박정희 시대의 정치와 언어

본 논문은 박정희가 언어를 사용한 방식이 그의 권력 행사와 어떤 관계가 있었는지, 나아가 한국 사회에 어떤 유산을 남겼는지를 검토하려는 시도이다. 그가 즐겨 사용했던 구호들은 조국 근대화, 민족주의, 지도자와 민주주의, 동원의 언어와 위기의식으로 요약되는데, 특히 민족, 민주 등의 단어에 그가 부여한 의미는 매우 독특하게 주관적이어서 통상적인 의미로부터 멀리 떨어져 있거나 심지어 모순을 일으키는 경우도 적지 않다. 그러나 박정희 자신의 내면에서는 경제성장을 통한 국난극복이라는 지상과제에 도움이 되기만 한다면 단어의 의미나 논리적 모순은 언제든 권력을 통해 억압될 수 있는 것이었다. 아울러 그는 장기간의 집권을 통해서 자신이 독점적으로 창출한 언어의 의미를 통상적 의미의 일부로 편입시키기까지 했다. 박정희의 언어는 국난기를 빌미로 정당화될 수 있었던 것이지만, 그렇기 때문에 국난이 극복되는 순간부터 해체의 필요성이 절실하게 부각되는 아이러니를 안고 있다. 진실에 대한 감수성 위축, 정치적 문법의 균열, 위기 프레임 등은 박정희 시대가 남긴 유산으로서, 풍요로운 사회의 문턱에 서있는 한국 사회가 극복해야 할 과제에 해당한다. This paper is an attempt to examines what role Park Chung-hee's political language playeds in his exercising towards his exercise of power. His political language can be represented by slogans that are used to mobilize people through appeals to industrialization, modernization, nationalism, ""democracy"" under strong leadership, and national crisis. But what he meant by nationalism and democracy was so idiosyncratic in view of the meanings of the terms that were in general had been generally in use among the Korean people that many opponents found his use of language hypocritical. Yet in his own cognitive structure, the correct meaning of words or logical consistency were (Ed- alternatively ""the correct meaning of words and logical consistency were"") matters that could be repressed with power as long as economic development to overcome national crisis was to be achieved improved in the meantime. Moreover, the meanings in which he used the terms such as like nation and democracy came by frequent usages to be incorporated find themselves among the diverse elements that which would constitute the terms' legitimate meaning in general. As Park's language was to be justified as a means overcoming national crisis, so was to be dissolved after the crisis is over. Korean society inherited The the contraction of truth-sensitivity, the grammatical cleavage of political language, and the crisis-driven frame of reference are what the Korean Society inherited from Park's political language and these aspects of political language have to be dealt has to deal with from now on.

METRx™ 기구를 이용한 후방 경추부 추궁추간공 제거술의 예비 결과

Objectives: Posterior cervical microscopic laminoforaminotomy has been a preferred procedure for a posterolateral cervical disc or foraminal stenosis. However, neckpain from wide skin incision and muscle injury are some of disadvantages. The authors performed cervical microscopic laminoforaminotomy with METRx™ tubular dilator system and were compared the results with classical cervical microscopic foraminotomy. Methods: Six patients underwent posterior cervical microscopic laminoforaminotomy using the METRx™ during 6 months. We have selected 10 patients from our institution as a comparison group. Preoperative and postoperative pain score composed of the radicular and neck component was examined and disability score also recorded. Diameters and lengths of laminoforaminotomy on the postoperative CT also were compared with two methods Results: Postoperative pain scores to the radiculopathies were not different but postoperative pain scores to the neckpain on the follow up periods were significantly different. The average vertical and transverse diameters of the laminoforaminotomy defect on the postoperative CT scans were not different between two groups. Average hospital stay of the classical methods was 8.8±7.5 days comparison with 4.5±0.54days of new procedure. Conclusions: Posterior cervical microscopic laminoforaminotomy with METRx™ systems seems to provide similar decompression and clinical results as classical methods compared to classical methods and shows superior results for postoperative neckpain and hospital stays.

