        음료 포장디자인이 브랜드이미지에 미치는 영향 연구

        Recently, consumer's need has been variated according to the improvement of income level, and also new products have been developed actively by variable living patterns. With these changes, the patterns of corporate management began to transfer to consumer-focused system departing from old customs of provider-focused activity up to now. The consuming pattern is being changed variably corresponding to the improvement of economic growth and income level. There is also concerning about aesthetic concern is gradually being specializing into product-focused development. These characteristic product and brand image is implicated with its sales, at the same time is having considerable connectivities with the respective of the contentment for liking degree. Accordingly, new marketing strategy began to be centered with the respective of brand image through packaging design. Our nation has began to be concerned about manufacture of carbonated waters since the 1950s, at the same time our nation's beverage market is being gradually enlarged with continuos improvement of income level. Beverage market began to have meaningful significance beyond a thirst solution, as there is gradually forming variable market like a juicy beverage, sports beverage, fiber beverage, flavored water and so on. Especially, nowadays, preference for flavored water began to increase according to consumer's variable personality and emotion. With the respective of the above things, there needs to appeal new generation's preference for beverage through effective connectivities between packaging design and brand image. Accordingly, this dissertation is focused on finding new areas and ways to develope substantial package-design or representing its developmental alternatives of effective connectivities between packaging design and brand image.

      • Changes in the Content of Total Phenolics and Inorganic Peroxides in the Rice Seedings under Low Temperature

        To investigate the effects of low temperature on the chilling-sensitive plants, accumulations of some kinds of toxic materials in the rice seedlings under low temperature leading to chilling injury were investigated. Activities of some enzymes responsible for their metabolism were also determined during chilling treatment. Total phenolics were gradually increased during the treatmetn period of both 15℃ and 4℃ in a similar pattern. Activities of PAL, the key enzyme of shikimate pathway, were also changed in a manner of about two-fold increase under low temperature. The content of inorganic peroxides showed an initial increase of 67% and a subsequent decline at 15℃, while it showed a maximal increase of 73% after 5 day duration at 4℃. The changes in the amount of inorganic peroxides present in the rice seedlings under chilling temperature were thought to be related to the affected activity of catalase, SOD and peroxidase. Catalase was decreased upon chilling and SOD activity showed an initial increase and later decrease relative to control plants. Peroxidase, however, was decreased relative to control plants, while the activity was shown to increase gradually with the progress of chilling. Therefore, it coulud be suggested that the amount of total phenolics and inorganic peroxides present in the rice seedlings under low temperature were mostly dependent on the activities of the enzymes responsible for their metabolism affected by chilling stress.

        A school recreation activity is essential for revitalizaing school life which students are willing to join as long as they can. I hope my paper that examines how the USA practices a school recreation activity can serve to improve a situation of Korean education which is getting devastated and becoming like a personal institution. The school recreation activity in the USA is practical differently from that of Korea in a kindergarten, an elementary and middle school. The major role of a recreation activity in kindergarten and elementary school is focused on various recreational events to motivate students to take part in a class spontaneously. In middle school, after finishing all the class around 3 o'clock students usually participate in a school recreation activity which is mostly consistent with their hobbies. This activity is essential to prepare their social life as society members. The school recreation activity of school is USA is practiced positively because of the following reasons: 1.It is more interesting than the previous traditional way of lesson. 2.Students realize more faces and principles than through various recreational activities than ever. 3.Student acquire more critical thoughts and communication skills. 4.Students' attitude changes remarkably because they learn to share with friends. 5.A school recreation activity is really useful for students to be interested in a school life.

        The purpose of this study is to infer the tendencies and results of researches on the basis of the precent researches on running long jump, and to provide the leaders and players with the tendencies of biomechanical researches on such four skill structures as approach, take off, airborn movement and landing. The results are follings ; 1. It is useful to put on the 90%-95% of player's maximum speed at 40m-50m distance, in approach. 2. It is effective to keep the progressive speed and the angle of 20 -30, in take off. 3. It should be well done to co-operate between arms and legs, in airborn movement. 4. It is effective to land with raising legs like the shape of 7, in landing.

