        ‘집-나무-산’의 공간기호체계 연구

        정지용의 시 텍스트는 ‘上/下’의 대립적 코드를 변환해 가며 ‘집-나무-산’이라는 수직상의 공간기호체계를 건축하고 있다. 먼저 ‘상/하’의 대립적 코드로 건축된 ‘집’의 기호체계를 보면, 오로지 自我(지상)와 神(천상)의 교섭만을 중심으로 수직 운동을 한다. 그의 집은 그 수직 운동에 의해 집의 내부와 천상의 세계가 소통ㆍ융합하게 된다. 이에 따라 그의 집은 세속적, 육신적인 집에서 정신적, 종교적인 집으로 전환한다. 하지만 ‘집’의 기호체계는 그 특성상 안팎의 운동을 하기는 쉬워도 상하의 운동을 하기는 매우 어렵다. 그는 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 ‘집’의 변환코드로써 ‘나무’의 기호체계를 창조하게 된다. ‘나무’의 기호체계는 ‘집’처럼 천상으로만 운동하는 것이 아니라 땅속으로도 동시에 운동하는 수직성을 보여준다. 천상으로의 운동은 神의 성령을 수육하려는 운동이고, 땅속으로의 운동은 원죄의 땅인 ‘검은 흙’을 정화하려는 운동이다. 그리고 이 ‘나무’의 기호체계는 신적인 삶의 원리를 매개해주는 것으로서 육체적 자아를 영혼의 자아로 재생시켜주는 의미작용을 한다. 하지만 문제는 자아와 神이 이미 완전한 합일을 이루고 있기 때문에, 이러한 텍스트를 지속적으로 산출할 필요가 없게 되었다는 사실이다. 이에 따라 그는 ‘나무’의 변환코드로써 ‘산’의 기호체계를 창조하게 된다. 지상과 천상을 매개하는 ‘산’의 기호체계는 ‘나무’의 범주를 벗어나 인간적 삶의 원리와 자연적 삶의 원리를 보여준다. 그래서 ‘산’의 기호체계는 두 층위의 의미작용을 한다. 그중의 하나는 산정을 향한 그의 등정이 다름 아니라 곧 인간적 기표를 해체하고 사물로서의 기표가 된다는 것을 의미한다. 다른 하나는 이와 달리 인간적 가치를 지닌 ‘산장(방)’을 수직상승하게 하여 그 속에서 산정과 천상의 세계를 향유한다는 층위이다. 이러한 구조를 지닌 ‘집-나무-산’의 수직적 공간기호체계를 수평으로 눕힌다면, ‘집-기차-배’의 수평적 공간기호체계와 대응하게 될 것이다. The texts of Jeong's poems switch the codes of 'up' and 'down', and thereby construct a symbolic system of space: 'house-tree-mountain'. The symbolic system of 'house' constructed from these two opposite codes first shows a vertical extension centered on the sole connection between God and the Self. This extension permits the house described by Jeong to connect and unify its interior space and the Heaven. The house is converted accordingly from its physical and secular nature to a spiritual and religious character. However, it is difficult to see that this symbolic system represents an upward-downward extension though susceptible to the inward-outward counterpart. In order to overcome this limitation, Jeong creates another symbolic system of 'tree' instead as a switching code. The symbolic system of 'tree' does not merely indicate an upward extension to the Heaven, as does that of 'house', but also reveals its simultaneous vertical nature of downward extension underneath the Earth. The upward extension is a motion of embodying the spirit of God, and the downward counterpart a motion of purifying the 'black soil' of the Earth of the Sin. The symbolic system of 'tree' also signifies the reproduction of the spiritual Self from the physical as a mediator of the principles of divine life. The problem is however that, because God and the Self have already been unified here, it is not necessary to produce such texts constantly. Accordingly, Jeong devises another symbolic system of 'mountain' as a switching code for that of 'tree'. The symbolic system of 'mountain' mediating between the Earth and the Heaven while freeing itself from the bounds of the category of 'tree' shows the principles of human and natural life. Therefore, this symbolic system has two layers of signification. One of these two layers signifies that Jeong's climb towards the summit of a mountain deconstructs the signifier of being human and becomes a true signifier as being a thing. Unlike this layer, the other signifies that the vertical rise of the mountain hut or cabin bearing a human value alludes to the enjoyment of the Heaven's world and the mountain's summit both in that shelter. The horizontal layout of the vertical symbolic system of 'house-tree-mountain' in this structure enables it to correspond to a horizontal symbolic system of 'house-train-boat'.

