Background : In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. Objective & Methods : For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of PPNG, we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by means of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. Results : In 1997. 99 strains of N. gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 45(45.5%) were PPNG. Conclusion : The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 45.5% in 1997.
X선 프렉토그래피기법을 이용한 금속복합재료의 피로손상 해석에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 비파괴방법중 대단히 효과적인 방법이라 할 수 있는 X선 프렉토그래피 방법을 이용하여 파괴역학적 파라메타인 ΔK, Kmax의 정량적인 평가의 가능성에 대하여 검토하였다. 이를 위하여 Al2009-15v/o SiCw 복합재료와 SS41 불림재를 이용하여 피로균열진전시험을 실시하고 그 결과로부터 파면상의 X선 프렉토그래피 파라메타와 파면형성시의 파괴역학적 파라메타를 비교 ㆍ검토하여 X선 프렉토그래피에 의한 ΔKdhk Kmax의 평가 방법에 대하여 연구하였다. 또한, 정적하중부에 의한 소성변형률의 비파괴적 평가법에 대하여도 검토하였다. 이를 위하여 인장시험으로 소성변형을 부하한 후, X선 프렉토그래피 파라메타를 이용하여 부하된 소성변형량의 비파괴평가법에 대하여 검토하였다. 그 결과 피로파괴시의 부하된 Kmax와 피로손상 정도를 X선 프렉토그래피에 의하여 정량적으로 평가할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. It is attempted to verify the Quantitative relationship between fracture mechanical parameters(ΔK, Kmax)and X-ray parameters (residual stress, half-value breadth) of Al2009-15v/o SiCw composite, and normalized SS41 steel. In this study, fatigue crack propagation test were carried out X-ray diffraction was applied to fatigue fractured surface in order to investigate the change of residual stress and half-value breadth on fatigue fractured surface. And it is loaded prestrain to each tensile specimen, Al2009-15v/o SiCw composite(0.3,0.5,1,1.5,2%) and normalized SS41 steel(0.63,7.50,13.7,20%),for investigating plastic strain rate using nondestructive measurement method. X-ray diffraction was applied to the prestrained tensile specimens in order to measure the change of residual stress and half-value breadth.

In this paper, I have studied basic theory about the operation of single phase four-quadrant converter using MOSFET and theoretical study and efficient operation domain about each mode which is the operation of DC power mode and AC power mode. Especially I have done computer simulation about harmonic problems in conversion AC power and analysed this problem through the experiment. MOSFET in the converter has been used to make switching speed so fast for the purpose of decreasing lower harmonics in PWM. On the other hand, I have studied power-regeneration by experiment to convert 60Hz AC.
객체지향 시스템을 이용한 멀티 패러다임 시각 프로그래밍

There has been several attempts to introduce multi-paradigm as a means to supplement virtual programming language which was hard to use for procedural programming language. However, the existing researches couldn't overcome the weak point of the virtual programming since they have tried to interconnect paradigms unefficiently within extremely limited parts. In order to solve the above problem this paper suggests multi-paradigm virtual programming system - data flow paradigm, form based paradigm, direct management paradigm, object-oriented paradigm - which interconnected the paradigms used in the visual programming using object-oriented method. The suggested multi-paradigm visual programming system can take full advantage of its strong point and supplement the weak point of the virtual programming by joining several types of visual programming paradigms together.
평균기울기법에 의한 Al 2024-T3합금의 X선 반가폭과 피로수명비의 관계

In order to predict the fatigue life fraction for Al 2024-T3, in-plane bending fatigue test and X-ray diffraction techniques was carried out. The relation between fatigue damage on the specimen surface and half-value breadth of X-ray diffracton lines was investigated in the process of cyclic loading. This paper proposed the estimation of fatigue life using AGM(Average Gradient Method) by the Gradient on the basis of B/Bo and log N/Nf.
X-선 회절에 의한 SS41 불림재와 M.E.F. 복합 조직강의 피로 파단면 해석에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 SS41 불림재와 M.E.F. 복합 조직강에 대해서 파괴 역학 파라미터와 X-선 피라미터 사이의 관계를 규명하였다. 피로 균열 진전 실험이 수행되었고, X-선 회절 방법이 피로 파단면에 적용되었다. 피로 파단면을 순차적으로 전해 연마하면서 깊이에 따른 X-선 파라미터(잔류응력, 반가폭)의 변화를 관찰하였다. 최대 소성역 깊이 Wy는 SS41 불림재에서는 반가폭의 분포로, M.E.F. 복합 조직강에 대해서는 잔류 응력의 분포로 결정할 수 있었다. 피로 파단면의 깊이 방향에 따른 X-선 파라미터의 분포로부터 Kmax와 Wy의 관계식이 실험 데이터로부터 얻어지고, 이 식들로부터 Kmax은 Wy의 측정에 의하여 추정되어질 수 있다. This study verified the relationship between fracture mechanics parameters and X-ray parameters for normalized SS41 steel with homogeneous crystal structure and M.E.F. dual phase steel(martensite encapsulated islands of ferrite). The fatigue crack propagation test were carried out and X-ray diffraction technique was applied to fatigue fractured surface. The change in X-ray parameters(residual stress, half-value breadth) according to the depth of fatigue fractured surface were investigated. The depth of maximum plastic zone, Wy, were determined on the basis of the distribution of the half-value breadth for normalized SS41 steel and that of the residual stress for M.E.F. dual phase steel. Kmax could be estimated by the measurement of Wy.

'Modular construction' is an emerging technology that uses light steel framing in factory-produced units that can be assembled on-site to form complete buildings. This paper relates to a structural system of a 2 story school building built for the first time in Seoul using modular units. The modular units are 10m long * 3m wide and are composed of hot rolled steel and cold-formed steel. This paper covers following aspects of modular system; 1) Structural system of modular units, 2) Connection between modular units, 3) Features of modular system 4) Lifting design.

In SMA(Shape Memory Alloy), the degradation by fatigue is one of the most important problems to be overcome, when SMA is used for robot-actuator materials. The acuator is operated repetitively for long time and its repeating operation develops the fatigue degradation of SMA. The fatigue degradation changes the transformation temperature and deformation behavior and results in inaccurate operation control of robot. Accordingly, the changing behavior of transformation temperature and deformation which results from repeating operation is to be investigated in advance and the scheme to resolve those problems have to be made for the design of actuator. In this paper, for the improvement of the fatigue degradation by repetive movement and better control of the correct movement by the stability of martensite transformation in the developement of Robots actuator, Pre-strain(0, 1.5, 5, 8%)were loaded in the specimens and fatigue testing were carried out by the method of heating and cooling in direct condition. From the results of these experiments, the effects on pre-strain which affect the transformation characteristic and fatigue degradation phenomena were correctly investigated

Since its establishment in 1967, K-water has been implementing national water resources management policies regarding multi purpose dams, water supply dams and regional water supply systems. also, K-water is trying to make a great role of developing Korea's renewable energy as hydro, solar, wind and water cooling. This paper contains the study to feasibility of under water turbine application to convert free flow power into clean renewable energy. The proposed site is Dae-Cheong regulating pondage, which controls Kum river water supply after Dae-Cheong dam. This study tried to estimate water velocity, power extraction and economic feasibility based on helical water turbine application by theoretical assumption and calculations.