      • 남조류 Synechocystis PCC 6803의 광저해 기작에 있어서 막지질 지방산 불포화의 역할

        남조류 Synechocystis PCC 6803의 지방산 double mutant인 desA-/desD-균주를 이용하여 막지질의 지방산 불포화가 광합성 기구의 광저해로부터의 회복과정에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 이 돌연변이 균주는 desA 유전자와 desD 유전자가 각각 kanamycin 저항성 cartridge와 chloramphenicol 저항성 cartridge에 의하여 불활성화되어 있는 균주로서 그 결과 Δ 12 desaturase 및 Δ 6 desaturase 활성이 결여되어 있어 틸라코이드 막지질의 지방산 불포화도가 감소된 세포들이다. 3.0 mmol quanta m-2s-1의 강한 빛으로 25℃와 20℃에서 광저해를 일으킨 후 약광하에서 30℃의 배양온도로 복귀시키고 경시적으로 시료를 채취하여 광계Ⅱ의 전자 전달 활성을 측정하였다. 20℃에서 2시간동안 고광처리한 desA-/desD- 균주의 경우 광계Ⅱ의 불활성화가 가장 심하게 일어났으며, 이후 24시간 동안의 회복처리 기간동안에도 광계Ⅱ활성은 좀처럼 회복되지 않았다. 그러나, 야생형의 경우에는 동일한 실험조건에서 회복시 상당한 정도의 광계Ⅱ활성의 회복을 관찰할 수 있었다. 돌연변이 균주에서 보이는 바와 같은 광계Ⅱ복합체의 낮은 회복속도는 돌연변이주 틸라코이드 막지질의 지방산 불포화도가 감소된 결과에 기인하는 것으로서, 막지질 지방산 불포화의 감소로 인하여 광계Ⅱ복합체의 회복에 필요한 D1 단백질의 대사회전이 제한되기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. Using two strains of cyanobacterial speceis, namely, wild-type Synechocystis PCC 6803 and its fatty acid double mutant desA-desD-, effects of fatty acid unsaturation of membrane lipids were studied on the photoinhibition and the subsequent recovery from the photoinhibited state. The fatty acid double mutant desA-/desD- of Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 contains desA and desD genes, each encoding Δ 12 and Δ 6 desaturase, disrupted with kanamycin-and chloramphenicol-resistance gene cartridges, respectively. By inactivation of the genes for desaturases, the extent of fatty acid unsaturation was reduced in thylakoid membranes of the double mutant. To induce photoinhibition, both the mutant and the wild-type strains were transferred to either 25℃ or 20℃ and immediately exposed to strong light. Then they were allowed to recover at 30℃ under dim light from the photoinhibited state. The results showed that the mutant cells were most severely photoinhibited after 2h-exposure to strong light at 20℃. Moreover, the photoinhibited desA-/desD- cells showed very minor recovery from the photoinhibited state during 24-h recovery period, compared to wild-type cells that showed considerable restoration of photosystem Ⅱ activity. The slow recovery of photosystem Ⅱ complex from the photoinhibited state, as shown in desA-/desD- cells, implies that low unsaturation level of fatty acids in thylakoid membranes limits turnover of D1 proteins in the PS Ⅱ complex.

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the function of heart - at rest and just after the maximun exercise - with various exercise types. The subjects of this study are 10 people as untrained group, 10 weight lift players, 10 field hockey players, 10 marathon field hockey players. Echo cardiography is used to analyze the function of heart and to observe heart section at 50mm speed secandly. The result of study is as follows ; 1. In the Left Ventricular internal diameter, when diastolic, a marathon group shows the largest index, 3.25±0.10, next a hockey player group, 2.95±0.14, systolic, a marathon group shows the largest index, 2.10±0.20 at rest When exercise, diastolic, a marathon group shows the largest index, 3.36±0.31, 1.86±0.20 in each case. 2. In the Left Ventricular Septal Well thickness, when rest diastolic, marathon group shows the largest index, 0.59±0.03, 0.58±0.05, General Group Shows the next index, 0.52±0.02, When, rest systolic, marathon group shows the largest index 1.00±0.06. When exercise diastolic and systolic, maraton group shows the largest index. 3. In the left Ventricular Posterior Wall thickness in the index, a marathon player group shows the largest, 0.66±0.02 at rest and diastolic. 4. In the Left Ventricular Volume, when diastolic, a Hockey player group shows the largest 82.01±11.56 at rest. When systolic, also a Hockey player group shows the largest. When diastolic and systolic, a marathon player group shows the largest at exercise. 5. In the Left Ventrical mass, a marathon player group shows the heaviest, 141.53±26.85 at rest and 143.35±27.52 maximun exercixe. 6. In the cardiac output at rest, a maraton player group shows the most, 3.01±0.74; When exercise, highschool maraton player shows the most, 6.83±3.59