수질 및 토양오염 모니터링 결과를 이용한 카드뮴의 환경위해성 평가

Environmental risk assessment of cadmium compounds was conducted using national monitoring data a aquatic and terrestrial compartments of local area. Aquatic and terrestrial toxicities of cadmium compounds on algae, daphnid, fish, earthworm, springtails and other species were evaluated. The toxicity data evaluated in this study were mainly from ECOTOX database provided by US EPA. Assessment factors were determined according to the EU technical guidance document and/or OECD proposal. Predicted no effect concentration (PNEC) values of aquatic and terrestrial toxicity were 2.5㎍/L and 0.2mg/kg, respectively and they were compared with cadmium exposure data of several local areas, which were used a spredicted exposure concentration(PEC) values. Most of the local area were found to be not risky. However, the risk values(PEC/PNEC) of some metropolitan areas were greater than 1 when the most conservative PNEC value wes applied.

Recently, GPS-aided aerial triangulation becomes a standard technique for topographic mapping. The main reason for wide spreading of combined bundle adjustment with GPS is the cost savings through considerably reduction of ground control points without loss of accuracy in comparison with conventional method. Another advantage of GPS-Photogrammetry is the real time flight navigation which enables to conduct the preplanned overlap and exposure time exactly. The combined bundle block adjustment with projection center coordinates determined by kinematic DGPS-positioning has reached a high level of accuracy. Standard deviations of the ground coordinates of ±10cm or even better can be reached. On this accuracy level also smaller error components are becoming more important. One major point of this is the interpolation of the projection centers as a function of time between the GPS-antenna locations. As a result of introducing DGPS-data into the block adjustment instead of ground control points, with only the control points located at both ends of blocks, it was possible to get same levels of accuracy as that of conventional block adjustment that needs a few control points. In case that the geometry of block is good, with one control point or without control points it was possible to adjust, but at least four control points were necessary to correct the errors remained in the kinematic positions effectively.

Although it is suggested that risk-based management plan is needed to manage air pollution effectively, we have no resources enough to evaluate all aspects of substances and set priorities. So we need to develop a logical and easy risk-based priority setting method. However, it is impossible that only on generic system that is consistent with all the use is developed. In this study, we proposed a human health risk based priority-setting method for hazardous air pollutants, and ranked priorities for this method. First of all, after investigating previous chemical ranking and scoring systems, we chose appropriate indicators and logics to goal of this study and made a chemical priority ranking method using these. As results, final scores in priority ranking method were derived for 25 substances, and ethylene oxide, acrylonitrile and vinyl chloride were included in high ranks. In addition, same substances were highly ranked when using default values like when using no default, but the scores of hydrofluoric acid and cyan and compounds were sensitive to default values. This study could be important that priorities were set including toxicity type and quality and local inherent exposure conditions and we can set area-specific management guidelines and survey plans as a screening tool.

It is important to design a pump suction sump with proper dimensions and configuration which will greatly influence the pump performance. This study was carried out to examine pump performance caused by vortex phenomenon and to research relation between critical submergence and width of suction sump, bell to bottom clearance, bell to rear wall clearance and suction bell outer diameter. The results obtained by this experiment are as follows. Sc is decreased with the increase of suction sump width x, and though the variation of Sc with variation Y is not clearly observed, in general, Sc tends to decrease with the increase of Y. Sc is increased with increase of Z and velocity, but Sc is decreased with the increase of D.

BJHDT exmcb inhibited CAM angiogenesis up to 40%. 6. BIHDT extracb prolonged life span of ICR mice bearing S-180 sarcoma cells up to 127.1%. 7. In FACS analysis, the population of helper T cell and tended to increase. 8. Pmliferatbn rate of splenoeyte WBS inneased at 0.5mglml or more in a dase dependent fashim as compared with Control. These resulb suggested that BIHDT exham might k usefully applied for treatment of cancer and also it was necessary m do more studies about its mechanisms.

O-(tert-Butyldiphenylsilyl)-cis-5-methyl-4-hepten-6-yn-1-ol, an intermediate in the synthesis of taxol, was efficiently synthesized from 3-methyl-2-penten-4-yn-1-ol by sequential alcohol/bromide interchange [NBS, PPh₃, CH₂Cl₂-30.℃, 82%], displacement with the lithium salt of tert-butylacetate [LDA, THF, -78 to 23℃, 84%], LAH reduction, and silylation [tBuPhSiCl, imidazole, CH₂Cl₂, 45℃, 88%]