        연구논문 : 과학영재교육원 학생들의 과학 통합 탐구 능력

        과학영재교육원 학생들이 성공적으로 과학 탐구를 수행하기 위해서는 문제 인식, 가설 설정, 탐구 설계, 결론 도출 등의 과학 통합 탐구 능력이 요구된다. 이 연구에서는 김유향(2013)이 개발한 ‘과학 탐구 사고력 측정을 위한 서술형 평가도구’를 사용하여 과학영재교육원 학생들의 과학 통합 탐구 능력을 평가 요소별, 성별, 이수 과정별, 전공 분야별로 비교하였다. 이 평가도구는 탐구 사고력의 주요 요소들인 탐구 문제 도출, 변인 추출, 가설 설정, 실험 설계, 자료 변환, 자료 해석, 결론 도출, 일반화, 평가에 관한 문항이 각 2개씩 총 18문항으로 구성되어 있다. 이 평가도구를 2013년 현재 C 대학교 부설 과학영재교육원에 다니고 있는 학생들 중 102명 학생들(초등과학반 15명, 중등과학심화Ⅰ반 58명, 중등과학심화Ⅱ반 29명)을 대상으로 시행하였다. 그 결과, 과학 통합 탐구 능력의 요소 중 가설 설정, 변인 추출의 점수는 상대적으로 높았고, 자료 변환, 자료 해석, 평가의 점수는 상대적으로 낮았다. ‘자료 변환’에 해당하는 선 그래프 그리기 문항과 ‘평가’에 해당하는 실험 설계의 개선점 찾기 문항의 정답률은 약 40 %로 상대적으로 낮게 나타 났다. 영재교육을 받은 단계별로 비교하면 과학 통합 탐구 능력의 요소들 중 일반화의 경우 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 남학생과 여학생의 점수 차이는 유의미하지 않았다. 이 연구에서 사용한 평가도구가 생물 분야의 소재를 다루고 있어 생물 분야의 영재 학생들과 다른 분야(물리, 화학, 지구과학)의 영재 학생들과 비교한 결과, 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 과학영재교육원 학생들의 과학 통합 탐구 능력 향상을 위하여 자료 변환, 자료 해석, 평가에 관한 교수·학습을 강화하고, 과학 탐구와 관련된 구체적인 교수·학습 자료를 개발할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate science integrated process skill of the students in science education center for the gifted. In order to do this, ``free-response test for the assessment of science process skills`` developed by Yu-Hyang Kim(2013) was administered to 102 students(15 in elementary school science class, 58 in middle school science classⅠ, and 29 in middle school science classⅡ) who attend the program of science education center for the gifted in C university. The assessment tool measured 9 skills ; formulating inquiry questions, recognizing variables, formulating hypotheses, designing experiment, transforming data, interpreting data, drawing conclusions, formulating generalizations, and evaluating the designed experiments. As a result, the students in science education center for the gifted had relatively high scores in the area of ``formulating hypotheses`` and ``recognizing variables``, but they had relatively low scores in the area of ``transforming data``, ``interpreting data``, and ``evaluating the designed experiments``. The 2 items` percentage of correct answers were below 40% ; one is about a drawing a line graph in ``transforming data``, and the other requires finding improvements of the experimental design in ``evaluation``. There was no significant difference between boys`` scores and girls`s one, and between the scores of students in the field of biology and those of students in the other fields(physics, chemistry, and earth science) in science integrated process skills. And there was significant difference according to the periods receiving the gifted education in ``formulating generalizations``. The teaching and learning has to focus on improving science integrated process skills in the program of science education center for the gifted and teaching and learning materials needs to be developed.

        With the widespread use of fertility medications and techniques of in vitro fertilization, multiple gestation has become epidemic in modern obstetric practice. Delivery of the initial fetus in a multiple gestation usually is followed by delivery of the subsequent fetus or fetuses shortly thereafter. However in rare circumstances, the delivery is delayed for days due to disappearance of uterine contraction after delivery of the first fetus. When uterine activity ceases after the delivery of the first neonate, a policy of nonintervention may be considered in case of an immature or very premature delivery, in order to achieve a gestational age for the remaining fetus(es) more compatible with neonatal survival. We report a case of twin gestation with prolongation of the delivery interval between the twins for 46 days.

