      The purpose of this article is twofold; first, presents on the general cyber deviant behaviors, one of the severe dysfunctions in Information Society, and second investigates the relations between the cyber deviant behaviors and the reasons it causes in details. To support this research, suggested Model A considers identified factors which has been confirmed through the previous studies: self-control, social identity, subjective norm, and the previous factors as confirmed as influencing on the cyber deviant behaviors: internet addiction, anonymity, consciousness of public order, and learning experience on information norms. In order to identify how these factors influence on the concrete cyber deviant behaviors, proposed Model B which extends given examples on Model A and presents three specific fields: the misuse and abuse of information, cyber violence, and infringe a copyright.
      For collecting the data, surveyed students who attend colleges located in Seoul and Gyeonggido Province from 13th of April to 24th of April, 2009. The data were collected among 495 selected questionnaires, processed through SPSS 14.0, produced technical statistical value for the demographic analysis to allow the comparison of its differences between the groups of gender and the time of internet-use through t-test and ANOVA. As well as, a multiple regression analysis was practiced for verifying hypothesis area.

      The main themes of the study are as follows;
      ● The given factors, social identity, subjective norm, and self-control generate what kinds of influences on the cyber deviant behaviors.
      ● Verifies effects on the concrete cyber deviant factors by misuse and abuse of information, cyber violence, and piracy.
      ● Researches environmental factors like internet addiction, anonymity, consciousness on public order, and learning experience on information norm has exert to the factors of subjective norm and self-control.
      ● Investigates relations of influencing on groups of different gender.

      The findings of the study are;
      First, the factors which influence more to the cyber deviant behaviors are subjective norm, social identity, and self-control in a row.
      Second, in case of Model B which shows three specific fields on cyber deviant behaviors, the results of the analysis indicate the misuse or abuse of information is influenced by social identity, cyber violence gets influences of self-control, social identity, and subjective norm. Additionally, subjective norm effects on piracy.
      Third, identified such factors, anonymity (+), consciousness on public order (+), learning experience on information norms (-), and social identity have influences on the subjective norm that both factors of internet addiction (+) and anonymity (+) have significant impacts on self-control in negative perspectives.
      Fourth, as a result of comparative analysis regards cyber deviant behaviors and the causing factors between male and female groups, it has verified although all of factors such as self-control, social identity, and subjective norm have more exert in the male group. In fact, only the factor of subjective norm has a significant just in the female group.
      In conclusion, listed measures such as the correction of distorted norms, the recovery of self-reflection, the education on responsibility, and the cultivation of self-discipline and self-control are must to prevent cyber deviant behaviors and its recurrence. As well as, it will provide a lot of opportunities to develop self-reflections and critical thinking and the ethics of accountability, and ability of sympathy.
      This study suggests the so-called reflexive practice-oriented process of education on Information Ethics as a strategic teaching-learning procedure. The process framework consists of four stages including problem identification, risk analysis, self-reflexive, and practice & evaluation that have a spiral structure, repeats a life-cycle. As well as, states the list of obstacles to limit the further study at the end of this article.

      본 연구는 정보 사회의 심각한 역기능의 하나인 사이버 일탈행위에 대한 연구로서, 사이버 일탈행위와 사이버 일탈행위의 유발요인에 대한 영향 관계를 실증적으로 규명하여 실천적 정보통신윤리 교육 방안을 논의하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 통해 사이버 일탈행위에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 자기조절력, 사회적 정체성, 주관적 규범 요인을 고려하였으며, 이 영향 요인에 대한 선행요인으로 인터넷 중독성, 익명성, 질서의식 및 정보규범 학습경험에 대한 요인을 투입하여 사이버 일탈행위에 관한 모델A를 제시하였다. 영향 요인들이 구체적인 사이버 일탈 유형에 대해서 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위해 모델A의 사이버 일탈행위를 ‘정보오남용’, ‘사이버폭력’, ‘저작권침해’로 세분화하여 확장된 사이버 일탈행위 모델B를 제시하였다.
      자료 수집은 2009년 4월13일부터 4월 24일 사이에 서울․경기 소재 대학 재학 중인 대학생을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 총495부의 설문지를 분석 대상으로 설정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 14.0을 이용하여 인구통계학적 분석을 위해 기술적 통계값을 구하였으며, t-검정과 ANOVA를 사용하여 성별, 인터넷 사용시간별 집단 간 차이를 비교하였고, 연구 가설의 검증을 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다.
      본 논문의 연구 문제는 크게 4가지로 요약된다. 첫째, 사회적 정체성, 주관적 규범, 자기통제력이 사이버 일탈행위에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가? 둘째, 이 세 요인이 구체적인 사이버 일탈유형인 정보오남용, 사이버폭력, 저작권침해에 대해 어떠한 영향을 미치는가? 셋째, 인터넷 중독성, 익명성, 질서의식 및 정보규범 학습경험에 대한 상황적 요인은 주관적 규범과 자기조절력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가? 넷째, 이러한 영향 관계가 성별 집단에 따라 어떠한 차이를 보이는가? 이다.
      본 연구의 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
      첫째, 사이버 일탈행위와 그 영향요인에 대한 분석 결과 주관적 규범, 사회적 정체성, 자기조절력 순으로 사이버 일탈행위에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
      둘째, 세분화된 사이버 일탈행위에 관한 모델B에서 정보오남용은 사회적 정체성에, 사이버폭력은 자기조절력, 사회적 정체성, 주관적 규범에, 저작권침해는 주관적 규범에 영향을 받는 것으로 분석되었다.
      셋째, 부정적 관점의 주관적 규범에 대해 익명성(+), 질서의식(-), 정보규범 학습경험(-) 및 사회적 정체성(+)이 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 자기조절력에 대해 인터넷 중독성(+), 익명성(+) 모두 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다.
      넷째, 사이버 일탈행위와 그 유발요인에 대한 남녀의 비교 분석에서 남자는 자기조절력, 사회적 정체성, 주관적 규범 모두가 영향을 미치는 반면 여자는 주관적 규범만이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다.
      연구 결과 사이버 일탈행위의 예방과 재발 방지를 위한 실천적 방안으로 왜곡된 규범의 교정, 성찰적 자아의 회복 및 책임의식의 고취, 자기규제와 자기조절력의 함양 등의 교육이 절실하다. 실천을 강화하기 위해서는 반성과 성찰의 기회를 많이 주고, 비판적 사고와 책임윤리를 키우며, 공감능력을 계발하여 실천을 유도하여야 한다. 이를 지원하기 위한 전략적 교수-학습 절차로 ‘반성적 실천지향 정보통신윤리 교육 절차’를 제안하였다. 절차의 프레임워크는 문제인식-위험분석-자기성찰-실천과 평가에 대한 4단계로 구성되며, 순환적으로 반복되는 나선형 구조를 갖는다.
      끝으로 본 연구의 한계점과 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 언급하였다.
