군조직에서의 조직정치지각이 구성원의 태도 및 행동에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 조직구성원 개인의 정치지각에 초점을 맞추어 조직내 정치행위에 대한 구성원의 인식이 개인의 직무태도 및 행동과 어떠한 관련성을 갖고 있는지를 실증분석함으로써 조직정치 현상에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓히는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 조직정치에 대한 선행연구들을 토대로 연구모델 및 가설을 도출하였으며, 전국 51개 육군 부대에 근무하는 초급간부 이상을 대상으로 실증분석을 하였다. 분석결과 구성원들의 조직내 정치행위에 대한 지각은 직무만족, 조직몰입, 조직시민행동에 부적(-)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 본 연구의 시사점과 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다. By focusing on the political perception of individual members of the organization from a microscopic level, this research sets out to grasp the organizational. The attempts to heighten the understanding of organizational politics, particularly as to the way organizational political perception influence the job attitude and behavior of members of the organization, by examination through empirical analysis. As to the research method for this study, it examines the conceptional understanding of organizational politics along with existing theories, prior research and prior models on the perception of organizational politics. Empirical analysis concerning the three hypothesis of the research, is carried out based upon returned questionnaires. The subjects of the survey were more than sergeant executive of 51 units R.O.K Army. Out of the 350 copies of the questionnaire, 323 copies were returned of which 294 were used for analysis. Important findings from the survey may be summarized as follows. The the perception of the organizational politics of members becomes much higher, the other side, the job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior becomes much lower. The perception of the organizational politics that is one factor of organizational stress in members are the job satisfaction becomes lower, such as organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. The implications of these findings are discussed.

기판온도 및 산소 분위기 가스에 따른 IGZO 투명전도성박막의 구조적 및 전기적 특성

We have investigated the effect of the substrate temperature and oxygen flow rate on the characteristics of IGZO thin films for the TCO (transparent conducting oxide). For this purpose, IGZO thin films were deposited by RF magnetron sputtering at room temperature and 300oC with various O2 flow rate. Experiments were carried out while varying the oxygen gas flow rate from 0sccm to 1.0sccm to see how the oxygen gas affects the IGZO thin films. IGZO thin films deposited at room temperature and 300oC showed amorphous. The lowest resistivity value was 2125x10-3 Ωcm when the IGZO film was deposited at RT and set up at 0.1sccm. As the oxygen vacancy rate decreased, the resistivity intended to increase. In conclusion, Oxygen vacancy affects the IGZO thin film’s electrical characteristic.