        Atherosclerosis is now viewed as an inflammatory disease of the vascular system. Expression of several chemokines, including monocyte chemoattractant protein(MCP)-1, MCP-4, RANTES(regulated on activation normal T-cell expressed and secreted), and interleukin-8(IL-8) are increased in human atherosclerotic plaques compared with normal vessels. They are involved in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis and plaque rupture by activating and directing leukocytes into the atherosclerotic lesions. However, some are involved in homeostatic functions such as normal leukocyte traffic and growth regulation. SDF-la is a multi-functional cytokine that is involved in myelogenesis, hematopoiesis, angiogenesis and injured gastric mucosal regeneration in the gastric ulcer patient. SDF-la is recently shown to be highly expressed in atherosclerotic plaques and a potent platelet agonist. At least in high concentrations, SDF-la may mediate antiinflammatory and matrix stabilizing effects in unstable angina. Many studies are going on to know the function of SDF-la in coronary artery diseases. I investigated the difference of the plasma level of SDF-la between control group and coronary artery disease group. Total 75 subjects were enrolled. The diagnosis of coronary artery disease was confirmed in all patients by coronary angiography. Control subjects in this study were confirmed normal by coronary angiography. Clinical profile and risk factors were also reviewed. Control subjects in this study were 27 (M=10, F=17). Plasma for the study was collected before the angiography and centrifuged. SDF-la analysis was performed by ELISA. Plasma level of SDF-la is significantly increased in patients with stable angina(n=20) and unstable angina group(n=28) compared with healthy control group(n=27). the risk factors do not influence the plasma level of SDF-la in coronary artery diseases. In this study, plasma level of SDF-la is increased in patients with stable angina and unstable angina groups compared with healthy control group(P<0.05). the risk factors do not influence the plasma level of SDF-la in coronary artery diseases.

        '지역농업'재편과 지자체의 역할에 관한 연구

        This study focuses upon the following three points. Firstly, it presents the necessities, objectives, and policy directions of restructuring the regional agriculture. Secondly, the local government is emphasized as the subject which will lead the restructuring process. Lastly, it tries to find possibilities and limitations of the restructuring of regional agriculture, in particular through the case study about a local region, Maneui-myun, Chongwon-gun, Chungchungbuk-do. The study provides valuable implications about what are the desirable roles to be played by the local government as the leading subject for regional agricultural development.

        골수 유래 기질 줄기세포의 탐식작용 매개성 케모카인 수용체 발현 연구

        To design gene delivery systems which can deliver higher amounts of genes into stem cells, we studied the expression of receptors involved in the receptor-mediated endocytosis of bone marrow stromal stem cells. Bone marrow was isolated from ICR mice, and bone marrow stromal stem cells were isolated based on their plastic adherence property. Several cultrure conditions were screened for effective and continuous culture of marrow stromal stem cells. MesenCult medium was finally used to cultivate marrow stromal stem cells in vitro. As candidate receptors, various chemokine receptors were studied. Both bone marrow cells and marrow-derived stromal stem cells showed expression of CC chemokine receptors (CCR) and CXC chemokine receptors (CXCR). Marrow stromal stem cells showed higher expression of CCR5 and CXCR4 chemokine receptors as compared to other types of chemokine receptors. Moreover, though the expression chemokine receptors generally decreased in most chemokine receptors with the cultivation of marrow stromal stem cells, CCR5 and CXCR4 chemokine receptors retained the higher lever of receptor expressions over prolonged periods. These results suggest that the ligands exhibiting specific binding to CCR5 or CXCR4 might be used to modify gene delivery systems for increased level of receptor-mediated gene delivery into stromal stem cells.

        We present a neural network architecture that simultaneously performs segmentation and recognition of input pattrns that self-organizes to detect input pattern locations. We present herea neural network algorithm that simultaneously sigments and recognizes in an integrated system. The resulting system simultaneously segments and recognizes seperating characters and nosiy images with high accuracy. But, this algorithm encounters difficulty if the characters are touching broken. This algorithm is able to take position-independent information as targets and self-organize the activities of the nodes in a competitive fashion to infer the position information

      • 〈安憑夢遊錄〉 硏究 : 敍事構造의 持性과 主題를 중심으로

        Followings were revealed through the analysis of <Anbingmongyurok>. Firstly, in<Anbingmongyurok>, Mr. Art(安生) recognized the nature of 'Hwaguk-The Country of Flowers' by meeting personified figures. Consequently, he kept distance from flowerbed (negative space) and was absorbed in reading only with clean mind. The recognition of Mr. An was from the comparison between the world of the things and the world of human beings. <Anbingmongyurok>showed the process of dedication to Study of a Confucist by 'Gyeokmulchiji, thorough reasoning of things into truth'('格物致和') of 《Daehak (大學)》. Secondly, the flowerbed in<Anbingmongyurok>had allegorical and historical characteristics. Additionally, the confronting characters had allegorical meanings addition to facial meanings. Gwang-han Shin presented the process of his life dedicating to reading after retiring from the world of politics in this novel.
