      The purpose of this study is to analyse the youth deviant behaviours in cyberspace(cyber-deviance) and to seek the desirable direction of overcoming negative effects under the conceptualization of cyber-deviance by reviewing the general characteristics of computer and cyberspace as a new media and its influance on the youth development. For youth, the cyberspaces are no less treasured or real than the real thing. Cyberspace offers all sorts of opportunities for adolescents to satisfy that need to express, explore, and experiment with their identity. The places where youth might hang out can be break into 4 basic categories of web pages, Email dyads and groups, Chat rooms and MUDs and newsgroups. Recently the Video-conferencing using a video camera and microphone is another newer feature of cyberspace. The youth deviance in cyberspace occurs from the several aspect of the innate character of computer and the types of contents it contains and the psychological traits and practical status of young people as computer user. Cyber Community can be made in situation of anonymity, non facial relationship, asynchronism. Youth can be described as the period of human identity experimentation and exploration, intimacy and belonging, seperation from parents and family and venting frustrations. The youth deviance in cyberspace can be categorized into webholism, ecrime and inappropriate misbehaviours. First, cyberspace can satisfy so many of the adolescent`s needs, there is the possibility of becoming addicted to it. Secondly, youth are drawn to cyberspace because they make or being involved in cybersex, cyberstalking, hacking, virus, cyber gamblings, other`s ID use, etc. Thirdly, the inappropriate and uninhibited behavior like pornography, method of inflicting violence are all there on the internet.
