Background and Objectives : Most Korean young men should take a military physical examination. This study attempted to search the social, economical and psychological features of Korean youths who have psychiatric problems in taking the military physical examination. So this study was intended to help decide whether the youths enter the military service or not. Materials and Methods : This study analyzed diagnostic features that were grouped by 7 categories (antisocial and borderline personality disorder group, the other personality disorders group, psychosis group, organic mental disorder group, neurosis group, pervasive developmental disorders group, the other groups). The study was conducted from 1994 to May 1999 at Chosun University hospital with about 143 patients who were issued the psychiatric certificate for military affairs. Results : According to the results of the psychiatric examination, the antisocial and borderline personality disorder group had increased more year by year than the other groups. Classified by the residential distribution, the residents of agricultural areas belonged to the psychosis group more than others. Classified by the job distribution, the antisocial and borderline personality disorder group had more gangsters than the other groups. Also the pervasive developmental disorders group included those Who were without an occupation. Classified by visiting companion, those who were included in the antisocial and borderline personality disorder group and pervasive developmental disorders group used to come alone as compared with the other groups. In the case of those who have experienced psychiatric treatment in the past and who have been treated psychiatrically after being given the psychiatric certificate, the psychosis group comprised more than 50% statistically. In the case of the existence of a tattoo and self-injured scars, the antisocial and borderline personality disorder group has more than the others statistically. According to psychological examination, by measure of validity scale of MMPI, the antisocial and borderline personality disorder group appeared as the inverted V shape that L, K value was low and F value was high. And the antisocial and borderline personality disorder group measured by the Pd, Pa measure. Pd, Pa measure value got higher points than the organic mental disorder group statistically. Conclusion : The number of the antisocial and borderline personality disorder patients’ visits increased at the psychiatric hospital year by year and there were many gangsters or persons without regular occupation in that kind of patients’group. And there were many visitors who came by themselves to the hospital. Also they tended to have a tattoo or self-injured scars. And most of patients didn’t do commuting psychiatric care after receiving the psychiatric certificate. In the aspect of the psychological examination, they were likely to exaggerate their symptoms or disguise having psychiatric trouble intentionally.

Most previous robots had used the wheels as means for movement. These structures were relatively simple and easy to control and this is why the method had been used until currently. However, there are many realistic problems to move from one place to another in human life, for instance, steps and edges. So we need to develop the two-legged walking humanoid robot. The 2-legged walking Robot system has been vigorously developed in so many corporations and academic circles of several countries. However, 2-legged walking Robot has been mostly studied in view of the static walk. We design a stable humanoid Robot which can walk in high-speed through the research of the dynamic walk in this paper. Especially, worldwide companies have been interested in developing humanoid robots for a long time to solve the before mentioned problems so that they can become more familiar with the human form. The most important thing, for the novel two-legged walk, is to create a stable and fast walking in two-legged robots. For realization of this movement, an optimal mechanical design of 12 DOFS, a distributed control and a parallel processing control are implemented in this paper. This paper proves that high speed and stable walking can be achieved, through experiments.

Try to find a scheme for activation to College Physical Education, this Report informs the various kinds of Survey and process those were projected for improvement of management methods on Cultural Physical Education in Kang Weon National University. From experimentally carried out "Sports events Choosing System" not as usual be inforced "Total practical Skill System", Following Positive effects and sujestions were Presented; 1. "Sports events choosing system" gave birth to more students' interesting and more voluntary participation to the sports events they chose, and sports skill and instruction level was elevated due to charge of expert according to each sports events. This system would be managed continuously hereafter for it related to life sports. 2. This System needs to closed cooperations between College and Community, for the facilities of community are utilized by college. 3. To complete the plan for activation of college Physical Education, additionally, the successional study ; namely "autonomous extracurricular sports activity" should be excuted hereafter.

<P>In this work, silver nanowires (AgNWs) printed on a polyethylene terephthalate substrate using a bar coater were welded via selective wavelength plasmonic flash light irradiation. To achieve high electrical conductivity and transparent characteristics, the wavelength of the flash white light was selectively chosen and irradiated by using high-pass, low-pass, and band-pass filters. The flash white light irradiation conditions such as on-time, off-time, and number of pulses were also optimized. The wavelength range (400-500 nm) corresponding to the plasmonic wavelength of the AgNW could efficiently weld the AgNW films and enhance its conductivity. To carry out in-depth study of the welding phenomena with respect to wavelength, a multiphysics COMSOL simulation was conducted. The welded AgNW films under selective plasmonic flash light welding conditions showed the lowest sheet resistance (51.275 Ω/sq) and noteworthy transmittance (95.3%). Finally, the AgNW film, which was welded by selective wavelength plasmonic flash light with optical filters, was successfully used to make a large area transparent heat film and dye-sensitized solar cells showing superior performances.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>

Intense pulsed light (IPL) sintering or annealing technology has attracted tremendous attention from many researchers and a variety of industries owing to its unique features. In IPL process, the pulsed white flash-light from xenon lamp is irradiated on the target materials and converts it to the desired conductive layer. The IPL process is ambient condition and room temperature process. The irradiated IPL on the materials can induce an extremely quick heating (several milliseconds) to the certain temperature by the synergetic opto-chemical, opto-thermal phenomena without damage on the low temperature substrates such as polymer and paper. The exact mechanisms of these opto-synergetic phenomena has been intensively studied by many researchers for a decade. Also, the applications of IPL techniques have become more extensive in printed electronics. In this review, we summarized the brief history and various applications of the intense pulsed light technology to conductive electrodes as well as several applications. The IPL process can provide a paved route to revolutionary eco-benign and low-cost manufacturing process for many applications.

We have synthesized PPV derivative containing an adamantane side group, poly(1-(2-ethylhexyloxy)-4-(1-adamantaneethyloxy)-2,5-phenylenevinylene, EHAE-PPV) and fabricated the segment device using this polymeric electroluminescent material. EHAE-PPV is solution processable and shows high photoluminescence intensity, probably due to the steric eect of the adamantyl group.This polymer also has exhibited good electroluminescent properties.. 2002 Elsevier Science B.V. An intense pulsed light (IPL) was irradiated for the sintering of screen-printed copper (Cu) nano/micro-paste patterns on a polyimide substrate. The pattern widths and intervals affect the sintering behavior owing to the opto-thermal relationship during IPL irradiation. The temperature histories of the patterns during the IPL sintering process were predicted using a selfdeveloped heat transfer simulation program. By comparing the experimental and simulation results, the tendency according to the size of the Cu pattern was confirmed. At the same IPL irradiation energy, the wider the pattern and the narrower the interval between the patterns, the higher the heat generated. To demonstrate the tendency, in situ resistance monitoring of the Cu patterns was conducted and their microscopic structures were investigated using a scanning electron microscope. Through the tendency of IPL sintering according to the widths and intervals of the Cu pattern, guidelines of IPL sintering process for electrodes with multi-size pattern were suggested: A dummy pattern was added between the existing digitizer patterns to achieve uniform sintering in all regions. When IPL sintering was conducted with the dummy patterns, the uniformly sintered line resistance could be obtained in entire areas of the digitizer pattern.
