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, Chuna therapy, herbal treatment, and physiotherapy. After treatment, the Numeric Rating Scale, Shoulder Pain and Disability Index, and European Quality of Life 5-Dimension questionnaire were used to evaluate treatment effect. Results: There were more males than females in this study (1:0.83). Patients were more likely to be in their 50s (38.18%), have an unknown etiology (70.91%), and be in the subacute disease stage (41.82%). According to the SLAP lesion type, most of the inpatients had Type 2 lesions (69.09%). For inpatients diagnosed with SLAP lesions, the mean shoulder numeric rating scale score decreased from 5.55 ± 0.90, to 4.07 ± 1.18 (p < 0.001), the mean Shoulder Pain and Disability Index score decreased from 50.35 ± 18.36, to 39.90 ± 19.34 (p < 0.001), and the mean European quality of life 5-dimension index increased from 0.70 ± 0.16, to 0.75 ± 0.13 (p < 0.01) after treatment. Conclusion: Treatment of Korean medicine effectively decreased pain and increased the quality of life of the patients with SLAP lesions in this study.
Determination of the Continuous Cooling Transformation Diagram of a High Strength Low Alloyed Steel

The continuous cooling transformation diagram of a high strength low alloyed steel was determined by adilatometer and microscopic analysis (OM, SEM) as well as thermodynamic analysis. As expected, Widmanstättenferrite, bainite and martensite coexisted for most cooling rates, which made it difficult to determinethe transformation kinetics of individual phases. However, peaks were clearly observed in the dilatometriccurves. By overlapping the curves, which were determined using various cooling rates, peakswere separated and the peak rate temperatures, as well as the temperature at the start of transformation (5%) andthe end of transformation (95%) of an individual phase, were determined. A SEM analysis was also conducted toidentify which phase existed and to quantify the volume fraction of each phase. It was confirmed that theadditional curve analysis described the transformation behavior more precisely than the conventionalcontinuous cooling transformation diagram, as determined by the volume measured from the microstructureanalysis.
