This paper is a study on the improvement of efficient verification and reconfirmation of the existing BL3 and BL4 sealed research facilities in biosafety facilities.So far, there are voices in the field that the initial verification of BL3 and BL4 research facilities and the reconfirmation of the three-year cycle do not meet the rational operation of the facility operating institution and the economic service of the maintenance company. There is a purpose. Therefore, undesirable factors were developed from those involved in the operation and maintenance of the research facility, compared through data surveys from overseas related institutions, and opinions were collected through the advisory committee. In addition, by comparing and reviewing the results, the number of items subject to operation and maintenance was reduced to the basis of biosafety and engineering, and improvement measures were prepared through rational and efficient verification and reconfirmation items, methods and procedures.

In design PV (photovoltaic) system, there are many important factors to consider for best site selection. It is essential to understand to know the amount of sunlight available and how to minimize the shadings. This study presents basic concepts for understanding sun's position and insolation. also it gives easy tools for topography analysis. Finally, this study shows some theoretical calculations of power generation losses by topographic obstacle's elevations and disadvantages in economic feasibility, that is about 7million won loss per year for case of 10 degree topography elevation with assuming average Korea's topography elevation as 5 degree.

Since its establishment in 1967, K-water has been implementing national water resources management policies regarding multi purpose dams, water supply dams and regional water supply systems. also, K-water is trying to make a great role of developing Korea's renewable energy as hydro, solar, wind and water cooling. This paper contains the study to feasibility of under water turbine application to convert free flow power into clean renewable energy. The proposed site is Dae-Cheong regulating pondage, which controls Kum river water supply after Dae-Cheong dam. This study tried to estimate water velocity, power extraction and economic feasibility based on helical water turbine application by theoretical assumption and calculations.