      • 저온 감수성이 상이한 식물들에 있어서 온도 변화에 따른 엽록소 α 형광 유도의 차이

        광합성 기구의 기능적 측면을 중심으로 저온 감수성 기작을 이해하기 위한 연구의 일환으로, 저온 저항성 식물인 시금치와 저온 감수성 식물인 호박을 대상으로 온도변화에 따른 엽록소 형광 유도의 차이를 조사하였다. 변이형광은 저온에서 급격히 감소하여 O-I-D-P형광의 변화를 가져왔으며, 특히 O-I 형광은 저온 처리한 호박에서 현저히 증가하였다. 1℃로 처리한 호박의 경우 실온에 비하여 O-I형광이 최대 17배까지 증가하였고, I-D의 변곡점도 보다 뚜렷해졌다. 이러한 경향은 저온에 약한 호박에서 매우 현저히 관찰되었으며, 이것은 광계Ⅱ에서 Q_A로부터 Q_B로의 전자전달 흐름이 저해된데서 비롯된 것 같다. 엽록소 형광으로 측정한 광계Ⅱ의 비순환적 전자전달의 효율은 20℃이하의 저온에서 호박이 시금치에 비해 현저히 낮은 값을 보였는 바, 이것은 저온에 노출된 호박의 경우 환원된 Q_A의 높은 비율과 광계Ⅱ 반응 중심의 들뜬 에너지 포획 효율이 저하된데서 기인한 것으로 판단되었다. 저온 저헝성 식물과 비교하여 틸라코이드 막지방산의 불포화도가 낮은 것으로 알려진 저온 감수성 식물은 저온에서 막지질의 상전이에 의해 qQ의 감소와 더불어 광계Ⅱ에서 비순환적 전자전달의 양자수율을 저하시키는 것으로 추정된다. In order to understand the mechanism of chilling sensitivity of plants in terms of functioning of photosynthetic machinery, temperature dependence of chlorophyⅡ fluorescence induction was examined between spinach, a chilling-resistant plant, and squash, a chilling-sensitive one. Chilled leaf disks showed rapid decline in variable chlorophyⅡ fluorescence that induced alteration of O-I-D-P fluorescence vield in Kautsky effect. In particular, the yield of O-I fluorescence from squash leah disks, that had been chilled at 1℃, increased markedly by as much 17 times as that pf room temperature. Moreover, the reflection point between I-D fluorescence became more distinguishable in chilled squash plants, in contrast to spinach, which showed minor changes at chilling temperature. the tendency as shown in chilled squash, a chilling-sensitive species, might result from the inhibition of PSⅡ electron flow from Q_A to Q_B at the chilling temperature. When the quantum yield of PSⅡ non-cyclic electron transport was measured in terms of chlorophyⅡ fluorescence, chilled squash showed a much more decline than chilled spinach, suggesting that chilling-sensitive species exposed to chilling stress are not intrinsically efficient in the capture of PSⅡ excitation energy and maintains higher concentration of reduced Q_A, a primary electron acceptor of PSⅡ. Based on that chilling-sensitive plants contain less amount of insaturated fatty acids in their chloroplast membrane lipids as compared to chilling-resistant ones, we speculate that chilling-induced phase transition of thylakoid membrane lipids in chilling-sensitive plants might be responsible for the decline in qQ and the quantum yield of PSⅡ electron flow. The possible mechanims of chilling-sensitive are discussed in relation to membrane lipid unsaturation of plants.

      • 직장인의 여가활동 실태 조사연구 : 광산지역 근로자를 중심으로 focussed on the mining area

        To find out the actual conditions on practical use of leisure time on workers in mining area, 252 employer members of 6 companies who served as office worker(66), technical worker(81), and labor worker(105) on T city in Kang weon province were answered the questionairy. The results are follows : Worker's vacation are presented 3 or 5 dags per year. Practical use of leisure time on weekly days were reading Newspaper, Viewing TV, and Listening the Music. They answered that they do not have group leisure activity in his/her job state. They have sports activity as using patterns of leisure time. They showed cheerful feeling after sports activity as leisure time.

        To investigate the phase of International games and the difference of Domestic games, the records on the 9th Asian game and the 63th National Sports Game of Hockey events were added up and analyzed various aspects. The results are as follow : 1) Field Goal F.G. gets 86 goals among 360 shootings and success ratio is 26.9% in the international game. F.G. forme 54.8% of total goals in International game but 76.5% in the Domestic games. 2) Penalty Stroke P.S. gets 24 goals among 32 shootings and success ratio is 75% in the International game, and it forms 15.3% of total goals, But P.S. forms 7.8% of total goals in the Domestic Game. 3) Penalty Corner In the international game, P.C. gets 41 goals among 306 shootings, thus its success ratio is 13.4%, and it form 26.1% of total goals while 15.7% in Domestic game. 4) Corner Corner gets 6 goals among 179 shootings in the International game, thus success ratio is 3.4% and it forms 3.8% of total goals, but there is not represented any goal in the Domestic game. 5) Goal In the International game, about 6.8 goals per game represented while 3.0 goals in the Domestic Game.
